When considering a mobile home park for potential long-term RV living, it's crucial to evaluate its environment, services, and features. While Landever Mobile Estates Inc is identified as a mobile home park, it is worthwhile to investigate whether they accommodate RVs for extended stays and what infrastructure and amenities they provide to ensure a comfortable living experience for RV owners. Your search for "RV parks near me" might lead you to consider such communities, particularly in areas affected by significant events like Hurricane Michael, where housing options may be varied.
Based on its address, Landever Mobile Estates Inc is situated in Panama City, Florida. This location offers proximity to the amenities of Panama City, including access to the Gulf Coast, shopping, dining, and essential services. However, one customer review provides context by mentioning the impact of Hurricane Michael on the nearby town of Callaway, suggesting that the broader area has faced significant challenges and is undergoing recovery.
One of the customer reviews offers a pre-hurricane perspective of Landever Mobile Estates Inc. It describes the community as a "really nice mobile home community" before Hurricane Michael. Key features highlighted include "roomy, affordable" individual lots that were "surrounded by trees and quiet culdesacs." This paints a picture of a potentially pleasant and spacious living environment with a degree of natural beauty and tranquility. The review also mentions that "remodeling and repair seem to be underway now," indicating efforts to recover and rebuild after the hurricane's impact. This could be positive news for those seeking long-term housing in the area.
However, another review presents a very negative experience with individuals associated with Landever Mobile Estates Inc, although it pertains to a property on 11th Street in St. Andrew's, not the Roche Court address directly. This reviewer alleges unethical and dishonest behavior related to a rental property that was damaged by the hurricane. They claim they were asked to leave temporarily for repairs with the assurance of returning, only to be later told the property was sold (which they dispute). The reviewer suggests the motivation was to illegally increase the rent. While this experience is not directly about the Roche Court location or RV living, it raises concerns about the integrity and management practices of individuals associated with Landever Mobile Estates Inc, which potential residents might want to consider.
Given the contrasting information and the context of hurricane recovery, it is essential for potential residents, including those looking for "RV parks near me," to seek current and specific information about Landever Mobile Estates Inc at the Roche Court address. Inquiries regarding RV accommodations should include:
- Availability of RV lots: Are there designated spaces for recreational vehicles?
- Utility hookups: What type and capacity of electrical, water, and sewer hookups are available for RVs?
- Lot sizes and features: Are the lots suitable for different sizes of RVs? Are they still spacious and surrounded by trees as described pre-hurricane?
- Park environment post-hurricane: What is the current state of the community? Have the remodeling and repairs progressed? What is the noise level and overall atmosphere?
- Services and amenities for RV residents: Are laundry facilities, waste disposal, water access, mail service, or common areas available?
- Pet policies: What are the rules regarding pets for long-term residents?
- Safety and security: What measures are in place to ensure the safety and security of residents?
It is also crucial to inquire about the management's responsiveness and their approach to tenant relations, especially considering the serious allegations in one of the reviews. Asking about their policies on repairs, maintenance, and communication with residents would be advisable.
No specific promotional information for Landever Mobile Estates Inc at the Roche Court address is included in the provided data. If you are interested in any special offers, discounts for long-term stays (if RVs are permitted), or other incentives, it is recommended to contact the management directly at (850) 874-1441 or +1 850-874-1441. They will be able to provide the most current information on any promotions they may be running, particularly in the context of post-hurricane recovery efforts to attract residents.
In conclusion, for individuals searching for "RV parks near me" in Panama City, Florida, Landever Mobile Estates Inc at 6115 Roche Ct presents a mobile home park with a pre-hurricane reputation for spacious lots in a pleasant environment. Recovery efforts seem to be underway. However, a concerning review regarding the management's ethics in a different location under the same association warrants careful consideration. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that potential residents, including those with RVs seeking long-term stays, contact the management directly to inquire about their current policies on RVs, the services and features available, the progress of post-hurricane recovery, and their management practices. A visit to the property to assess its current environment and the condition of the facilities would be a crucial step in making an informed decision.

Landever Mobile Estates Inc Reviews
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I rented from these people for 6 years on 11th St in St Andrew's. The house was wrecked from the hurricane and they asked us to leave temporarily so it could be fixed but they wanted us back once finished. So we left and found a place to stay temporarily. We kept in touch making sure we still had a place to call home. They assured us we could come back every time we called. One day they called and stated they sold the house. We have since found that they in fact did not sell the house. They knew they legally could not up the rent on us so they lied and said they sold it. They were charging us $775 and they are now charging the new family in there $1500. Watch your backs if you rent from them. They did all this while I was pregnant and I have a 5 year old (he was 4 at the time). All while I was displaced from home and work. #850wrong
Jun 14, 2019 · Jennifer TurnerBefore Hurricane Michael tortured the town of Callaway and damaged nearly every home here, this was a really nice mobile home community. The individual lots are roomy, affordable, and surrounded by trees and quiet culdesacs. Remodeling and repair seem to be underway now, which is great news for the large number of citizens currently misplaced and in need of a home.
Sep 08, 2019 · Lora HenkeThis place was hit hard by Michael, but its residents seem to be in high spirits! There has been a few vacant mobile homes repaired available to lease, as well as a few for sale as is, empty lots for rent, etc.
Jul 23, 2019 · MrsB BenhamI like the private lots and it's in a wooded area. That's something hard to find since Hurricane Michael took a vast majority of the trees in our area.
