Imperial Introduce
For local users in Lexington, Kentucky, searching within the "rv parks near me" category, Imperial Mobile Home Park, located at 115 W Loudon Ave Trlr H40, presents a residential community with mixed feedback regarding its management and overall experience. While the platform may categorize it alongside RV parks, Imperial appears to function primarily as a mobile home park, catering to longer-term residents. Therefore, this introduction aims to provide an objective overview based on the available customer reviews for local users considering this as a potential living option.
The limited number of reviews available for Imperial Mobile Home Park offers contrasting perspectives on the management and the overall living experience. One review expresses significant dissatisfaction with the management's responsiveness and communication. The reviewer recounts being told in June that homes would be ready in July, subsequently paying a $50 application fee in early July. However, after a week of no contact, they reached out and were informed that the application had not yet been processed. Despite continued attempts to contact the management, including multiple phone calls and visits to two different offices, the reviewer reports consistent lack of information and broken promises of updates. Ultimately, they were informed that nothing would be ready until November, and the application fee was non-refundable despite the apparent lack of processing. This experience highlights potential issues with communication, transparency, and the handling of prospective residents' applications.
In stark contrast, another reviewer offers a positive assessment of the management, describing them as "great," "very sweet people," and "easy to deal with." This reviewer praises the management for maintaining the properties and handling business effectively to the best of their ability. They express strong satisfaction with living at Imperial, stating, "we absolutely LOVE living over here." This positive feedback suggests a different experience with the management, emphasizing their helpfulness and dedication. The reviewer also advises patience when awaiting responses, acknowledging that the management has personal lives and cannot always respond instantly, implying that they are doing their best under potentially demanding circumstances.
Given these conflicting accounts, it is challenging to definitively characterize the management or the overall environment of Imperial Mobile Home Park. The discrepancy in experiences could be due to various factors, such as changes in management over time, different expectations or interactions with the management, or isolated incidents. Potential local users should be aware of these contrasting viewpoints and consider them when evaluating this community.
Neither of the available reviews provides specific details about the physical environment of Imperial Mobile Home Park. Information regarding landscaping, the layout of the lots, the presence of trees or green spaces, or the general upkeep of the community is not mentioned. Similarly, details about services and features typically found in a mobile home park, such as utility provisions (water, sewer, electricity), waste management, laundry facilities, recreational areas, or community centers, are absent from the provided feedback. Therefore, an objective introduction cannot definitively describe these aspects.
The reviews also do not contain any information about promotional offers or incentives that Imperial Mobile Home Park might be providing to attract new residents. Local users interested in potential move-in specials or other promotions would need to inquire directly with the park management.
For local users searching within the "rv parks near me" category, it is important to reiterate that Imperial appears to be primarily a mobile home park. While they might occasionally accommodate RVs for longer-term stays, this is not explicitly mentioned in the reviews. Individuals specifically seeking short-term RV camping options in Lexington should likely focus on parks that explicitly advertise RV facilities and services.
Local users considering Imperial Mobile Home Park for long-term residency should carefully weigh the conflicting feedback regarding the management. The negative review raises serious concerns about communication, responsiveness, and the handling of administrative processes, while the positive review praises the management's sweetness, ease to deal with, and dedication to maintaining the properties. It would be prudent for potential residents to attempt to gather further information, perhaps by contacting the park directly at (859) 254-3098 or +1 859-254-3098 to inquire about their policies, procedures, and to get a sense of the current management approach. Visiting the property in person, if possible, might also provide valuable insights into the environment and the overall atmosphere of the community.
In conclusion, Imperial Mobile Home Park in Lexington, KY, presents a community with mixed reviews regarding its management. One review highlights significant issues with communication and administrative processes, while another offers a positive perspective on the management's helpfulness and dedication. Information regarding the park's environment, services, and features is not provided in the available feedback, and no promotional information is mentioned. Local users considering Imperial as a potential long-term residence should carefully consider these contrasting viewpoints and conduct their own due diligence, including direct communication with the park management, to determine if it meets their needs and expectations.

Not good. Was told in June they would have homes ready in July. Put in an application early July & paid $50 for it. After a week nothing. Contacted them & was told it wasn't processed yet. Ok fine. Waited around another week. Still nothing from them. I have kept in constant contact with them since. When they answer the phone that is. I have also went by their 2 offices several times. Constantly getting told they know nothing. & Told multiple times I would know something by the end of the week. & They never contacted me. It was always me contacting them. Now I'm told nothing will be ready till November & I can't get my application fee back even though they never even processed it. I've been really patient. But wrong is wrong! Thoughts?
Aug 21, 2024 · Marlena BrummettManagement is great, very sweet people and easy to deal with, they keep the properties up and take care of business the best they can, we absolutely LOVE living over here, I’ve never had an issue with any of the management, just give them time to respond, people need to understand they have a life too. They can’t jump every time someone says jump, they’re doing the best they can do.
Jan 17, 2024 · jessica willisABSOLUTELY THE WORSE PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED, I payed deposit and they told me they would have a home ready to move in asap and took them more than 2 months to have one ready, when they gave me keys the home was NOT even ready, the AC unit was inside the home, floor was not glued, air vents were not put in, I still moved in because my lease from my previous lease had already ended, they never fix anything on time, I was pregnant and had to call code enforcement several times to get them to fix my home, I had no ac for 2 months. There was a fire next to me and it caused damages to mine and since they’re so unorganized and keep hiring managers every few months they don’t have anything on file ! They were trying to charge me for the damages caused by my neighbors fire. My lease was due by the end of February and I called and called the office to renew my lease because I couldn’t find anywhere else to rent. NO ONE WAS IN OFFICE working so code enforcement gave me TANYAS number she was the main one in charge, I contacted her and told me she would email me my lease which took her a month to do so, I told her I was supposed to sign in February she told me she would fix the dates on my new lease ! I have text messages and when my lease ended this past February I cleaned the home left absolutely no trash. And ready for the next tenant to move in and was told by the current manager I would get my deposit back and they KEPT IT. She told me she would give me a call back after I sent her proof of the messages Tanya sent me and she never called me back !!! Don’t waste your time or Money here. & I told her if I would’ve know I would’ve left the place full of trash she’ said we would’ve charged your a fee, but that’s what the deposit is for. I left the home absolutely clean and ready to move in and they kept my money !!! If I could give them 0 star I would, I moved out the end of February 2022 and still waiting for the call back,Give me my deposit back !!
Jun 04, 2023 · Celeste CaricioThis place is a dump!!!!!! The so called new trailers are falling apart!! My water got shut off today without notice at 7am this morning because my neighbors water heater is broke! And now they aren't giving me any info as to when it will be back on save yourself the headache of living here and don't even think about getting a place here. I'm Out asap
Nov 08, 2021 · Angel AllisonIt took months to get moved in after paying for a new trailer to be moved on the first lot I was promised. I was shown 2 more trailers that had already been lived end and finally chose one because I was tired of being homeless. My roof was damaged after the ice storm in February and it took maintenance until June to fix the damage and where the ceiling had leaked. The water problems were ongoing the whole last 7 months. Finally after refusing to pay rent until the problems were fixed they finally got the trailer liveable only to spray the trailers around me for roaches causing them to take up residence at my home. Whats next?.
