Northville Crossing Introduce
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in the Northville, Michigan area, Northville Crossing, located at 9800 Bloomsbury Cir, Northville, MI 48167, USA, is a mobile home park that might offer accommodations for recreational vehicles. Interested individuals can contact them at (248) 437-0162 or +1 248-437-0162 to inquire about the availability of RV lots, specific services offered to RV residents, and any relevant community guidelines.
When considering Northville Crossing as a potential choice within the "RV parks near me" category, it is crucial to carefully and objectively analyze the significant concerns raised in the available customer reviews. These reviews highlight numerous issues related to management, maintenance, rule enforcement, and overall living conditions, which prospective residents, including those with RVs, should thoroughly evaluate.
Environment and Community: Allegations of Poor Management and Maintenance
The customer reviews for Northville Crossing paint a largely negative picture of the management and maintenance within the park. One detailed review expresses extreme disappointment despite acknowledging some positive aspects like "awesome" neighbors. The core complaints revolve around alleged misrepresentation during the sale of a mobile home (regarding the age of the roof and appliances), ineffective maintenance, unhelpful management, and selective enforcement of park rules.
The reviewer claims that promised "new" features were far from it, leading to immediate expenses for the homeowner. They also describe maintenance and management as unresponsive, only showing interest when a resident threatens to handle issues independently. The cleanliness and upkeep of common areas are also questioned, with allegations of a "premium view" area being used as a trash dump and construction debris being left uncleaned. The review further suggests a lack of enforcement of rules regarding parking of RVs and uninsured vehicles, as well as breed restrictions for dogs, implying favoritism and inconsistent application of community standards.
Another long-term resident, living there since 2019, corroborates the negative trend, citing significant increases in lot rent coupled with diminishing services, such as unreliable garbage pickup and contaminated tap water. This reviewer also suggests the presence of individuals who aggressively defend the park online ("cheerleaders") despite the apparent realities of living there.
While one reviewer mentions decent neighbors, the overwhelming sentiment from the available feedback points to significant systemic issues within Northville Crossing that could negatively impact the living environment for all residents, including those in RVs.
Services and Amenities: Concerns About Quality and Cost
The reviews raise concerns about the quality and cost-effectiveness of the services and amenities at Northville Crossing. The alleged lack of adequate maintenance and the increasing lot rent with potentially decreasing services (like garbage pickup) suggest a poor value proposition for residents.
While the park reportedly has a pool and a new basketball court, one reviewer notes that the pool is often unpleasant due to unruly children and the basketball court has been a source of problems like underage drinking and fights. These descriptions suggest that even the advertised amenities may not provide a positive experience for residents.
The long-term resident's complaint about contracting internet services through the park at inflated prices and being charged extra for unreliable garbage pickup further indicates potential issues with the management of essential services.
For local users considering Northville Crossing as an option for "RV parks near me," these reviews suggest that the quality and reliability of services and amenities may be questionable and potentially overpriced.
Features and Considerations: Negative Aspects Dominate
The features and considerations highlighted by the customer reviews are predominantly negative. The alleged deceptive sales practices, ineffective management and maintenance, selective rule enforcement, increasing costs, and problematic amenities paint a concerning picture for potential residents.
While the presence of a pool and a basketball court might typically be seen as positive features, the negative experiences associated with them, as described in the reviews, diminish their appeal. The annual new flowers and new mailboxes are mentioned almost sarcastically in light of the more pressing issues within the park.
For those searching for "RV parks near me," the information available strongly suggests that the negative aspects of living at Northville Crossing, as reported by former and current residents, significantly outweigh any potential positive features.
Promotional Information and Recommendations: Proceed with Extreme Caution
Given the overwhelmingly negative experiences detailed in the customer reviews, it would be irresponsible to present any positive promotional information for Northville Crossing at this time. The serious allegations regarding management, maintenance, rule enforcement, and the overall living environment should be the primary focus for any potential resident.
Recommendations for local users searching for "RV parks near me" are as follows:
- Exercise Extreme Caution: The numerous and serious complaints from multiple reviewers warrant extreme caution when considering Northville Crossing.
- Seek Extensive and Recent Feedback: Potential residents should seek out more recent reviews from a variety of sources to determine if the issues reported have been addressed.
- Inquire Specifically About Management and Maintenance Policies: Directly ask the management about their policies and procedures for handling maintenance requests, enforcing park rules, and addressing resident concerns. Obtain specific details and verifiable processes.
- Visit the Property and Speak to Current Residents: A visit to the property is crucial. If possible, speak to current residents (outside of management presence) to get firsthand accounts of the living conditions and management responsiveness.
- Thoroughly Review All Agreements: Carefully scrutinize all lease or purchase agreements, paying close attention to fees, service provisions, and dispute resolution processes.
- Consider All Other Options First: It is strongly recommended that individuals searching for "RV parks near me" in the Northville, MI area thoroughly explore all other available options that have more positive or less concerning feedback.
In conclusion, the available customer reviews for Northville Crossing in Northville, MI, raise significant concerns regarding the management, maintenance, rule enforcement, and overall living environment. For local users searching for "RV parks near me," this information should serve as a strong warning. Proceeding with extreme caution and conducting thorough, independent investigation is essential. Exploring alternative RV park options in the area with more positive or less concerning feedback is highly advised to ensure a satisfactory living experience.

