1000% false advertising. And a lawsuit waiting to happen. It's a trailer park, not a resort. No pool or hot tub. No one is working on it as one, singular positive review said. Resident employees are abrasive and focus on being rude to new people but not getting rid of the bad. Dirt, dogs, drugs and drama. And yes, you are 3ft from your neighbors, electric is shoddy, place is in disrepair, half the road collapsed and they've done nothing, potholes everywhere. Loose dogs, fighting, box trucks, overcrowded with cars, endless drama. A trailer park. And frankly, something is off with the river water here, I paddleboard everywhere around PNW and I've never seen what I call dead water..murky water, muddy clay quicksand, no signs of life like fish, crabs, oysters, clams, seaweed, insects, nothing. Just some dead mosquitoes floating. Every dock and beach in this area are covered with oyster, crab, clam and mussle shells, and kelp, little fish that swim around the dock, but not here. I couldn't see past a few inches deep, unheard of in the PNW. Just saying, I wonder if they're maintaining their septic? I went to Rockaway Beach down the road, which feeds this river, and it's crystal clear. Read all previous reviews, they're spot on. ** Added 2 videos as I was getting ready to leave, another fight, screaming and cursing, coming from a tiny camper with 5 dogs and tarp teepee. Locals call it parasite cove. Stay at your own risk. And they have the audacity to ask you to sign a liability waiver!😂😆🤣 Don't sign it. - Krista Conn

Paradise Cove RV Resort & Marina Introduce

When local users search for “RV parks near me,” it is crucial to have access to accurate and unbiased information to make informed decisions. Paradise Cove RV Resort & Marina, located at 32455 US-101, Rockaway Beach, OR 97136, USA, is one such option in the Rockaway Beach area. However, based on recent and detailed customer reviews available online, it is imperative for potential visitors to be aware of significant concerns regarding the park's condition, management, and overall environment. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview based on these reviews, highlighting the reported issues to help local users understand the potential experience of staying at this facility.

Paradise Cove RV Resort & Marina can be contacted by phone at (360) 466-4468 or via their mobile number +1 360-466-4468. While these contact details are available for inquiries, the nature of the reported issues suggests that potential visitors should proceed with significant caution and seek detailed information before making any commitments.

Multiple reviewers have expressed extreme dissatisfaction with Paradise Cove RV Resort & Marina, contradicting its “resort” designation. One particularly detailed review labels the advertising as “1000% false” and suggests potential legal issues. The reviewer explicitly states that the facility is more akin to a “trailer park” rather than a resort, citing the absence of advertised amenities such as a pool or hot tub.

Furthermore, this reviewer disputes a singular positive review, claiming that no work is being done to improve the property. Instead, they describe a multitude of negative aspects, including “dirt, dogs, drugs and drama.” They also allege that resident employees are “abrasive” and prioritize rudeness towards newcomers over addressing existing problems within the park.

The physical condition of Paradise Cove RV Resort & Marina appears to be severely lacking, according to the reviews. One reviewer mentions being situated “3ft from your neighbors,” indicating very close quarters and a lack of personal space. Concerns are also raised about the “shoddy” electrical infrastructure and the general state of disrepair throughout the park. Alarmingly, the reviewer notes that “half the road collapsed and they’ve done nothing,” along with the presence of “potholes everywhere,” suggesting significant safety hazards and neglect of basic maintenance.

The issue of “loose dogs” and reported instances of “fighting” contribute to an unsafe and chaotic environment. The presence of “box trucks” and overcrowding with cars further detract from the aesthetic and functional aspects of the park. The overarching theme from this review is one of “endless drama,” making it an undesirable location for those seeking peace and relaxation.

Adding to the concerns, the detailed review raises questions about the quality of the river water adjacent to the property. The reviewer, an experienced paddleboarder in the Pacific Northwest, describes the water as “dead water” – murky, with muddy clay quicksand and a notable absence of aquatic life such as fish, crabs, oysters, clams, seaweed, and insects. This is contrasted with the abundance of such life around other docks and beaches in the area and the “crystal clear” water further upriver at Rockaway Beach. The reviewer speculates about the maintenance of the park’s septic system as a potential contributing factor to this unusual water condition.

The most alarming part of this review includes an account of witnessing a fight with “screaming and cursing” coming from a small camper housing five dogs and a makeshift tarp shelter. The reviewer also mentions that locals refer to the area as “parasite cove” and strongly advises potential visitors to “stay at your own risk.” The fact that the park reportedly asks visitors to sign a liability waiver is seen as ironic given the numerous issues highlighted.

Another reviewer corroborates the dilapidated state of the RV park, noting that it was “run down” with driveways in a “state of disrepair” and numerous potholes. This reviewer also points out that the park is primarily occupied by “long-term RVers” and reports a lack of staff availability for check-in during regular hours. After a significant delay in getting a callback, they were directed to an “upper section” of the park located across the highway and up a very steep driveway. This reviewer also concludes that Paradise Cove RV Resort & Marina is not a “resort” but rather a “live-in trailer park needing a lot of work and better customer service.”

The consistent negative feedback regarding the physical condition, the overall environment, and the apparent lack of professional management paints a concerning picture for any potential local users searching for “RV parks near me” in the Rockaway Beach area. The significant discrepancies between the park’s name and the actual experiences reported by multiple reviewers should serve as a strong warning.

Given these detailed and critical reviews, it is impossible to provide any positive promotional information or highlight appealing features of Paradise Cove RV Resort & Marina based solely on publicly available information. Instead, local users should be aware of the potential risks and significant drawbacks associated with this facility as described by those who have stayed there.

For local users actively searching for “RV parks near me” on platforms offering related services or goods, it is strongly recommended to thoroughly investigate alternative options in the Rockaway Beach area. The issues raised in the reviews – including safety concerns, poor maintenance, lack of advertised amenities, and a potentially unpleasant environment – should be carefully considered. Visiting the location in person to assess the conditions firsthand, if possible, and seeking more recent reviews from various sources would be a prudent step before making any decisions.

In conclusion, while Paradise Cove RV Resort & Marina is geographically located in Rockaway Beach, Oregon, the overwhelming negative feedback from recent reviews suggests that it may not offer the experience typically associated with an “RV resort.” Local users searching for RV parks in the area should be aware of the serious concerns raised regarding its condition, safety, and management, and are advised to exercise extreme caution and explore other available options to ensure a more satisfactory and safe stay.
