Imperial Estates Introduce
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" with the intention of finding a long-term living situation or exploring mobile home park options in Lexington, Kentucky, Imperial Estates, located at 813 Newtown Pike, Lexington, KY 40511, USA, warrants careful consideration. It is crucial to approach this potential housing option with a thorough understanding of the experiences shared by current residents in their publicly available reviews. These reviews paint a concerning picture regarding the management and overall living conditions at Imperial Estates.
One particularly detailed review expresses significant dissatisfaction and raises serious allegations. The reviewer claims that management ignores residents' concerns and that their safety has been put at risk. Specific examples of alleged neglect include a tree that had been fallen for nearly two years without being addressed and a prolonged power outage affecting a portion of their home that lasted for almost a year. The reviewer further states that they had warned management about the tree and other problems for almost five years, yet no action was taken. This lack of responsiveness to critical maintenance issues is a major cause for concern.
Adding to these allegations of neglect, the same reviewer mentions the firing of what they considered the "ONLY competent employee" because this employee reportedly refused to undertake property maintenance in a substandard manner. This employee was allegedly forced to leave tools and materials, including unfinished and potentially unsafe stairs, in the resident's yard. This situation suggests potential issues with the management's approach to property upkeep and their willingness to prioritize cost-cutting over quality and safety.
The reviewer concludes with a strong recommendation against living at Imperial Estates, even for those seeking affordable housing. They suggest that individuals would likely find better living conditions through Section 8 housing assistance, referring to Imperial Estates as a "slumlord haven." This extremely negative assessment should be taken seriously by anyone considering residing at this mobile home park.
Another review echoes similar sentiments of dissatisfaction with the management. This reviewer states that "Management has gone downhill" and describes the current management as "very rude." A particularly alarming accusation is that management will tow residents' cars even if they are adhering to parking rules, indicating a potentially hostile and unreasonable approach to residents. This behavior suggests a disregard for residents' convenience and property rights.
Furthermore, this second reviewer explicitly states that management does not care about residents' safety or personal lives. This is a severe indictment and aligns with the first reviewer's implication of safety being compromised due to unresolved maintenance issues. The reviewer strongly advises against choosing Imperial Estates as a place to live, warning that it would be "the worst mistake you ever make" and that "Management will make your life a living hell." This emphatic and negative warning from multiple residents should not be ignored by potential tenants.
Given the consistency and severity of the complaints in these reviews, it is impossible to provide a positive or even neutral introduction to Imperial Estates for local users seeking "RV parks near me" or mobile home living options. The feedback strongly suggests a problematic living environment characterized by unresponsive and potentially hostile management, neglected maintenance, and a disregard for residents' safety and well-being.
Therefore, instead of detailing positive environments, services, or features, this objective introduction must serve as a serious warning to potential residents. The information available online indicates that Imperial Estates may not provide a stable, safe, or respectful living environment. Individuals seeking affordable housing or long-term RV or mobile home living options in Lexington, KY, should carefully weigh these negative experiences shared by current residents.
It is crucial for anyone considering Imperial Estates to conduct thorough due diligence beyond these reviews. This might include attempting to speak with current residents directly (if possible), visiting the property to assess the conditions firsthand (while being mindful of potential management interactions), and researching any official complaints or legal actions that may have been filed against the property management or owners.
In conclusion, based on the publicly available reviews, Imperial Estates at 813 Newtown Pike, Lexington, KY, appears to be a mobile home park with significant issues related to management responsiveness, property maintenance, and resident relations. The experiences shared by current residents paint a concerning picture of neglect and mistreatment. Local users searching for "RV parks near me" or mobile home living options in Lexington are strongly advised to proceed with extreme caution and to seek further information and perspectives before considering Imperial Estates as their place of residence. The negative feedback suggests that alternative housing options in the area, including exploring Section 8 assistance as recommended by one reviewer, may offer a safer and more satisfactory living experience.

Imperial Estates Reviews
Want management ignore you? Want your life at risk? Want higher ups calling you to curse at you and make threats? Live here. It's been almost two years since that tree fell, almost a full year since the power went out in the back half of the house, it has been almost 5 YEARS SINCE we warned about the tree and multiple other problems! NOT ONE THING DONE! And their ONLY competent employee was fired because he wouldn't do the property the cheapskate way, being forced to leave tools and wood, with unfinished stairs not up to code in our yard! Do yourself a favor, want affordable housing? Get on the section 8 list. You'll get better living conditions than this slumlord haven.
Sep 06, 2024 · Artist ChibiManagement has gone downhill. These people are very rude and will take your car even if you’re following the parking rules. They don’t care about your safety or your personal life. If you’re looking for a good place to live please do not go here. It will be the worst mistake you ever make. Management will make your life a living hell.
Oct 04, 2024 · zoe sweatIf you value your safety and security do not come here. The management will intentionally harass you and your lease means nothing because they can and will cancel your lease without warning. they refuse to fix major problems like short circuiting wires and loss of power in part of the home, as a rented house they are responsible for such repairs. Also damage to the property caused by managements neglect not being repaired after a year and a half. damage that totaled 2 cars and several personal items that they will not even discuss stating they are not responsible. They are slumlords masquerading as normal people. Who wont even address the injury the resident, myself, sustained from the floor collapsing (Picture provided as proof).Moving here should never be a viable option as they are not going to have your interests in mind at all, just their bottom line.
Aug 27, 2024 · Dilligaf GamerCame to visit my mom and was there not even 30 mins and they towed my car 😤😡. Didn’t see any signs anywhere around her trailer that said they would tow the car and don’t even have any guest parking!
Aug 05, 2024 · Jesus TorresI have been calling everyday for 3 weeks and they never answer I even drove up to their office and there was a note saying they were gone for break so I waited for 2 hours for the women in the office to get back. Once she did she locked the doors so no one could even come in there. Don’t waste your time with this place.
