RV Retreat Reviews
We’ve been here since February and have nothing but good things to say. Amber has been great, and has been making an effort to update the community and keep it clean! New washers, good security, new paved roads (which is so awesome!!), and a recent yard inspection to hold everyone accountable for having a clean space. All our “neighbors” have also been super kind, I feel safe here and am excited for however long we get to stay!

Dec 26, 2024 · Laura HoldenGreat park for long term stays. My family has loved how the community comes together all the other residents are so nice and welcoming. This park is pet friendly and offer two dog park areas. Amber the lady in the office has been very helpful as this is our first time staying in an RV. The maintenance guy Eric has shown us how to hook up to the sewer and water which was a god send since we had no idea what we were doing. I have to say I am thankful to have found such an amazing place to call home.
Mar 09, 2025 · hoyal baileyThis place is uber friendly, quiet and very convenient. Clean facilities including laundry- postal area- bathroom showers. Propane station on site. Plenty extra parking and located not far from town and shopping. Amber and staff are great and always try and help out
Mar 21, 2025 · Holly SkofieldWe lived at RV retreat for almost a year and a half. For the first 6 months things were ok but but then they just kept going down hill causing us to move to another long term lot.Kids run all over the park without supervision, vandalize peoples property and is reported to management but nothing is done. Social services has even needed to be called. There are also known domestic violence offenders in the park (tenants will spill this knowledge).Owners allow their dogs to poop all over the kids playground and nothing is done about it but nasty text messages warning tenants to stop but then there is no follow up and the dog park is disgusting. There has been multiple times dogs have gotten out of their homes and been loose in the park.Rules are put out but not followed through with by management until the higher ups are coming through to inspect then management would have us clean up our sites so it looked like the park was kept up to par. There are a lot of things stolen like packages and motorcycles from the park, just not a good area.Cops were called for drugs multiple times and there is no one listed in the park under management that answers for emergencies. The office is never manned when it says it is supposed to be so when you need something your forced to call and leave a message and wait for a call back. Not like other parks in the area that are manned everyday. The worst part when we were living there management allowed a Tennant to pull their camper in the wrong way putting their camper door to our bedroom door running their sewer hose under their camper. This meant that every time they left if we were in bed we herd the door shut and the dogs bark that they kept putting outside because they put a little fence up right outside our window. They also smoked and all of their smoke would come into our room. If they were faced the right way this would not happen. When I told Sara the young woman in the front office she took care of it for me thankfully. Management again let it happen and someone else moved in the same way! I even reached out higher than management and they did nothing and at this point we were done and decided to move.On a good note Eric in maintenance was always so helpful and always working on so much in the park that is handled by just one person.***** Daniel so good to see your review, I really enjoyed getting your card in the mail after you guys left, best neighbors ever!!! Look us up on facebook :)
