Timberstone Mobile Home Park Introduce
Located at 2000 Carl Rd in Irving, Texas, Timberstone Mobile Home Park presents itself as a residential community that may also accommodate recreational vehicles, thus potentially falling under the category of "RV parks near me" for individuals seeking such facilities in the Irving area. Irving, a major city in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, offers a blend of urban convenience and suburban living, and Timberstone Mobile Home Park is situated within this dynamic environment.
The environment of Timberstone Mobile Home Park is likely characterized by a mix of mobile homes occupied by long-term residents and possibly designated spaces for RVs. The layout would typically include streets for vehicular access, individual lots for each residence or RV, and potentially some common areas. The overall atmosphere can vary, but mobile home parks often aim to create a sense of community among their residents. The presence of long-term residents can contribute to a more stable and established environment compared to purely transient RV parks.
As a potential option for those searching "RV parks near me," Timberstone Mobile Home Park might offer essential services for recreational vehicles. These typically include utility hookups at each RV site, providing connections for electricity, water, and sewage. The availability and reliability of these utilities are crucial for RV travelers. Depending on the park's infrastructure and focus, it may also provide additional amenities such as laundry facilities, restrooms, and showers for the convenience of RV guests.
Features of Timberstone Mobile Home Park could extend beyond basic utilities. Some mobile home parks that also accommodate RVs offer communal spaces or recreational facilities to foster a sense of community and provide leisure opportunities. These might include picnic areas, playgrounds, or even a clubhouse for social gatherings. The specific features available at Timberstone Mobile Home Park would determine the overall living experience for both mobile home residents and RV guests.
Customer feedback regarding Timberstone Mobile Home Park offers contrasting perspectives. One reviewer describes the people as "great," "humble," and "respectful," highlighting a "great community" and expressing pride in having been part of it. This positive feedback suggests a friendly and welcoming social environment within the park, where residents feel a sense of belonging.
However, another review presents significant concerns, particularly regarding the management. This reviewer found the management to be "almost useless," citing a lack of assistance with electricity and water problems. Furthermore, the reviewer recounts a serious incident of being greeted at gunpoint by another resident over a parking spot, with the management allegedly taking no action regarding the aggressive resident. This negative feedback raises serious questions about the responsiveness and effectiveness of the management in addressing resident issues and ensuring the safety and security of the community.
Given these divergent experiences, it is important for potential residents and RV guests to weigh both perspectives. The positive review suggests a strong sense of community and friendly neighbors, which can be a significant draw. Conversely, the negative review highlights potential shortcomings in management responsiveness and serious safety concerns that would be critical factors to consider.
Promotional information is not explicitly provided in the given data. However, based on the positive feedback, potential promotional points could emphasize the friendly community atmosphere and the respectful nature of the residents. Conversely, the negative feedback regarding management and safety would likely need to be addressed and improved upon before any effective positive promotion could be undertaken.
In conclusion, Timberstone Mobile Home Park in Irving, Texas, offers a location within a major urban area and appears to foster a positive sense of community among some residents. However, significant concerns have been raised regarding the ineffectiveness of the management and a serious safety incident. Individuals considering Timberstone Mobile Home Park as one of their "RV parks near me" or as a potential long-term residence should carefully consider these contrasting reviews and may want to seek further information or clarification on the management's policies and responsiveness to resident concerns before making a decision.

Timberstone Mobile Home Park Reviews
It's a nice place, people are friendly. Management on the other hand feels almost useless. Everytime i had a problem with electricity or water they couldn't do a single thing to help. I've also been greeted at gunpoint by a resident over a parking spot and management did nothing about the aggressive resident. Real great management(im being sarcastic)
