Johnson Mobile Estates Introduce
For individuals in the Portland, Oregon area searching for "RV parks near me" with a focus on long-term stays or those considering the benefits of mobile home community living, Johnson Mobile Estates, located at 8011 SE Posey St, Portland, OR 97267, USA, presents a community with a history of positive aspects but significant concerns regarding its current management. Inquiries can be made by calling (503) 655-9710 or +1 503-655-9710.
The environment at Johnson Mobile Estates, based on customer reviews, appears to have fostered a sense of community in the past. One reviewer mentions having "a lot of wonderful neighbors," suggesting that positive social connections have been a feature of the park. However, this positive aspect is overshadowed by serious allegations concerning the current management. Multiple reviews express significant dissatisfaction and even trauma allegedly caused by the present male manager.
Several reviewers strongly advise against residing at Johnson Mobile Estates under the current management. Allegations include "sneaky" behavior, using binoculars and zooming cameras to look into residents' windows (even those of families with minor female children), and denying such actions. There are also claims of the manager evicting elderly residents while they are hospitalized without attempting to contact anyone. These accusations paint a disturbing picture of the management's conduct and treatment of tenants.
One reviewer notes that while the rent might be considered good, "the trauma is forever," indicating that the negative experiences under the current management have had a lasting impact on former residents. They mention knowing many long-term residents who are now glad to have left the community due to these issues. Another reviewer echoes this sentiment, stating they had "zero issues until the current management took the job" and that when the management dislikes a tenant, they are watched intensely and targeted for any perceived infraction.
Further অভিযোগ include the manager "constantly bullies tenants they don't like, or houses they want out" and that the "Landlord has a clique of mean girls and city council to help out with the harassment." These are serious allegations of abuse of power and a hostile living environment fostered by the current management and potentially others associated with the property.
Despite these severe criticisms of the management, there is a distinction made by one reviewer regarding the owner and their children who work for him, who are described as "wonderful." It is noted that the owner and their family no longer live on the premises and that the problems reportedly began with the current management. This suggests a potential disconnect between the property ownership and the on-site management practices that are causing distress to residents.
In terms of services and features, the reviews are largely focused on the negative aspects of management. However, the fact that it is a mobile home park implies the provision of individual lots for manufactured homes with essential utility hookups such as water, sewer, and electricity. The availability and cost of these services are not detailed in the reviews. Similarly, information about other potential amenities such as laundry facilities, recreational areas, pet policies, or guest parking is absent.
Given the platform category "RV parks near me," it is uncertain whether Johnson Mobile Estates currently accommodates RVs, even for long-term stays. Mobile home parks sometimes have specific policies or designated areas for RVs, but this is not mentioned in the provided reviews. Individuals interested in bringing an RV to this community would need to inquire directly with the management, keeping in mind the reported issues with their conduct.
Promotional information is not included in the provided reviews. Given the serious negative feedback regarding the current management, it is unlikely that any promotional offers would outweigh the potential distress reported by former residents. Prospective residents are strongly advised to proceed with extreme caution and seek further information from current residents (if possible) before considering Johnson Mobile Estates as a place to live.
In conclusion, while Johnson Mobile Estates in Portland, Oregon, may have had a positive community atmosphere in the past with "wonderful neighbors" and an owner described favorably, the overwhelming sentiment from the provided reviews centers on severe concerns about the current male manager. Allegations of privacy violations, bullying, unfair evictions, and creating a hostile living environment are significant red flags. For those searching for "RV parks near me" or considering mobile home living in the Portland area, Johnson Mobile Estates under its current management appears to be a place that many former residents strongly advise against due to the reported trauma and mistreatment. Thorough investigation and caution are warranted before considering this community.

Johnson Mobile Estates Reviews
Unless the office has new management, I wouldn't waste my time or money. The male manager is sneaky and will use binoculars, and his camera zooms into your windows and tries to deny it. Even when you have minor female children. Will evict the elderly while they are in the hospital without bothering to contact anyone. The rent may be good, but the trauma is forever. Know too many people who lived there a long time and are glad to be gone.Let me add that the owner and his children who work for him are wonderful. Keep in mind that none of them live there. Anymore. Had zero issues until the current management took the job. When they don't like you they watch you like a hungry hawk. Get you on anything they can come up with.I'm still in therapy over the trauma from those horrible people. Otherwise, I had a lot of wonderful neighbors. And a few that kiss ass and stir pots. Now I'm on over an acre with no one micro managing my owned home. If you want to be left alone. Open your curtains and walk around naked. They can't tell you what to do inside the home you own. But if they look in your windows it's a violation of privacy.

Jun 21, 2023 · Tara SchoffstallI bought my home at Johnson City in October 2019. I have had only positive interactions with the owner and the management team. They have gone over and above to ensure everything was perfect in my new home. When an electrical fire destroyed the older home next to mine, and the heat from the flames melted a portion of the skirting on my home, Bryan replaced the skirting without charge! Much appreciated!!Yes, there are strict rules, but it is for the overall benefit of property values and to keep the community looking nice.Be diligent in reading and understanding the documents and fine print. You will be held accountable for everything mentioned in the contract agreement.Just follow the rules and you will enjoy a very pleasant community. My neighbors, all around, have been warm and friendly. It is a safe community with attentive management.
Apr 03, 2021 · Karleen CotterHaving been a delivery driver in the eastern area of Portland for only about a month now I can say with honesty this has been the best experience I've had. Roads are wide enough to maneuver my van safely, I'm not worried about traffic constantly, and I can navigate without back tracking; Addresses are clear and visible.
Aug 28, 2022 · Luke TornbladA beautiful park, it's well maintained and quiet. A great place to live. But the speed bumps are awful. Unfortunately a necessary nuisance. I visit my Aunt about once a month and it always looks well kept. I would recommend it if you are interested in moving there. Affordable, quiet, beautiful, close to the freeway, schools, stores, etc.
