Quality Homes - Clarkston Lakes Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" with an interest in exploring long-term residential options, or if you are considering a move to a mobile home community in the Village of Clarkston, Michigan, Quality Homes - Clarkston Lakes, located at 4260 Dogwood Blvd, Village of Clarkston, MI 48348, USA, with contact number (248) 628-9600 or +1 248-628-9600, presents a mixed perspective based on the available customer reviews. These reviews touch upon aspects of the management, the community environment, and certain infrastructural concerns.
One resident shared a generally neutral experience, noting, "Personally I haven’t had any negative experiences with the park." However, they did point out a recurring issue of "‼️Do Not Drink 💧 Notice that are a pretty regular occurrence," which they acknowledged is common in many trailer communities, requiring residents to boil water before drinking. While the resident found this "annoying 😑," they also mentioned that the office workers they interacted with were "pretty understanding" and "willing to work with you," giving residents a chance to address issues. This suggests a degree of flexibility and empathy from the management.
This reviewer also brought up an instance where their mother, having just signed papers to move in, immediately received a "Violation Notice for Long Grass/unkept yard," even though she hadn't fully moved in or started living there yet. This incident raises questions about the initial communication and enforcement of community standards. On a more positive note, the reviewer found the park to be "pretty clean" and described their neighbors as "friendly" with "common courtesy about noise levels." This suggests that the physical environment is generally maintained and that there is a degree of neighborly consideration within the community.
However, this same review also highlighted safety concerns, mentioning that "Always see kids playing at the park’s and walking around which some are younger without any supervision is just dangerous with how there’s someone always speeding down roads at night. It’s pretty dark and hard to see. A lot of people living in here agree that we Definitely need at least brighter or more street lights. 1 at every corner isn’t enough." These are significant concerns regarding the safety of children and the visibility for drivers and pedestrians at night, indicating a potential need for improved lighting and traffic enforcement within the park.
In contrast, another reviewer expressed a more negative overall sentiment, stating, "I have a nice modular home but the people around here are horrible to be around. Very arrogant people and children. The ghetto has definitely moved into Clarkston Lakes." This review presents a starkly different view of the community's atmosphere, alleging issues with the behavior and character of some residents. Such feedback can be a significant factor for potential residents considering the social environment of a community.
Considering the platform category "RV parks near me," the information available for Quality Homes - Clarkston Lakes focuses on its function as a mobile home park. The reviews discuss experiences related to living in a mobile home within the community, interactions with the office, and the overall neighborhood environment. There is no mention of whether the park accommodates RVs for short-term or long-term stays, or if it provides amenities typically found in RV parks, such as hookups for water, electricity, and sewer. Therefore, based solely on this information, it is not possible to determine if Quality Homes - Clarkston Lakes would be suitable for individuals seeking RV parks.

Quality Homes - Clarkston Lakes Reviews
Personally I haven’t had any negative experiences with the park. Other than the ‼️Do Not Drink 💧 Notice that are a pretty regular occurrence (most every trailer community I know of does this often) just need to boil first before drinking but it’s still annoying 😑 And my mother had just moved in and immediately received Violation Notice for Long Grass/unkept yard, she had only signed papers days before. She hadn’t fully moved in, she wasn’t even living there yet 🤦🏻♀️ But the workers that I’ve dealt with in office are pretty understanding. They’ll give you a chance, and are usually willing to work with you. Park is pretty clean, my neighbors are friendly and have common courtesy about noise levels. Always see kids playing at the park’s and walking around which some are younger without any supervision is just dangerous with how there’s someone always speeding down roads at night. It’s pretty dark and hard to see. A lot of people living in here agree that we Definitely need at least brighter or more street lights. 1 at every corner isn’t enough.

Nov 12, 2024 · Kimm DelavanI just don't like that There's no Rent control. The rent goes up every year with no cap, that I know of. I will find out. The rate has been $25 a yr. It just jumped up $40 without notice. Other than that I've lived here 15 yrs, so it's safe, clean and I have mostly good neighbors here. It is a nice place for families to live. If you can afford 400-1200 a month for lot rent alone.
Apr 19, 2023 · Lisa PettwayPLEASE, if you are going to buy a used home that they say has been "renovated" have it inspected first. The new appliances and cabinets might look good but dont be fooled by it. Look at the big ticket items like the roof, furnace, electrical, windows and underbelly.
