Woodland Trace MHC Introduce
Welcome to Woodland Trace MHC, a mobile home park situated at 3603 Clarks Creek Rd in Plainfield, Indiana. For local users seeking housing options or exploring "RV parks near me," Woodland Trace MHC presents a residential community that may also provide accommodations for recreational vehicles. While the primary focus appears to be on mobile home living, the potential for RV sites, especially for longer-term stays within a community setting, warrants consideration.
Plainfield is a town located in Hendricks County, just west of Indianapolis in central Indiana. The area offers a blend of suburban living with access to parks, recreational facilities, and the amenities of a larger metropolitan area. Residents of Woodland Trace MHC likely benefit from Plainfield's convenient location and its proximity to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The environment around Woodland Trace MHC is likely a mix of residential and possibly some green spaces, contributing to a typical suburban setting in central Indiana.
Customer reviews offer a critical perspective on the current living experience at Woodland Trace MHC. One resident, who had lived there for seven months, reported significant issues, including a malfunctioning AC unit that remained unfixed since move-in. Additionally, they highlighted the presence of a burnt-down trailer beside their home for three months, leading to a mosquito infestation that negatively impacted their ability to enjoy the summer. The reviewer also noted incomplete tree service, where branches were cut but a problematic tree remained. While acknowledging the efforts of the manager, the reviewer implied limitations in what the manager could resolve.
Another former resident, who lived at Woodland Trace MHC for a year and a half and recently moved, described a decline in management effectiveness. They reported that communication became problematic after new management took over, with unanswered phone calls and emails, and an assistant who could not provide adequate information, often promising callbacks from the manager that never occurred. This reviewer also raised serious concerns about security, citing frequent trailer break-ins and theft from residents' yards. They indicated that despite reporting these issues to the management, no action was taken. Furthermore, this former resident alleged that lease agreements were broken with price increases and that the community no longer felt like home, requiring constant vigilance. They contrasted the current management's lack of presence and upkeep with the previous management's commitment to cleanliness and maintenance.
These reviews paint a concerning picture of the current living conditions and management responsiveness at Woodland Trace MHC. Potential residents, whether considering mobile home living or RV stays, should carefully weigh this feedback and conduct thorough due diligence before making any decisions.

Woodland Trace MHC Reviews
I’ve lived here for 7 months now and it’s not been the best experience they still have yet to fix my ac unit which has been broke since we have moved in! And there’s a trailer that is burnt down beside me that has been sitting there for 3 months that is causing so any mosquito that I can’t even enjoy summer and there is people that keep staying there. There was a tree service that came threw and cut all the tree branches off the trailer but yet didn’t cut down the hole tree that is on the side of our trailer. I appreciate everything the manager has done but she can only do so much!!
Sep 06, 2022 · Aubrey gobleWe lived here for a year and a half and just recently moved it was great the first year and then a new management took over and it went downhill no one answered the phone or emails And if they did you got an assistant who couldn’t answer any questions and let you know that the manager will call you back later and she never did.Trailers are getting broken into a lot And stuff is being taken from peoples yards. We get told to contact the manager if we see anything and we do they say they can’t do anything about it. Prices get raised even if you have a lease they break it. It didn’t feel like a home anymore you had to watch for everything/everyone. The old management made sure it was clean and taken care of this management doesn’t even show up to the office or even to check in on the park.
Apr 23, 2021 · genna leeWhoever owns this place now absolutely does not care for it like the previous owners had. The streets are terrible to drive on and they have some of the dirtiest people living on the main road in. There's constantly water leaking from trailers in the middle so it's always being shut off without notice which is just great when you have a family to care for and getting in contact with anyone for anything is a pain in the neck. It's clear that they don't care about this place and it has been clear since they took over. The original owner was a piece of work but at least it never looked like this when he owned it.
Jan 06, 2023 · Ihas23CRAYONS !!!My husband and I put in an application over a month ago and have hears nothing back. The trailer we wanted is more than likely sold now as it was private and we needed approval from the trailer park before purchasing it. No response to my emails got told 5 days maximum . Then 3-5 days again and no response. I just want my application money back as I never heard anything. No emails. Very unprofessional.
May 04, 2022 · Amber TroxtellThey want more & more from residents as they go,they need to repair that ugly fence in the south side next to the apartments, by city ordinances, its facing backwards,my neighbors yard is filled up with dog poop,3 children and a mom live there with a huge dog.no reason those kids can't clean up after their dog 2-3 times a week. I really would hate to see them lose the dog,I own 2 dogs myself and it's not difficult to clean up after them.
