Shady Lane Manufactured Home Community Introduce
When local users search for "RV parks near me," they are often considering various types of communities that can accommodate their housing needs, including mobile home parks that may offer long-term residency. Shady Lane Manufactured Home Community, located at 6791 CO-2, Commerce City, CO 80022, USA, presents a mixed picture based on the available customer reviews, which offer contrasting perspectives on the management and overall living experience.
One review expresses significant dissatisfaction with the management of Shady Lane Manufactured Home Community. This reviewer describes the management as "very rude" and highlights issues with parking regulations, stating that residents cannot even park in front of their own trailers without receiving a tow sticker. The lack of available parking within the community is also noted, with an abundance of "no parking" signs exacerbating the problem. The reviewer further characterizes the management and employees as "very unprofessional, rude," and alleges instances of property vandalism. A specific unresolved issue involves the management's failure to relocate a meter, which allegedly necessitates them entering the resident's backyard and causing damage to the trailer's siding. This reviewer strongly advises against moving into the community and recounts negative interactions with the management, including being hung up on and spoken over during attempts to negotiate. The review also raises concerns about management entering residents' yards without knocking or asking permission, and warns of potential pet loss if gates are left open due to this practice. This paints a concerning picture of a community with strained management-resident relations and potentially intrusive practices.
In stark contrast, another review offers a more positive perspective, describing Shady Lane as being "on the nicer end of mobile/manufactured home parks." This reviewer characterizes it as a "very quiet community" with a significant adjacent park that offers walking trails, a baseball diamond, and a basketball court, among other amenities. This suggests a potentially appealing environment for residents who value outdoor recreation and a peaceful atmosphere. The reviewer also notes that the manufactured homes are generally "fairly new" and "kept very clean," with a few exceptions. However, this positive review also mentions that there were no spaces available at the time of writing, indicating potential high demand and limited availability within the community.
Considering these contrasting reviews, it is challenging to form a definitive objective assessment of Shady Lane Manufactured Home Community. The negative review raises serious concerns about the management's professionalism, communication, and respect for residents' property and privacy, as well as significant parking issues. These are critical factors for anyone considering long-term residency in a community, including those who might be exploring "RV parks near me" for a similar living arrangement.
On the other hand, the positive review highlights the quiet nature of the community, the proximity to a large park with recreational facilities, and the generally well-maintained newer homes. These aspects could be attractive to individuals and families seeking a peaceful environment with access to outdoor activities. The mention of no available spaces also suggests that some people do find the community desirable.
In terms of services and features, the positive review indirectly mentions the availability of a large adjacent park with walking trails, a baseball diamond, and a basketball court. These can be considered significant amenities that enhance the living experience for residents who enjoy outdoor activities and recreation. However, neither review provides specific details about other potential services within the community itself, such as laundry facilities, community centers, or organized events. Information regarding utility hookups (water, sewer, electricity) and waste management, which are typically essential for both mobile home and RV parks, is also absent.
The negative review's mention of parking restrictions implies that parking is a regulated aspect of the community, but the specific rules and the availability of parking spaces remain unclear. The alleged towing of vehicles parked in front of residents' trailers, coupled with a lack of alternative parking, suggests a potentially significant inconvenience for residents.
No promotional information is provided in the given data. Therefore, it is not possible to comment on any special offers or incentives that Shady Lane Manufactured Home Community might be offering to attract new residents.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" who might be considering Shady Lane Manufactured Home Community as a long-term option, it is crucial to weigh the conflicting information presented in the reviews. The serious allegations against the management in one review should not be dismissed lightly and warrant thorough investigation. Conversely, the positive feedback regarding the quiet environment and access to park amenities suggests potential benefits to living in this community.
Prospective residents should attempt to gather more information from various sources. This could include contacting the management directly at (303) 288-2038 or +1 303-288-2038 to inquire about parking policies, management practices, community rules, and available amenities. Visiting the community in person could provide a firsthand impression of the environment, the condition of the homes, and the layout of the park. If possible, speaking with current residents who have not left online reviews could offer a more balanced perspective on the living experience at Shady Lane Manufactured Home Community.
In conclusion, Shady Lane Manufactured Home Community in Commerce City, Colorado, presents a complex picture based on the available reviews. While one review highlights significant negative experiences with management, parking, and property rights, the other describes a quiet community with access to appealing park amenities and generally well-maintained homes. For local users exploring "RV parks near me," Shady Lane warrants careful consideration and thorough investigation to reconcile these contrasting perspectives before making any decisions about residency.

Shady Lane Manufactured Home Community Reviews
The worst trailer park in management I’ve ever experienced very rude. You can’t even park your car in front of your trailer without getting a tow sticker on it. There’s nowhere to park in the community is no parking signs everywhere management and employees that run the trailer park are very unprofessional, rude, and have vandalized property I have asked them to move the meter to the front so they don’t have to go in my backyard and vandalize the siding of my trailer. Still haven’t moved it. Very excited to move out of this community. Do not move here. I tried to negotiate with the management. They hung up on me were speaking over me, and wouldn’t even let me talk. they just walk in your yard and don’t even knock and ask before going in your yard. Leave your gate open if you have one or pets in the back, you might lose them.
Mar 18, 2025 · Dj CatanzaroI have friends that live in Shady Lane and it's on the nicer end of mobile/manufactured home parks. This is a very quiet community with a large park besides it with walking trails, a baseball diamond and basketball court, amongst other amenities. The manufactured homes are fairly new, with a few exceptions, and generally kept very clean. There were no spaces available so if you're looking to move out regime you're until, you'd best look elsewhere.
Jan 21, 2021 · Marquist Spencer (M)In general I love this place. however there are some things that kind of still hurt my feelings about this place. I'm in the process of selling my trailer and I hope to get it sold soon. The neighborhood looks really great. Very clean. It looked upscale even I would say.
May 03, 2019 · Katherine ThompsonIts fun you get to go to the park almost every day if you live in the front I'm #6 so I go there every day the trailers may be small but I don't care because I'm out until 8:00pm I love singing out side do there is life at shady lane
