Houston Creek RV Resort Introduce
When searching for "RV parks near me," it's essential to consider a variety of factors to find the perfect fit for your needs. Houston Creek RV Resort, located at 480 S Rainbow Dr, Star Valley, AZ 85541, USA, presents a unique case based on the limited information available. You can contact the resort directly at (928) 474-4405 or their mobile number +1 928-474-4405 for further inquiries. Our objective introduction aims to synthesize the provided details, including customer reviews, to give you a comprehensive overview of what Houston Creek RV Resort may offer.
One of the explicitly mentioned advantages of Houston Creek RV Resort is its "quiet location." For those seeking a peaceful and serene environment away from the noise and bustle of more crowded areas, this could be a significant draw. The tranquility of the surroundings can contribute to a more relaxing and enjoyable RV living experience, allowing residents and visitors to unwind and appreciate the natural beauty of Star Valley, Arizona.
Another notable feature mentioned in the reviews is the "low lot rent." Affordability is a crucial consideration for many RV owners, especially those planning extended stays or looking for a more budget-friendly living option. Low lot rent can make Houston Creek RV Resort an attractive choice for individuals and families seeking to manage their expenses effectively while enjoying the RV lifestyle in Arizona.
Furthermore, the resort offers "RV storage available onsite." This is a valuable amenity for RV owners, providing a convenient and secure place to store their vehicles when not in use. Onsite storage can save time and money compared to utilizing offsite storage facilities, offering peace of mind and easy access to your RV whenever you're ready for your next adventure.
However, it is crucial to address the significantly negative feedback present in one of the provided reviews. This detailed and strongly worded review paints a concerning picture of the resort's management and community environment. The reviewer alleges "pathetic" management, citing specific issues with an individual named Sandy and her son. These allegations include disruptive behavior within the park at late hours and a perceived lack of professionalism. It's important to note that these are allegations from a single reviewer, but they should be considered when evaluating the potential living experience at Houston Creek RV Resort.
The same review also describes the park as being "full of busy bodies who just cant get along or mind their own business." This suggests potential issues with interpersonal relationships and a lack of privacy within the community. Such an environment could be a significant deterrent for individuals who value peace, quiet, and a sense of personal space in their living situation. The reviewer further claims the presence of "haters" who "love to conspire evil deeds on good people," contributing to a highly negative portrayal of the community dynamics.
Additionally, the review includes serious and alarming accusations regarding the safety and well-being of residents, mentioning a maintenance worker with a criminal record and anger issues. The extreme statement that "this place must be on a sacred Indian burial ground because this place is pure, SATANIC" is highly subjective and should be interpreted as an expression of extreme dissatisfaction rather than a factual assessment. However, it underscores the depth of the reviewer's negative experience.
The concluding remark, "So if you want to live somewhere that is everybody elses business, go ahead and move here," serves as a strong warning against choosing Houston Creek RV Resort based on this individual's experience.
Given the stark contrast between the positive mentions of a quiet location, low lot rent, and RV storage, and the severely negative portrayal of management and community, prospective residents need to exercise caution and conduct thorough due diligence. It is essential to recognize that online reviews can be subjective and may not represent the experiences of all individuals. However, such strong and detailed negative feedback warrants careful consideration.
To gain a more balanced and accurate understanding of Houston Creek RV Resort, it is highly recommended that interested individuals take the following steps:
- Contact the Management Directly: Reach out to the resort at (928) 474-4405 or +1 928-474-4405 to inquire about current management practices, community guidelines, and any measures taken to address past concerns.
- Visit the Property: If possible, schedule a visit to the RV resort to observe the environment firsthand. Pay attention to the overall atmosphere, the condition of the grounds, and the interactions between residents and staff (if any are observed).
- Seek Additional Reviews: Look for reviews on other platforms to see if a more consistent picture emerges from a broader range of experiences. However, be mindful that the provided information is limited.
