RV / Trailer Park is situated in Bonham, a city in Fannin County, Texas. Bonham offers a more rural and small-town environment, providing a quieter lifestyle away from larger urban centers. The park's location on FM273 suggests it might offer a balance of peaceful living with reasonable access to local amenities.
Based on the available customer reviews, RV / Trailer Park appears to be a well-regarded community by its residents. One long-term resident, who has lived there for over a year and considers it a "blessing," speaks positively about the park. They highlight the fact that several other residents have lived there for multiple years (2+, 4+, and 6+), suggesting a stable and content community. This positive feedback indicates a potentially welcoming and comfortable living environment.
A significant feature mentioned in the review is that the park offers "ALL BILLS PAID," with the exception of cable or Wi-Fi. This can be a considerable advantage for residents, providing predictable monthly expenses for essential utilities. The availability of over-the-air television channels via antenna is also noted, offering a cost-effective entertainment option.
The resident also describes the park as "quiet" and primarily an "ALL adults" community, which could appeal to those seeking a peaceful and mature environment. The convenience of the location is also highlighted, with the park being approximately one mile from a Dollar General store and about 1.5 miles from a Brookshire's grocery store and a McDonald's restaurant. This proximity to essential shopping and dining options adds to the practicality of the location.
The review concludes with a welcoming invitation to potential residents to visit and say hello, mentioning that there are several empty spots available. This suggests that the park is currently accepting new residents and has space to accommodate them.
The second review is a brief comment questioning the owner's claim of being a veteran. While this doesn't directly comment on the living conditions or services of the park, it's an observation about a potential promotional aspect. It's important to note that this comment doesn't contradict the positive experience shared by the other resident.
Based on the positive resident feedback, RV / Trailer Park appears to offer a desirable living environment with several key features and services. The "all bills paid" aspect is a significant advantage, simplifying budgeting for residents. The quiet, mostly adult community and the convenient proximity to local amenities like grocery stores and restaurants add to its appeal. The long-term residency of several individuals suggests a stable and satisfying living experience within the park.
While specific details about all the services and features are not explicitly listed, we can infer some common offerings of RV and trailer parks based on the information provided and general knowledge:
- Utility hookups for RVs and trailers (electricity, water, sewer), which are covered under the "all bills paid" arrangement.
- Trash and waste disposal services, likely also included in the overall fees.
- Roads and pathways within the park for easy navigation.
- Individual lots or spaces for RVs and trailers.
Given the positive review and the mention of empty spots, RV / Trailer Park seems to be promoting itself through word-of-mouth and the positive experiences of its current residents. The invitation to "Come on out, say hello" serves as a direct call to action for potential new residents to visit the park and experience the community firsthand.
In conclusion, for those searching for "RV parks near me" in the Bonham, TX area, RV / Trailer Park appears to be a welcoming and well-regarded community. The "all bills paid" feature, the quiet atmosphere, the mostly adult demographic, and the convenient location near essential amenities are significant advantages highlighted by a long-term resident. While one comment raises a question about a potential veteran-owned claim, the overall sentiment from at least one resident is overwhelmingly positive, suggesting a pleasant living experience. Potential residents are encouraged to contact the park at the provided phone numbers and visit the location to see if it meets their needs and preferences. The mention of available spots indicates an opportunity for those looking to join this established community.

RV / Trailer Park Reviews
This is where I live. I love it here. Been here a year +. This a been a blessing for me. There are people here that have been here 2+, 4+, and 6+ years. If that tells you anything. This is an ALL BILLS PAID trailer park excluding your cable or wifi but if you have an antenna you'll get quite a few channels. Its quiet. Mostly ALL adults. It's one mile to the DOLLAR GENERAL. A mile and half to BROOKSHIRES/McDONALDS. Come on out, say hello. Quite a few empty spots left to fill.

Jul 15, 2024 · ZebRan down and smells like sewage, under new owners and they don't fix anything and expect payment on the first of the month or you get evicted. Do not Recommend!
