Current amenities include picnic tables located under pavilions, providing shaded comfort. While fire pits may not be at every individual site due to the ongoing development, they are available upon request from the camp hosts, and firewood is also readily available for purchase. The sounds of birdsong contribute to the peaceful ambiance, creating a truly relaxing environment.

Stecoah Valley RV Resort Reviews
Just bought a camper and decided to buy a lot. The location is gorgeous and no more reservations for me since I now own my own little slice of heaven. This is a very dog friendly place and yes there are a few dogs in the surrounding area that like to frequent our resort... but they are very friendly and since the county has no leash law... not much can be done... but I haven't found it to be an issue. The resort owners are so pleasant and helpful. They are willing to help with any unforeseen problems and then share a campfire and an occasional group dinner...such a family orientated place....Im so glad to belong to such a wonderful place.....
Oct 21, 2018 · Kristina TorricoNice park, nice views( you wouldn’t see if there were tons of trees), long & wide gravel spaces. Our 45 ft fit just fine, lots are angled, again easy to get into. This park is developing so picnic tables are under pavilions and not every site has a fire pit so just ask a camp host for one. Firewood is available as well. The birds are singing and weather is perfect! Fontana Lake is near by and a pool, putt putt, lazy river, tennis courts and more at Fontana Village, boat and kayak rentals near by. Bryson is 20 minutes away and has a wonderful train ride and historical Main Street is a blast from the past! Bryson has a nice laundry mat, tons of quality restaurants. Trails, tubing, and so much more all with less than a 30 minute drive. We love it here and you will too! Almost forgot you are very close to the dragons tail, it’s a must do if you have a motorcycle. No tent camping allowed here. Pets are welcome. Lovely brook to sit by and cornhole available too, just ask a host. Appalachian Trail is near by. Gas station and diner around the corner. If you fall in love with this place you can buy a lot here. We are spending the whole summer here. Come say hi at site 11! Written summer 2021
May 24, 2021 · Tami WatsonPros: The hosts are pleasant folks. The lots are spacious. Permanent residents were friendly.Cons:1)The rule that dogs must be leashed at all times is not enforced; dogs are allowed to run loose and there are lots of them. There were 2 large dogs in particular, that made such a nuisance of themselves - hanging around our RV - that we left after 2 nights even though we had paid for a 3-night stay.2)There is no shade or privacy shrub on the lots. Maybe that's because the ultimate intent is to sell the lots.
Jul 10, 2018 · Margie ColeStecoah Valley RV Resort and Campground is an excellent place in weatern North Carolina to get away from it all. Spacious lots with electric, water, and sewer hookup. Great mountain views east and west. Quiet, country location but close to area attractions. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Dog friendly. Highly recommended.
Jul 23, 2017 · Laurence RubleThis is the place to stop if you want to avoid crowds. The owners were extremely friendly. Invited us over for a campfire. This park is dog friendly, all the folks there were dog lovers (including owners). The mountain scenery here is superb. Best price in the area.
