I'd actually been there a month or so before asking about open rental spaces and they had told me to come back in a month. I called to inquire and never got a call back. Just a call saying they are full or whatever would have been nice. But no, I got nothing.

ALMOST ALL REVIEWS ARE 1 OR 2 ***This used to be a great place when I moved in 24 years ago. All utilities were included. Then ownership changed after about 10 years or so.. first we had to pay for water, then we had to pay for gas and electric as well. Most people pay utilities, so that's okay. Durant raises started to be a bit high. Then I started offering long-term leases, will the $1,000 incentive to buy in. IF YOU DO CHOOSE TO MOVE IN HERE AND THEY STILL OFFER THE CHOICE OF MONTH-TO-MONTH OR LONG-TERM LEASE, DO NOT SIGN A LONG-TERM LEASE. The lease did not cap the percentage that your rent could raise. It kept the minimum amount the rent would be raised. Anyway, I still lived here for 24 years, never was late on rent, except about 6 months ago when I was actually in the hospital when rent was due. I was still only a couple of days late. I am now being evicted for non-performance of maintenance. I'm taking it to court. I have the money for rent. But I work very long hours, and during covid I lost both my partner and my roommate. I'm a woman living alone, nearly 60, with a few health conditions. I had to do all of the maintenance myself, because I could not afford to pay anyone. I have no one to help me. I did not finish within the allotted time, and was issued a 60-day notice to leave. After several days of being hysterical and not getting through to the owners, their HR lawyer answered and told me that if all the maintenance was repaired before the end of 60 days, the maintenance man would approve it, and I could resume paying rent. Forgot to mention that they rejected my rent check 7 days after I sent it, the same day they sent me the final seven day notice so they were refusing rent before eviction. They were counting on getting the eviction started. So I neglected my work my sleep and my health, watch some videos, fell off of a ladder twice and injured myself but didn't break anything, and managed to finish within the 60-days. I called left messages. I called, mailbox full. Finally, I was desperate. I started sending photos and contacted housing and community development. That was when I got the answer from the HR lawyer. I was told that my photos were misleading, and that they would be going through with the eviction. So basically, I nearly killed myself and neglected my work, losing precious money,, just for them to tell me they were going to kick me out of my home and sell it themselves. How convenient that she told me to fix it up and everything would be well over the phone, where I have no actual proof.Mitigating circumstances-I was in and out of er during these 7-Day notices. I caught covid and was ill for over a week. It rained for nearly a week solid, which makes it very hard to do landscaping and paint. So I fixed everything slowly but in good faith that I would be allowed to stay here. Stupid me. I thought that living here for 24 years and always paying your rent on time might count for something. Wish me luck in court.One more important thing-9 out of 10 people who leave have to walk away from their homes. All new owners have to be pre-approved by the owner of the mobile home park. Most people can't possibly sell it in time, so they have to give away their home and the mobile home park gets to resell it or put a brand new property on there or just tear everything down and put a new RV space in.
