However, another significant point raised in the reviews concerns the cleanliness of the park's surroundings. One reviewer expressed a major "turnoff" due to "Heaps of GARBAGE all along the back ditches right behind the campers," also noting a "very bad" smell. This indicates a potential issue with waste management and overall cleanliness in certain areas of the park. The mgr Pete is very nice and the place had a good vibe … nice & quiet.. the only thing was a huge turnoff was the Heaps of GARBAGE all along the back ditches right behind the campers.. smells very bad too.. I mean they making thousands of dollars per month.. I’m sure they could hire someone once a month to clean the park..it was pretty gross where we were.. didn’t notice it til after we were hooked up..

Feb 24, 2024 · George GomezThis is a great park for workers to stay not so much for a family. Park is very clean and quiet, yes it’s all rocks. We parked on the back and it flooded after it rained but there is a big ditch next to it so we moved. We also didn’t get internet service at that spot until we moved to the front of the park. Internet worked just fine. We have been here for a week, left a few things outside and they still there, I have not seen any “Drug” related issues or people walking around. Price is competitive to the area, even tho they don’t have all the amenities other parks have is very close to work so it works for us.Improvements be: slabs more green areas for animals and better internet service on the back of the park.Update: 03/05/18 left the door unlock all day by mistake and when I go back everything was intact! Nobody mess with our stuff. Safe place! And yes WiFi is an issue it does not stay on specially at night time.