- Talk to Current Residents (If Possible): If you have the opportunity, try to speak with current residents to get their perspectives on living at Houston Creek RV Resort. Their firsthand accounts can provide valuable insights.
Based solely on the provided information, it is challenging to offer a definitive assessment of Houston Creek RV Resort. The allure of a quiet location, affordable lot rent, and onsite RV storage are undeniable benefits. However, the serious allegations concerning management and community dynamics cannot be ignored. Potential residents must weigh these factors carefully and conduct their own thorough investigation before making a decision.
Promotional information is not available in the provided text. It is possible that the resort offers specific deals or incentives, especially given the mention of low lot rent. Inquiring directly with the management is the best way to learn about any current promotions or special offers that may be available.
In conclusion, Houston Creek RV Resort in Star Valley, Arizona, presents a mixed profile based on the limited information. While it boasts a quiet location, low lot rent, and the convenience of onsite RV storage, significant concerns have been raised regarding the management and community environment. Prospective residents are strongly advised to conduct thorough due diligence, including contacting the management, visiting the property, and seeking additional feedback, to make an informed decision about whether Houston Creek RV Resort is the right choice for their needs. When searching for "RV parks near me," it is crucial to look beyond the basic amenities and consider the overall living experience and community atmosphere, and the available reviews suggest a potentially complex situation at this particular resort.

Apr 17, 2025 · Mindy WillertFirst of all, anyone who writes negatively about Keith MGT., the company itself, don't know didly about business or making millions a year in profit.....The silver spoon fed BOYZ that own it, do a very good job of running the business, between donuts and golf..The Management is less then pathetic......Sandy can't see past her own nosey, nose. Her son PBR (Pot Belly Russ) drives thru the park at 3am either in his Corvette or Harley, with the stereo blasting all drunk...The Park is full of busy bodies who just cant get along or mind their own business.John the maintenance punk is a convicted felon and has anger issues. The haters in the park love to conspire evil deeds on good people. This place must be on a sacred Indian burial ground because this place is pure, SATANIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!So if you want to live somewhere that is everybody elses business, go ahead and move here....................................
Jun 24, 2024 · Coach Rowdy (Rowdy)Lived there for 2 years. was only up there on weekend and long vacation weekends. pretty area well maintained in my opinion. Management was very nice but most people who live there are so rude and and in everybody's business. what I noticed is older residents don't like newcomers and bad mouth people they don't like in the park. I have a live and let live policy in my life that I live by, it became obvious after a few months we were not a good fit for this park. there was a few really nice people who lived there as well. Had moved to a different site after about a year due to the worst neighbors on earth! have even seen them look out their window at us to see what we're up too. moved to a different site hoping to get better neighbors, it wasn't much different. the new next door neighbor actually complained to management I made their dogs bark which woke them up at 9 p.m. by (according to them) slamming my door of my truck repeatedly. just a few things out of many which eventually made us leave the park many people have do not disturb and keep away signs posted in front of their trailers. that in itself tells the story. I feel management is part to blame for these issues. nothing being done that I saw to discourage such rude behaviors of tenants. I notice the last person who posted a review is complaining about some of same things. Not recommended!
Oct 03, 2017 · drumdr64Nice quiet 55+ RV Resort. The owners have been doing many property maintenance improvements. Like Remodeling the community center, with on site laundry facilities and there are new park models available. Located conveniently just south of State Hwy 260.
Jul 29, 2022 · Dana SmithWe were told that our rig would fit in this park. When we arrived, there was no one to show us where we should go. The spots were either poorly marked or not marked at all and we missed the one that we were supposed to go to because it wasn't marked & we wouldn't fit there anyway. There were cars parked on both sides of the little road and it became more narrow and congested as we continued to look. We ended up having to back out around two extremely congested corners until we could back completely out of the park! Extremely frustrating at the end of long day. We stayed in the Walmart parking lot!
