Another customer review presents a significantly contrasting perspective, expressing strong dissatisfaction with the park's management. This review alleges mismanagement and a lack of helpfulness, particularly in interactions regarding financial matters. The reviewer's experience of being refused information related to past rent payments raises concerns about the responsiveness and professionalism of the management. This negative feedback spans a considerable period, suggesting potential long-standing issues.
The stark contrast between the positive comments regarding ongoing improvements and the negative feedback concerning management highlights the importance of thorough due diligence for anyone considering Plainsview Mobile Manor. While the physical upgrades could enhance the living environment, the quality of management significantly impacts residents' overall experience. Prospective residents, whether seeking long-term RV sites or considering purchasing a mobile home, should attempt to gather more information about the current management practices and their responsiveness to tenant concerns.

Oct 20, 2024 · CJThe people “managing” this place are the biggest joke around. It’s a shame that they think they’re helping out a 90 year old man that actually owns the park. You’re not. You’re not bettering anything. And after reading the present reviews looks like things haven’t changed at all In the past (almost) 10 years. I called to get information on who they send the past rent to(to try to clear my debt up) and she refused to talk with me. The stupidity that emitted from her part of the conversation was unbelievable. Whether or not someone didn’t pay their bills or not and they’re calling to make it right, you would think that you would be willing to at least get the creditors information to them. What a poor excuse for management- think they fit the “slum lord” definition to a T.
Sep 16, 2021 · Kayla LouiseFrequently shut off my water without notification, I have caught people shining flash lights through my windows, neighbor spotted the "Landlord" come and take a valve off my water heater, rules were enforced on some and not on others, frequently yelled at by a handful residences when I walk to my mailbox. I personally don't like pulling the race card, my experience in South Dakota has been pleasant with next to no racist experiences regardless of stereotypes of the Midwest, however there was no denying that being a different shade put an interesting target on my back when it comes to some of the other residents here, shouting things like "Go back to where you came from" or "Muslim prick" when I was simply out for a smoke or just trying to get my mail. For me, the cheap price was definitely not worth it.Another interesting experience I had here was that I had gone on a 2 week vacation to visit my family, when I returned home my car, along with everyone else's was towed away from the overflow parking area, the patch of land was labeled as a overflow parking area in our lease as well. Dozens of cars missing with just a cardboard sign spray painted with "MOVE IT OR LOSE IT". When we spoke to the managers later, they claimed they wanted to start charging for the privilege to use the overflow parking.
Apr 14, 2018 · Burke BurkeThey shut the water off without notifying anyone. I would not recommend this trailer court to anyone. There are so many more things about this place that is just wrong. They don't care about the people that live there. They harass people as well. They enforce rules but don't follow them themselves.
