Rancho Cabeza Mobile Estates Introduce
Are you a local user searching for "RV parks near me" with potential long-term living options in a mobile home setting within Santa Rosa, California? Rancho Cabeza Mobile Estates, located at 677 Calistoga Rd, Santa Rosa, CA 95409, USA, has received concerning feedback from its residents regarding the management and overall living environment. While the park's location in Santa Rosa might be appealing, it is crucial for prospective residents to carefully consider the significant negative reviews before making any decisions. The information available online strongly suggests potential issues with the management, rule enforcement, and the general well-being of the residents.
One particularly critical review states that Rancho Cabeza Mobile Estates is "Managed by a company that does not deserve the job." The resident claims that despite reporting problems, "nothing gets done because of the management group employees who aren't even there." This lack of on-site and effective management appears to be a significant concern, leading to a breakdown in community standards. The reviewer further notes that "Rules are broken daily" and that "People don't care so why bother having rules," indicating a potential lack of enforcement and a disregard for community guidelines. The strong condemnation concludes with the resident stating, "I've hired 18-year-olds than can manage better than this company," highlighting the profound dissatisfaction with the current management.
Another detailed and highly negative review provides specific examples of the problems experienced at Rancho Cabeza Mobile Estates, particularly since a change in management occurred in the past year. This reviewer, whose grandparent has lived in the park for approximately seven years, explicitly states, "now i would never recomend someone to live here." This drastic shift in opinion underscores the significant negative impact of the new management on the community. The review specifically points out issues that are particularly concerning for an "elderly home," suggesting that the current environment may not be conducive to the needs and well-being of senior residents.
One of the most alarming issues raised is the strict and seemingly unreasonable parking policy. The reviewer emphasizes, "YOU CANT PARK INFRONT OF PEOPLES HOUSES. you heard me right." They further explain that management will issue "a fake parking ticket telling you to move or you will be towed." This policy appears excessively restrictive and inconvenient for residents and their visitors. Even when parking in "the designated parking spot," guests who arrive late or stay overnight are expected to be reported to management, and failure to do so results in upset management. This level of micromanagement regarding parking can create significant stress and friction within the community.
The review also mentions disturbing allegations regarding pet policies, stating that management has "vaguely threaten to take peoples cats and send them to the pound." This kind of threat can create a climate of fear and anxiety for pet owners within the park. The reviewer also recounts a personal incident where their cat, staying with their grandparent, went missing for four days and was found in an unusual location, raising concerns about the safety and security of pets within the community.
Furthermore, the review details a serious incident of alleged harassment. The reviewer states that "Someone started to harrass my parent, claiming they did multiple things that never occured, and trespassed onto out property." Shockingly, the reviewer claims that "manegment did nothing to stop him and said that he did nothing wrong." This inaction by management in the face of alleged harassment and trespassing raises significant concerns about the safety and security of residents within Rancho Cabeza Mobile Estates. The reviewer further alleges that "that man has also harrased multiple disabled people in the park but nothing is wrong with that in their eyes," painting a picture of a community where vulnerable residents may not be adequately protected by the management.
Given these overwhelmingly negative experiences and serious allegations, the reviewer strongly advises against living at Rancho Cabeza Mobile Estates, particularly for those seeking a peaceful and safe environment, especially seniors. As an alternative, the reviewer recommends "Brookwood Mobile," noting that it is located across from a park and features "actually nice looking" mobile homes. This direct comparison and recommendation of a nearby alternative further underscores the level of dissatisfaction with Rancho Cabeza Mobile Estates.
Considering the severe criticisms regarding the management's competence, lack of action on reported issues, unreasonable parking policies, threatening pet policies, and failure to address alleged harassment and trespassing, Rancho Cabeza Mobile Estates does not appear to be a desirable option for long-term living. For local users searching for "RV parks near me" with the potential for mobile home residency, the significant negative feedback suggests that this particular community may not provide a positive or stable living environment. The lack of effective management and the alleged disregard for resident well-being are serious red flags that should not be ignored.
Due to the overwhelmingly negative nature of the available reviews, it is impossible to ascertain any positive aspects regarding the environment, services, or features of Rancho Cabeza Mobile Estates. There is no mention of any amenities, community events, or positive aspects of living in the park. Similarly, no promotional information is available, which is unsurprising given the level of dissatisfaction expressed by former and current residents.
For local users in Santa Rosa seeking "RV parks near me" that might offer mobile home living, it would be prudent to avoid Rancho Cabeza Mobile Estates based on the serious concerns raised in the reviews. The alleged mismanagement, lack of rule enforcement, problematic policies, and safety concerns paint a picture of a community that may not provide a comfortable or secure living environment. Instead, as suggested by one reviewer, exploring alternative mobile home parks in the area, such as Brookwood Mobile, would likely be a more prudent course of action. Contacting Rancho Cabeza Mobile Estates at (707) 539-3121 or +1 707-539-3121 might provide further insight from the management's perspective, but the consistent and serious nature of the negative feedback warrants extreme caution.
In conclusion, the available information regarding Rancho Cabeza Mobile Estates in Santa Rosa paints a concerning picture of mismanagement, lack of rule enforcement, problematic policies, and potential safety issues. Local users searching for "RV parks near me" considering long-term mobile home living should carefully weigh these significant negative reviews and consider alternative options in the area to ensure a more positive and secure living experience.

Managed by a company that does not deserve the job. You can report everything that's wrong here yet nothing gets done because of the management group employees who aren't even there. Sep 05, 2024 · JAY MONEYMy grandparent has lived here for about 7 years and and pretty much everything was ok, until they changed managment last year. now i would never recomend someone to live here. For an elderly home, this place is insane. YOU CANT PARK INFRONT OF PEOPLES HOUSES. you heard me right. they will literally put a fake parking ticket telling you to move or you will be towed. if you spend the night at/come over at a later time to someones and leave you car in the designated parking spot, they will still be upset because youre supposed to tell them that you have someone over. theyve vaguely threaten to take peoples cats and send them to the pound. my cat that was staying with her actually went missing for 4 days and was found somewhere hed never go on his own. Someone started to harrass my parent, claiming they did multiple things that never occured, and trespassed onto out property. manegment did nothing to stop him and said that he did nothing wrong. that man has also harrased multiple disabled people in the park but nothing is wrong with that in their eyes. If you wanna live here for the area, go to Brookwood Mobile. its right across a park and mobile homes are actually nice looking.

Jan 16, 2019 · Steven TurnerFor a senior place 55 and older. It's like a party house it's noisy the manager don't care and there's garbage everywhere. I'd rather stay in the ghetto.
