While distinct from traditional RV parks that typically cater to temporary stays, mobile home parks can appeal to those seeking a more permanent and potentially affordable housing solution within a community environment.
Located in Erie, Pennsylvania, Perry's Summit/Summit Village benefits from its location within a city that offers a range of amenities and attractions. Erie provides residents with access to natural beauty, most notably Presque Isle State Park along Lake Erie, as well as urban conveniences such as shopping centers, restaurants, and healthcare facilities. The specific proximity of Perry's Summit/Summit Village to these amenities would need to be further investigated by interested parties.
Information regarding the environment, services, and features of Perry's Summit/Summit Village is limited based on the provided customer reviews. The reviews present a concerning picture of the community. One reviewer describes the park as "genuinely the worst place I have ever lived in," citing issues such as "garbage everywhere" and children engaging in what they describe as "looting any 'abandoned' looking trailer they can find." This review also raises concerns about the park managers.
Another review echoes these sentiments, labeling Perry's Summit/Summit Village as the "worst mobile home park in NWPA with the highest lot rent." This reviewer mentions "run down homes, unmaintained grounds, blight, abondonded trailers, garbage all over and kids everywhere unattended and running wild." They explicitly advise against moving into the park for those seeking "peace" and "quiet."
Based solely on these two customer reviews, there is no positive information available regarding the services, features, or promotional aspects of Perry's Summit/Summit Village. The reviews paint a picture of a community struggling with significant issues related to maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and management. Potential residents should be aware of these serious allegations and conduct thorough due diligence before considering this location.
It is crucial to approach these reviews with the understanding that they represent individual experiences and may not be fully representative of the entire community. However, the consistency and severity of the issues raised warrant careful consideration. Prospective residents who might be considering Perry's Summit/Summit Village as an alternative found under "RV parks near me" for longer-term living should be particularly cautious and seek additional information from multiple sources.
Given the negative feedback in the available reviews, it is impossible to objectively describe positive environmental aspects, services, or features of Perry's Summit/Summit Village based on the provided information. There is no mention of community amenities, management services, or any promotional offers. The focus of the reviews is solely on the perceived negative living conditions within the park.
For anyone considering Perry's Summit/Summit Village, it is strongly recommended to visit the property in person to assess the conditions firsthand. Speaking with current residents (if possible) and directly engaging with the park management to address the concerns raised in the reviews would be essential steps. It would also be prudent to inquire about the lot rent, lease terms, park rules, and any services provided to residents.
In the context of someone searching for "RV parks near me," Perry's Summit/Summit Village, as a mobile home park, offers a different type of long-term residential option compared to a traditional RV park catering to temporary stays. However, the overwhelmingly negative feedback in the available reviews suggests significant challenges within this community. Without further information or positive feedback, it is difficult to recommend Perry's Summit/Summit Village as a viable living option.
In conclusion, based on the limited information available online, specifically the two provided customer reviews, Perry's Summit/Summit Village appears to be a mobile home park in Erie, PA, facing significant challenges related to cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and management. Potential residents, including those who might be considering it as a long-term option after searching for "RV parks near me," should exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough independent investigation before making any decisions regarding this community. There is no information available to describe positive aspects or promotional offers at this time.

Perry's Summit/Summit Village Reviews
This is genuinely the worst place I have ever lived in there is garbage everywhere and the children run around the park looting any "abandoned" looking trailer they can find. The park managers are also some of the dumbest people I've seen in the world the fact that this park hasn't burned to the ground yet is amazing.
