Rhp Properties Introduce
For those exploring housing options within the Salt Lake Valley, particularly individuals searching for "RV parks near me" with a view towards long-term residency, **RHP Properties** at 8155 S Redwood Rd, West Jordan, UT 84088, USA, presents itself as a significant mobile home community. It's crucial to understand that while the search category might encompass RV parks, RHP Properties operates as a dedicated mobile home park, focusing on providing permanent or extended living solutions for residents who own or lease manufactured homes. This distinction is key to comprehending the park's environment, services, and the specific regulations that shape the resident experience.
The **environment** of RHP Properties, at first glance, is often perceived as "really put together and decently taken care of." This suggests a strong emphasis on curb appeal and overall park maintenance, aiming to create an attractive and orderly community. Located on South Redwood Road, a major thoroughfare in West Jordan, the park benefits from excellent accessibility to local amenities. West Jordan is a thriving suburb of Salt Lake City, offering residents a wide array of conveniences including shopping centers, restaurants, schools, and healthcare facilities. The surrounding area provides a suburban feel, blending residential tranquility with easy access to urban resources. The park's commitment to aesthetic standards means that common areas are likely well-maintained, contributing to a clean and cohesive visual appeal throughout the community. This focus on meticulous upkeep aims to create a pleasant living environment for its residents.
In terms of **services and features**, RHP Properties primarily offers lot rentals for mobile homes. Residents typically own their manufactured homes and lease the land from the park management. Essential services would include utility hook-ups (water, sewer, electricity) and potentially communal waste management. A significant aspect of RHP Properties' features, as highlighted by resident feedback, revolves around its **strict adherence to property regulations and aesthetic control**. While the initial impression might be one of a well-managed community, this control extends to very specific aspects of personal property. For example, a key feature that has caused "frustration" for some residents is the **prohibition of installing fences for individual yards**. This policy is particularly notable given that residents are "allowed to have several dogs/animals on property," creating a dilemma for pet owners who wish to provide a secure outdoor space for their animals. Furthermore, recent updates have indicated that even those with existing fences will be required to remove them, impacting long-term residents. Beyond fencing, the park is described as "VERY strict about what you have on your porch, in your yard, and exactly how you take care of your lawn." This level of control aims to maintain a uniform and manicured appearance throughout the park, which for some, contributes to the "put together" look, but for others, represents an imposition on personal freedom and property customization.
The implications of these rules are a significant feature of living at RHP Properties. For instance, a resident's investment in a "dog door that wasn’t cheap" becomes unusable without a fence, leading to "extremely frustrating and sincerely unimpressed" sentiments. This suggests that while pets are permitted, the means of accommodating them in a personal yard space are limited by park regulations. The emphasis on strict adherence to external appearance is a core operational feature, ensuring that the park maintains a consistent and clean aesthetic. This level of control might appeal to some who prefer a highly regulated and uniformly maintained community, but it's a critical point for prospective residents to consider, particularly if they value personal expression in their outdoor spaces or require specific pet containment solutions.
For **promotional information**, RHP Properties would likely highlight its well-maintained appearance and its status as a stable mobile home community in West Jordan. The promotional materials would showcase the neatness and orderliness of the park, appealing to those who value a tidy and aesthetically pleasing living environment. They would emphasize the benefits of mobile home living, such as potentially more affordable homeownership compared to traditional housing, and the sense of community found within a structured park setting. For individuals searching "RV parks near me," the promotion would clarify that RHP is a mobile home park, offering long-term residential solutions. However, to provide an objective introduction, it's also crucial to note that prospective residents should be made aware of, and thoroughly review, the detailed regulations concerning yard decor, landscaping, and especially the strict fencing policy. This transparency is vital for managing expectations and ensuring that the park's rules align with a potential resident's lifestyle and needs, particularly for pet owners or those who desire more control over their immediate outdoor living space. The challenging review, describing the place as "the hind end of mobile home parks" and advising "Don’t bother coming here. You will hate it every second," while a strong negative opinion, underscores the necessity for potential residents to fully understand the park's operational philosophy before committing.
In conclusion, RHP Properties at 8155 S Redwood Rd, West Jordan, UT, functions as a structured mobile home community distinguished by its commitment to a highly maintained aesthetic and a set of stringent property regulations. While initially appearing appealing due to its organized appearance and convenient location, potential residents, especially those with pets or a desire for personal outdoor customization, should carefully review the park's detailed rules, particularly concerning fencing and yard maintenance, to ensure it aligns with their expectations for a long-term home.

Rhp Properties Reviews
Honestly, at first glance RHP seems really put together and decently taken care of. My frustration stems from a ton of control on their end. You are not allowed to install a fence for your yard, yet you can have several dogs/animals on property. Was recently updated that others already with fencing will have to take them down. They are VERY strict about what you have on your porch, in your yard, and exactly how you take care of your lawn. Super disappointed hearing about their fencing regulations, as now after installing a dog door that wasn’t cheap, it cannot be used without any fencing. Extremely frustrating and sincerely unimpressed.