Northville Crossing Reviews
Open photo 34 my response*** PROCEEDED WITH CAUTION***I gave the park two stars because my mom’s neighbors were awesome. the park has a hole from the outside. It looks nice. Reality is not so great. For a park that brings in roughly $560,000 a month. You would think the maintenance and management and sales team would be better than what they are. my mother was sold a house by Brittany that was Roughly 21 years old when she bought it. The listing and the final sales paperwork says the roof is new and the appliances are new. while I can assure you they were not. appliances manufactured in 2012 we’re not new in 2020 which is one of the reasons why she had to buy a new refrigerator two weeks after she moved in. Along with my new Washer and dryer. The roof definitely was not new. I have quotes from different roofing companies that said the roof was at least 20 to 25 years Old.Don’t let them Refer you to an inspector when you purchase a home from them because they just give you a guy that does work in the park and he’s useless as tits on a bull. Maintenance and management suck if you go to management with the problem nine times at a time you’re going to get there is nothing we could do. The only time you get any kind of responses if you say I’ll take care of it myself and all of a sudden they wanna crawl up your backside and wanna know how you’re gonna handle it? It would be a lot easier if management would just do their jobs. The pool looks nice but don’t let that for you because you’re not gonna enjoy it…screaming yelling and crying kids that don’t listen to the so-called lifeguard on duty. They charge you for premium views that’s a joke as you can see in the pictures maintenance uses it for a trash dump. They leave wood all over the place when they repair stuff they don’t pick up behind themselves. If you have nosy neighbors and it makes for an uncomfortable living situation, even though it’s part of the park rules that management can do something they don’t.. if you ask to put up a small privacy fence you can’t do that because that’s against the rules unless you’re friends and a snitch to management you can do it without any repercussions pictures are below. You can park your RV, trailer in your driveway for as long as you want because they don’t enforce that rule either unless of course you’re not on the good side of management. You can have cars in your driveway that are uninsured with no plates that haven’t moved in years. That’s fine as long as your friends with management. If You’re lucky to have decent neighbors. It could be a plus. They say no bully breeds allowed in the park. That’s a joke because I can assure you that there are plenty of Pitbull Rottweilers and German Shepherds. I know this firsthand because my mother lived behind a woman with two pit bulls. Don’t get me wrong. I love pit bulls Rottweiler, etc. but if it Is against Park policy then why is it its selectively enforced? based on the other concerns and complaints and reviews of this park and how the park address is it in the reviews it totally different to what happens in person. They are quick to blow smoke up your butt and conveniently they always “do not remember”. All the money that is paid out to the park for lot rent, I find this park to be very disappointing. Oh wait I forgot on the plus side all the rent you pay, you do get new flowers every year and Any new basketball court that has caused nothing but problems like underage drinking some drug use and Fights. Oh, and new mailboxes for God knows what reason there was nothing wrong with the ones that were previously there, but I’m not management. I purposefully left my mom’s lawn overgrown didn’t trim the trees or bothered to fix up anything for the inspection , but she passed and then three days later she was cited for her grass. Also, in the pictures below, you will see broken screen shutters, a non-painted porch, etc. all in violation of the park rules, but still past the inspection, not to mention the broken screens and what not we’re like that at the time of the sale of the house.
Sep 24, 2024 · Robert ButskyI’ve lived here since 2019 my lot rent was 510, it’s now nearly 900 with added fees, contracting the internet where they choose to up the prices, now paying for garbage pick up and they miss trash, they also will drop stuff all over the streets and I’ve had to sweep glass from in front of my house from the trash that was dumped over the truck in front of me and my driveway where I couldn’t even pull in. The water destroys everything, you can’t drink it from the tap. This place has a bunch of cheerleaders I swear are paid to defend it, when in reality all they do is put make up on the place to suck you in.I will say though, for the most part neighborhood is decent people wise but of course have the neighborhood watch type judging everyone, oh and if you have kids Salem Elementary is kind of awful.
Feb 02, 2025 · Ashly KuzmaVery beautiful and clean neighborhood. The clubhouse is beautiful and clean as well offering lots of amenities including a pool, a gym, and rental space for gatherings.
Mar 15, 2025 · Jodi Hargrave-ThomasI would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER. They upcharge your rent every 4-6 months. Your indoor outdoor cats are a no go. You will be written up. Their yard maintenance WILL ding up your house and NOT be responsible for it. The management is horrible and talks nasty. Their attitude is oh well move out. Never never in my life would I expect anyone to live with this crap. The park can't be played in by little kids due to older kids vulgarity and things left at the park. Over the bridge there is NO visitors parking you and your guests are expected to walk over the bridge. Do not park in street or on grass your vehicle can be tagged and towed. The kids get away with throwing things at your vehicles in the middle of the road. Do not reprimand them you will have the wrath if neighborhood on you even if said item went through open window and hit a newborn. The smell can sometimes get nasty from the water house or dump a few miles away. Rotted hot sewer garbage is not a pleasant smell. The rent may say 610 but that doesn't include the 20$ fee you pay every month to PAY your rent. I can go on. If you have any other option GO FOR IT
Aug 23, 2024 · Nicole NormanClean and friendly neighborhood with a remarkable staff that will help with anything. Lovely people of all ages live here and are always welcoming and friendly.
