Pinewood Village Mobile Home Park Introduce
For individuals seeking long-term residential options and exploring alternatives to "RV parks near me" in the Mims, Florida area, Pinewood Village Mobile Home Park, located at 42 Pinewood Pl, Mims, FL 32754, USA, is a mobile home community that warrants consideration. You can reach them at (407) 919-3217 or +1 407-919-3217 for inquiries about residency.
Based on the limited information available, primarily from customer reviews, the initial appearance of Pinewood Village Mobile Home Park might be misleading. One reviewer noted that "the place looks nice at first blush." This suggests that the initial visual environment of the community might be appealing to prospective residents. However, it is crucial to consider the subsequent information provided in the reviews to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the living environment beyond its initial aesthetic. The reviews highlight concerns that could significantly impact the quality of life within the park. These concerns include allegations of poor maintenance, with one reviewer specifically mentioning issues related to water quality (brown water) and the gradual raising of lot rental prices, which they believe is intended to displace residents on fixed incomes. These factors suggest that while the physical environment might have some initial appeal, potential long-term residents should thoroughly investigate the current conditions and management practices.
The information regarding services at Pinewood Village Mobile Home Park, based on the provided reviews, raises significant concerns. One reviewer detailed a highly negative experience with the park manager, alleging unprofessional and potentially illegal actions. These allegations include forceful entry into a resident's property to post a notification, issues with water quality that were allegedly met with threats of eviction, frequent and potentially unlawful rent increases, and the imposition of "bogus water charges." The reviewer also claimed that the manager has anger management issues and a history of felony assault. Furthermore, there were accusations of the manager interfering with residents' guests, even banning them from church if they interrupted his conversations. Another reviewer corroborated issues with maintenance, describing it as "horrible." These accounts paint a concerning picture regarding the management and the provision of basic services within the park. Potential residents should exercise extreme caution and seek substantial verification of the current management and service provisions before considering residency.
The features of Pinewood Village Mobile Home Park are not explicitly detailed in a positive light within the provided reviews. While the initial appearance might be considered a feature, the subsequent negative feedback overshadows any potential positive aspects. The alleged lack of adequate maintenance, particularly concerning essential utilities like water, is a significant drawback. The reported frequent rent increases and the imposition of additional charges could also be considered negative features impacting the affordability of living in the community. The alleged behavior of the park manager, as described in detail by one reviewer, would undoubtedly create a hostile and unwelcoming living environment, severely detracting from any potential positive features the park might otherwise offer. These accounts suggest a community where residents might experience significant stress and dissatisfaction. Prospective residents should prioritize gathering current and unbiased information about the actual features and living conditions within the park.
For individuals exploring "RV parks near me" as a potential long-term living solution, Pinewood Village Mobile Home Park, as a mobile home community, might seem like an alternative. However, the serious allegations raised in the customer reviews should give any prospective resident significant pause. The reported issues with management, maintenance, and the overall living environment paint a picture that is far from the 안정적 and comfortable living situation typically sought in long-term residential options, whether in an RV park or a mobile home community. The alleged actions of the manager, if true, could create an unsafe and unpredictable living environment. Therefore, while it is a mobile home park offering long-term residency, it is imperative to thoroughly investigate the current conditions and management practices before considering it as a viable option, especially when compared to other potential long-term "RV parks near me" or mobile home communities in the area.
Promotional information is absent from the provided reviews. Given the serious negative allegations made by residents, it is unlikely that the park would be actively promoting its services in a positive light without addressing these concerns. Any potential promotional offers should be viewed with extreme caution and thoroughly scrutinized in light of the reported living conditions and management issues. Prospective residents should prioritize verifying the actual costs of lot rental, any additional fees, and the terms of residency directly with the park management, while also seeking independent verification of the park's reputation and current living conditions from other sources.
The location of Pinewood Village Mobile Home Park in Mims, Florida, might be a factor for some individuals. Mims is located in Brevard County, on the Space Coast of Florida, near the Kennedy Space Center and the Canaveral National Seashore. The area offers a more rural and less densely populated environment compared to some other parts of Florida. The proximity to natural attractions and the Space Coast might be appealing to those interested in these aspects. However, the internal environment and management of the mobile home park itself, as detailed in the reviews, would likely outweigh the benefits of the location for most prospective residents seeking a stable and positive living situation.
The overwhelmingly negative sentiment expressed in the available reviews raises serious red flags about the management and living conditions at Pinewood Village Mobile Home Park. The allegations of illegal actions, harassment, and neglect of maintenance paint a concerning picture of the community. While every individual's experience can vary, the consistency and severity of the issues raised should not be ignored by anyone considering residency. It is crucial to conduct thorough due diligence, seek independent reviews or testimonials, and potentially visit the property to assess the current conditions firsthand before making any decisions.
In conclusion, while Pinewood Village Mobile Home Park in Mims, FL, offers long-term residency that might be considered as an alternative to "RV parks near me" for some, the available information, particularly the customer reviews, strongly suggests significant issues with management, maintenance, and the overall living environment. Prospective residents are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution, conduct thorough independent research, and seek substantial verification of the current conditions and management practices before considering this community as a place to live.

Pinewood Village Mobile Home Park Reviews
The felon manager, who has a gun, broke my locked screen door, pulled it off its hinges to post a notification. The water, which I was almost evicted over for complaining is brown. The new manager, the felon, I cannot stress this enough, has anger issues beyond comprehension. He raised the rent every other month, has started coming up with bogus water charges, every single thing he does is illegal. You don't tape a note up on the second saying people have to cough up an extra $51 due the day before. This Splenda crybaby manager adjudicated for felony assault of a senior, evicts and raises rent based on his mood. A felon who beats up old people running an old people park. He even bans guests from CHURCH if they don't let him interrupt your conversation.
Aug 08, 2024 · Catherine “Cat” HermansenThe place looks nice at first blush until you learn they are horrible with maintenance, and the fact they are raising lot rental prices gradually to force the fixed income residents out.
Mar 28, 2025 · Jonathan McClellandsewers are broken, no communication, management is horrible and disrespectful, it smells like gas and poop because of the 'work' they are supposedly doing. yet every month they want their rent money but yet my electric, sewage and wifi constantly stops working due to the 'work' they are 'doing'.
Feb 13, 2024 · Cecily CiarancaNot a bad place at all... it's a pretty cool little trailer park. Rents not bad, water is included, nobody bothers you, not a bad place at all. It's a good place for snowbirds, for people that want to live inexpensively close to All That Central Florida has to offer. It's centrally located to the beaches, the theme parks, the national and state parks... the location is absolutely stellar. If you purchase a place in here you simply have to pay lot rent which is much less than paying for a timeshare, so anyway you go it's not a bad deal.
