Lamplighter Manufactured Home Community Introduce
Lamplighter Manufactured Home Community is located at 9100 N Tejon St, Federal Heights, CO 80260, USA. For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" or considering a manufactured home community in the Federal Heights area of Colorado, Lamplighter presents a potential option. To provide an objective overview, we will examine the community's potential environment, services, and features based on its location and the contrasting perspectives offered in the available customer reviews.
Environment and Location:
Federal Heights, Colorado, is a city within the Denver metropolitan area, offering a mix of residential and commercial developments with access to the broader amenities of the region. The location of Lamplighter Manufactured Home Community on North Tejon Street suggests a setting within this urbanized environment, potentially offering convenient access to local services, shopping, and transportation routes. For those looking for "RV parks near me," Federal Heights provides a location within reach of Denver's attractions and employment centers.
One resident review, from someone who has lived there since 2022, describes the park as "very clean," indicating a focus on maintaining the grounds. This suggests that the environment within the community is generally well-kept, which can be a significant positive aspect for residents and visitors alike. The review also mentions that management conducts monthly lot inspections and offers a credit on lot rent for clean lots, incentivizing residents to maintain their individual spaces and contributing to the overall cleanliness of the park.
However, another review presents a starkly different perspective, describing the community as the "worst place to live." This reviewer alleges that management does not care about the community, makes life harder for residents, lacks sympathy, and has a rude staff. This paints a picture of a potentially negative and unwelcoming environment for some residents.
The contrasting views on the environment and the management's approach highlight the importance of considering multiple perspectives when evaluating Lamplighter Manufactured Home Community.
Services and Amenities:
The positive review provides some insight into the amenities offered at Lamplighter Manufactured Home Community. These include a pool and a clubhouse with a small gym, offering residents opportunities for recreation and fitness. The clubhouse is also available for residents to reserve for parties, providing a venue for social gatherings and events. Additionally, the community has guest parking, which is a valuable convenience for residents who have visitors.
The negative review does not specifically address the amenities but focuses on the management's alleged negative behavior and strict rules. The mention of "too many restrictions about the littlest things" and the claim that management will "find anything to evict you over" suggests a potentially rigid and unforgiving approach to community rules and regulations.
For those considering Lamplighter as one of the "RV parks near me," the presence of a pool, clubhouse with a gym, and guest parking could be attractive amenities, especially for longer stays. However, the alleged strict rules and potential for eviction over minor infractions might be a significant deterrent.
Features and Community Living:
The positive review emphasizes the cleanliness of the park and the management's efforts to maintain it through monthly lot inspections and incentives. This suggests a community that values order and tidiness. The availability of a clubhouse for events also points to a potential for social interaction among residents.
In contrast, the negative review portrays a community where residents feel unfairly targeted by management, leading to a potentially stressful and unwelcoming living environment. The lack of sympathy and the alleged rudeness of the staff could contribute to a negative sense of community for some residents.
The significant discrepancy between these two reviews makes it challenging to form a definitive picture of the community living experience at Lamplighter Manufactured Home Community. Potential residents and RVers would need to weigh the reported benefits of cleanliness and amenities against the potential drawbacks of strict rules and negative management interactions.
Promotional Information:
Based on the available reviews, there is no explicit promotional information provided by the management of Lamplighter Manufactured Home Community. However, the positive review implicitly highlights the cleanliness of the park and the availability of amenities like the pool, clubhouse with a gym, and guest parking as potential benefits of living there. The management's practice of monthly lot inspections and offering rent credits for clean lots could also be seen as a unique feature promoting community upkeep.
Conversely, the negative review serves as a strong caution against the community, citing poor management and an overly restrictive environment. This lack of positive promotion in the reviews necessitates that potential residents and RVers seek further information directly from the management or other independent sources.
Objective Considerations:
The two available customer reviews present a polarized view of Lamplighter Manufactured Home Community. One resident praises the cleanliness, amenities, and management's efforts to maintain the park's appearance. The other describes a negative experience with rude staff, excessive restrictions, and a lack of care for the community. These contrasting perspectives highlight the complexity of evaluating this community.
- Cleanliness: The positive review strongly suggests that the park is well-maintained and clean, with management actively encouraging residents to keep their lots tidy.
- Amenities: The presence of a pool, clubhouse with a gym, and guest parking are tangible benefits for residents. The ability to reserve the clubhouse for events adds to the community's potential social offerings.
- Management Style: The reviews offer conflicting views on management. One sees them as proactive in maintaining the park's cleanliness, while the other portrays them as unsympathetic, rude, and overly strict.
- Community Rules: The negative review's emphasis on "too many restrictions" and the risk of eviction over minor issues suggests that the community might have stringent rules that could be burdensome for some residents.
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" or considering a mobile home community in Federal Heights, Lamplighter Manufactured Home Community presents a situation where personal priorities will play a significant role in the evaluation. Those who highly value cleanliness and amenities might find the positive aspects appealing. However, the serious allegations of poor management and excessive restrictions should not be overlooked. Potential residents and RVers are strongly advised to conduct thorough due diligence, including visiting the community, speaking with current residents (if possible), and directly engaging with the management to gain a more comprehensive and balanced understanding before making a decision. The significant divergence in the provided reviews underscores the importance of seeking multiple perspectives to form an informed opinion.
In conclusion, Lamplighter Manufactured Home Community in Federal Heights, CO, offers a mix of potentially positive features, such as cleanliness and amenities, alongside significant concerns raised by one reviewer regarding management style and community rules. Individuals considering this community for RV or mobile home living should carefully weigh these contrasting perspectives and conduct thorough personal research to determine if it aligns with their needs and preferences.

Lamplighter Manufactured Home Community Reviews
Have lived here since 2022. The park is very clean and management does do monthly lot inspections, if your lot is clean you get a credit on your lot rent. They have great amenities like the pool and club house with a small gym. You can also reserve the club house for parties. Has guest parking. Have had no issues or problems. Personally I’d rather live in a clean mobile home park, so I am glad they keep up with the park.
