Palos Verdes Rancho Mobile Home Park Introduce
Palos Verdes Rancho Mobile Home Park is located at 26200 Frampton Ave, Harbor City, CA 90710, USA. Situated in Harbor City, California, this mobile home park offers a residential setting for long-term residents. For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in the Harbor City area, it is uncertain based on the available reviews whether Palos Verdes Rancho Mobile Home Park accommodates recreational vehicles. Interested individuals should contact the park management directly at (310) 530-1621 or +1 310-530-1621 to inquire about their policies on RVs.
The customer reviews for Palos Verdes Rancho Mobile Home Park paint a complex and somewhat contradictory picture, suggesting a community where experiences can vary significantly. One reviewer describes the atmosphere as akin to a "drama series," highlighting "ridged rules" and "double standards." This indicates a potentially strict regulatory environment within the park, which may not be suitable for everyone. The reviewer also expresses the opinion that "THIS PARK IS NOT FOR EVERYBODY!" suggesting that prospective residents should carefully consider whether their lifestyle and expectations align with the park's management style.
This same reviewer criticizes the management's approach, stating, "Proper management is more complicated than using what interpersonal skills you may believe you possess. With out formal training, with out understanding the scope and nature of the place you manage, a park will continue to have more and more drama." This suggests a perception of unprofessionalism or a lack of adequate training on the part of the management, potentially contributing to the issues observed within the park.
Another review provides a specific incident involving the park manager and a guest of a resident. The reviewer recounts an encounter where the manager approached their guest, who was Hispanic and a recent graduate, while she was standing in the front yard speaking on her cell phone. The manager reportedly questioned the guest loudly and intrusively, asking "Who is this person? Who is she? What is she doing here? When is she leaving?" The reviewer describes this behavior as "not OK" and indicative of "ongoing pernicious treatment" that individuals might face if they "get in the pathway of this manager." This incident suggests potential issues with the manager's interpersonal skills, judgment, and treatment of guests, raising concerns about the overall atmosphere and interactions within the park.
The reviewer who detailed the incident urges the manager to "STOP harassing others," to "be normal, respect others," and to refrain from ruining others' days. This strong language underscores the negative impact of the alleged behavior on residents and their guests.
In contrast to these negative experiences, a long-term resident of 23 years offers a different perspective. While their review is partly a response to another commenter whom they accuse of "slander" and making "false accusations," they also implicitly defend the current manager, Lorraine. They state, "if lorraine is such a bad manager she wouldnt be going on 16 yrs as manager." This suggests that at least some long-term residents have a positive view of the current management and find the park a satisfactory place to live.
This long-term resident also advises someone who is "so unhappy here" to "sell your home and move," implying that those who are dissatisfied have the option to leave, and perhaps suggesting that the park is generally acceptable to those who choose to stay.
The significant disparity in these reviews highlights the subjective nature of experiences at Palos Verdes Rancho Mobile Home Park. While some residents may find it a suitable long-term living environment, others have encountered issues with management style and park rules.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in Harbor City, the information available does not clearly indicate whether Palos Verdes Rancho Mobile Home Park accommodates RVs. Given that the reviews focus on mobile home living and interactions with the park management in that context, it is essential for RV travelers to contact the park directly to inquire about their policies on recreational vehicles. Key questions for RVers would include:
- Does Palos Verdes Rancho Mobile Home Park offer spaces for RVs?
- What are the sizes and types of RV sites available?
- What utility hookups are provided at the RV sites (water, electricity, sewer)?
- Are there any amenities specifically for RV guests?
- What are the daily, weekly, or monthly rates for RV spaces?
- What are the park's rules and regulations for RV guests?
For those considering Palos Verdes Rancho Mobile Home Park as a permanent residence for their mobile home, it is crucial to weigh the contrasting experiences shared in the reviews. Inquiring directly with the management about the park's rules, management style, and any ongoing issues would be advisable. Speaking with current residents (if possible and with their consent) might also provide a more well-rounded understanding of the community environment.
In conclusion, Palos Verdes Rancho Mobile Home Park in Harbor City, CA, presents a complex picture based on the available customer reviews. While a long-term resident offers a positive perspective and defends the manager, other reviews describe rigid rules and negative interactions with the management. For local users searching for "RV parks near me," it is imperative to contact the park directly at (310) 530-1621 or +1 310-530-1621 to ascertain whether RVs are accommodated and to inquire about the specific policies and amenities for RV guests. Similarly, those considering moving their mobile home to this park should carefully consider the feedback provided and conduct thorough due diligence to determine if Palos Verdes Rancho Mobile Home Park aligns with their expectations for long-term living.

Palos Verdes Rancho Mobile Home Park Reviews
To explain what is going on at this park is like talking about a drama series. Especially interesting is the ridged rules, & double standards.THIS PARK IS NOT FOR EVERYBODY!Proper management is more complicated than using what interpersonal skills you may believe you possess. With out formal training, with out understanding the scope and nature of the place you manage, a park will continue to have more and more drama.8/14/19 about 1 pm.Today all of us were having a great time enjoying the warm weather. Enjoying the summer day, and that is the way it was going until the manager of the park spoiled it. She began by questioning our guest who was waiting outside the unit. Our guest is Hispanic, a young graduate of CSULB education school, who was standing in my front yard, and speaking on her cell phone. What happened next is not OK, but is part of the ongoing pernicious treatment you will receive if you get in the pathway of this manager. Here's the short of it.Our guest, girlfriend and myself, unloading food for lunch in front. Suddenly manager approaches. She drives to us, then stops her car; blocking traffic, then begins asking ridiculous and hurtful questions.Loudly, so that our guest is effected."Who is this person?""Who is she?""What is she doing here?""When is she leaving?"It ruined the lunch. Our guest is beautiful new elementary teacher. She has family, many friends, and is a scholastic achiever, and she doesn't require this type of behavior. There is no reason any person deserves to be treated badly. Dozen of people swimming and working in the park, but did the manager interview others? Not even. Instead she focused her energy on a woman standing alone, happy with her cell phone talking with her friends. My guest felt anxious, and prayed upon. Please STOP harassing others. be normal, respect others, don't ruin a wonderful day, because you have no life and no friends!

Apr 25, 2023 · Laura FowlerGenerally I love the maps feature on my phone. BUT - even though I always leave from my actual address, when I get home, Maps always sends me to the wrong house! How is this possible?
