Maple's Mobile Home Park Introduce
For local users in Greenfield, Indiana, and the surrounding areas who are searching within the "rv parks near me" category or are considering mobile home park living, Maple's Mobile Home Park, located at 547 Pratt St, Greenfield, IN 46140, presents itself as a potential option. You can contact them at (317) 608-9130 or +1 317-608-9130 for inquiries. It's important to note that while categorized under "rv parks near me," Maple's Mobile Home Park appears to primarily function as a residential mobile home park, which may or may not accommodate short-term RV stays. Therefore, local users specifically seeking RV parks for temporary lodging should verify this directly with the management.
Based on recent customer reviews, Maple's Mobile Home Park elicits strongly contrasting opinions, which potential residents or visitors should carefully consider. One review expresses significant dissatisfaction and strongly advises against moving into the park. This reviewer alleges several serious issues, including the presence of mold and a maintenance service that is described as inadequate and not up to code. Specific examples provided include a maintenance worker allegedly hitting residents' belongings with a mower and replacing broken windows with plexiglass without removing the old glass. These claims, if accurate, would indicate significant neglect of property maintenance and potential safety concerns.
Furthermore, the negative review accuses the maintenance of not properly inspecting and cleaning underneath trailers when residents move out, resulting in the accumulation of trash and debris from previous occupants. The reviewer provides a personal anecdote about their girlfriend's trailer having six bags of old clothes, boxes, and other items underneath it, which they claim the landlord was neglecting due to laziness. The review explicitly names the park owner as Andrew Gregory and expresses strong condemnation for the alleged living conditions and lack of care for the trailer park.
In stark contrast to this highly critical review, another customer offers a completely different perspective, describing Maple's Mobile Home Park as a "great, affordable place to live" with a "very clean and nice neighborhood." This reviewer also praises the landlord as "top notch" and a "good dude," indicating a positive experience with the management and the overall environment of the park. This conflicting feedback suggests that experiences at Maple's Mobile Home Park may vary significantly, or that these reviews might represent different time periods, specific locations within the park, or individual expectations.
Given these divergent opinions, it is challenging to provide a definitive objective introduction without further information or clarification. However, by considering both perspectives, local users can gain a more nuanced understanding of potential aspects of Maple's Mobile Home Park.
From the positive review, the environment of Maple's Mobile Home Park could be perceived as a "clean and nice neighborhood," suggesting a community that is well-maintained and pleasant to live in. Affordability is also highlighted as a key feature, which could be attractive to local users seeking budget-friendly housing options or RV sites (if available for long-term or short-term stays). The positive feedback regarding the landlord suggests that some residents may experience good communication and responsive management.
On the other hand, the negative review paints a picture of a poorly maintained environment with potential health hazards like mold and neglect of basic maintenance. The accusations of inadequate repairs, property damage by maintenance, and the accumulation of trash under trailers raise serious concerns about the living conditions and the level of care provided by the management, specifically naming the owner. These allegations, if substantiated, would indicate a problematic environment for residents.
In terms of services and features, the limited information makes it difficult to provide a comprehensive list. Typically, mobile home parks offer basic infrastructure such as water, sewer, and electrical hookups for mobile homes and RVs (if permitted). There might be communal areas or facilities, but these are not mentioned in the provided reviews. The negative review indirectly refers to a "maintenance man," suggesting that some level of maintenance service is supposed to be provided, although the reviewer claims it is inadequate. The positive review's mention of a "top notch" landlord implies that management is responsive and helpful, at least in some residents' experiences.
The conflicting nature of the reviews means that potential features such as cleanliness, maintenance quality, and landlord responsiveness are viewed very differently by different individuals. Therefore, local users considering Maple's Mobile Home Park should be aware of these contrasting perspectives and conduct their own due diligence to assess the current conditions and management practices.
There is no promotional information provided in the text. The reviews are purely based on individual experiences and do not mention any special offers or incentives for new residents or RVers (if applicable). Local users would need to contact the park directly to inquire about current rates, availability, and any promotional deals.
For local users in Greenfield, Indiana, searching for "rv parks near me" or considering a mobile home park, Maple's Mobile Home Park presents a complex picture based on the available reviews. While one reviewer describes it as a great and affordable place with a top-notch landlord, another strongly advises against moving in due to alleged mold issues, poor maintenance, and a negligent landlord. These conflicting accounts underscore the importance of thorough research and potentially a visit to the park to assess the conditions firsthand before making any decisions. If short-term RV stays are being considered, it is crucial to verify if this is accommodated by Maple's Mobile Home Park, as the primary function appears to be a mobile home park.
In conclusion, Maple's Mobile Home Park in Greenfield, Indiana, has received both highly positive and severely negative feedback from recent reviewers. Potential local users searching for "rv parks near me" or mobile home living should be aware of these contrasting opinions regarding affordability, cleanliness, maintenance, and landlord responsiveness. Given the significant discrepancies in the reviews, it is strongly recommended that interested individuals contact the park directly, inquire about the specific services and amenities offered to RVs (if applicable), and if possible, visit the premises to form their own assessment of the environment and management before committing to a stay or residency.

Maple's Mobile Home Park Reviews
Do not move into this place at all you will get ripped off. You will have to live with mold and the maintenance man does not do anything the correct way it’s not up to code at all. He will hit your stuff with his mower when he mows and if you have a broken window, he’s replacing it with plexiglass, and he won’t take the glass out. He also doesn’t check under the trailers when people move out and their was trash underneath trailers from people that lived there before. My girlfriend’s trailer had like six bags full of old clothes, boxes, towels, and all other sorts of stuff like that and those bags underneath her trailer that he was leaving there because he’s too lazy to actually be a good Landlord. The guy that owns the park is Andrew Gregory. Also You should be ashamed of yourself for letting people live like This and not taking care of your trailer park
