This RV Park SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS.!Read on for the rest of the story: I had two days to find a place to park my 5th wheel or be parked on the side of the road. That being the case I chose to stay at the one and only place that had a vacancy, yet the roadside would have been a better choice in hindsite. To keep this account brief I will provide a timeline of the chain of events from my initial contact to my eventual departure only 2 weeks as a resident.First contacted the site manager a week prior to my deadline. Antoine provided me an application packet(incomplete) to fill out and return. Did so next day and was shown the space I would occupy. Was told on Friday I would hear back no later than Tuesday to be able to move in a few days in advance of the first.Due to no call or text on Wednesday I repeatedly called his and wifes cell eventually reaching her. Was informed just waiting for approval letter from property manager. Again, nothing up to Friday so I call several times leaving messages. Recieved a text message from Kemi staying the space I was shown and promised was being given to someone who applied months ago. First mention of any other applicant in front of me. With less than 48 hours before my deadline I'm now being told they might have something in a week or so. Of course I explained the position they had placed me in and stated to have the property manager call me within the hour.Drita(Property Mgr) calls late in the day apologizing for their screw up and offered another space that was vacating on my deadline date at other park. This is on the outside of the park on the street with a entrance/exit thoroughfare next to it. Having no other choice but to accept, I reluctantly move in on the first.Drita instructed me to concern myself only with the enormous move in costs totaling just under $1,700 including first, dep., upfront first months water, gas, elec, garb, and sewer. She would personally meet later in the week to complete all of the 50 some odd pages of disclosures, rental agreement, releases of liability for everything that I didnt receive until the day before I moved in, not w/appl. As stated in several docs requiring my sig. to confirm.Move in day site has abandoned lawnmower and debris everywhere. I clean the site prior to parking my 5th wheel, only to be greeted by Mr. Nieghbor who proceeds to enlighten me as to the known drug dealer behind me, a cockroach problem from hell that I could expect to invade by day two, in addition to his snyde remarks about the site managers along with the new park owners who had increased the rent between 35-40% excluding the previously included utilities.Making the best of it I proceeded to settle in and make it home. I then became aware of my next door neighbors sewer line leaking every time they used any water. Was told by site manager that wasn't their problem, I'd have to take it up with my nieghbor. I did and he proceeded to argue that his valves were closed, so there could be a leak, ignoring the sewage soaked soil directly surrounding the area leaking. I repaired it myself that evening.Trying to follow up on Dritas statement we would be meeting later in my first week. I contacted Kemi and Drita requesting an update as I had completed the paperwork, but hadn't signed all of it due to conflicting statements, documents stating I was responsible for the costs related to the asphalt and large overgrown Sycamore tree in my space, all costs and assumed all liability. Pointing out these glaring issues needing clarification or deletion/ addendum, was the reason for the incomplete nature of what I had been expected to sign.I was informed again by text after calls had been placed to both, that if I didnt sign all documents I would have to leave.I could go on with more of the same unbelievable content that's all documented in all the texts I saved to use in court.Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Unethical, unprofessional, dishonest, what more do I need to say. - Thomas P Hurley (Tommy)

Paso Robles Mobilehome Park Introduce

If you are searching for 'RV parks near me' in the Paso Robles, California area, it is crucial to conduct thorough research before making a decision. Paso Robles Mobilehome Park, located at 3341 Spring St, Paso Robles, CA 93446, USA, has received some concerning feedback from recent customers that prospective residents should carefully consider.

One particularly detailed review paints a very negative picture of the park, strongly advising others to "AVOID AT ALL COSTS.!" This individual's experience, spanning from initial contact to an early departure, outlines a series of significant issues that potential residents should be aware of. The reviewer details problems starting with the application process, including an incomplete application packet and a lack of timely communication regarding approval. This led to a last-minute change in the promised space and being offered a less desirable location on the park's periphery.

Furthermore, the move-in process appears to have been fraught with complications. The reviewer mentions being presented with a substantial move-in cost without receiving all the necessary documentation beforehand. Upon arrival at the assigned site, they reported finding an abandoned lawnmower and debris, requiring personal cleanup. Disturbingly, a neighbor allegedly informed the new resident about a known drug dealer nearby and a significant cockroach infestation expected to spread quickly.

Maintenance issues also seem to be a major concern at Paso Robles Mobilehome Park, according to this review. The resident reported a neighboring sewer line leaking sewage onto their site and claimed that the site manager stated this was not their responsibility and should be addressed directly with the neighbor. The reviewer ultimately had to repair the issue themselves.

The administrative and management practices described in the review are also troubling. The resident recounts being pressured to sign numerous documents, some containing conflicting information or assigning responsibility for issues like asphalt and overgrown trees on their space. When these discrepancies were pointed out, the reviewer alleges they were told to sign all documents or face eviction.

The gravity of these allegations cannot be understated. Issues related to safety (alleged drug activity), pest control (cockroach infestation), maintenance (sewer leaks, site debris), and management practices (communication failures, pressure to sign questionable documents, lack of responsibility for maintenance) raise serious concerns about the quality of life and the professionalism of the park's operation.

It is important to note that this detailed negative review provides a specific account of one individual's experience over a two-week period. While it is essential to consider all feedback, this particular review raises significant red flags regarding the management, maintenance, and overall environment of Paso Robles Mobilehome Park.

In contrast to the highly negative review, there is a very brief, older comment stating, "Good place manager recently was a a#$hole but he's gone now and everything is back to normal." This suggests that past management issues may have existed but were believed to be resolved at the time of that comment. However, given the detailed and recent negative experience, it is difficult to ascertain the current state of management and operations.

Considering the starkly contrasting feedback, potential residents searching for 'RV parks near me' in Paso Robles should exercise extreme caution regarding Paso Robles Mobilehome Park. The detailed account of unethical and unprofessional behavior, coupled with allegations of safety and maintenance problems, warrants thorough investigation and consideration of alternative options.

While the older, brief positive comment offers a glimmer of hope that past issues might have been addressed, the recent, extensive negative review presents a compelling case for serious concern. It highlights potential problems with communication, site conditions, neighborly relations, maintenance responsiveness, and administrative integrity. These are all critical factors for anyone seeking a stable and comfortable living environment in a mobile home or RV park.

Given the information available, it is impossible to provide a positive or neutral introduction to Paso Robles Mobilehome Park. The overwhelming message from the most recent detailed review is one of significant dissatisfaction and a strong recommendation to avoid the park entirely. Therefore, any local user searching for 'RV parks near me' should carefully weigh the serious allegations presented in the review before considering Paso Robles Mobilehome Park as a potential residence.

Prospective residents are strongly advised to conduct their own due diligence, which may include visiting the park in person (if they feel safe doing so), speaking with current residents (if possible), and seeking clarification from the management regarding the issues raised in the negative review. It would also be prudent to explore other 'RV parks near me' in the Paso Robles area to ensure a more positive and secure living experience.

In conclusion, based on the available online feedback, particularly the detailed and highly negative recent review, Paso Robles Mobilehome Park appears to have significant issues that potential residents should be acutely aware of. While a past positive comment suggests potential improvements, the recent experience paints a concerning picture of unethical practices, poor maintenance, and a negative living environment. Therefore, caution is strongly advised for anyone considering this park as a potential home.
