Woodlands Mobile Home Park Introduce
For local users searching for "RV Parks Near Me" in the Bristol, Tennessee area, Woodlands Mobile Home Park, located at 663 Deck Valley Rd, Bristol, TN 37620, USA, presents itself as an option. Contactable via phone at (423) 375-9651 or mobile at +1 423-375-9651, this park offers a location that some residents have found convenient, particularly in terms of its proximity to shopping and dining amenities.
According to one recent review, Woodlands Mobile Home Park boasts a "great location for shopping and dining," specifically mentioning its close proximity to "The Pinnacle." This suggests that for those who value easy access to retail outlets and restaurants, the park's location could be a significant advantage. The Pinnacle is a large shopping and entertainment complex in the Bristol area, offering a wide variety of stores, eateries, and leisure activities, making Woodlands Mobile Home Park a potentially attractive base for those who appreciate these conveniences.
However, it is crucial for prospective residents or short-term visitors to consider all aspects of the park as described in the available feedback. One detailed review raises a significant concern regarding the reliability of the water supply. This resident states that the park is a "great place to live if you don't mind coming home to no running water half the time." The review attributes this issue to problems with the water pump and alleges that the owner is "unreachable for repairs." This lack of consistent running water is described as an "obvious inconvenience," implying that it is a recurring problem that significantly impacts the living experience at the park. The reviewer also mentions that "TC Lewis in Johnson city is supposed to be responsible for repairs but does nothing to help," further highlighting the difficulties in resolving this infrastructure issue.
Despite this major concern, the same reviewer notes that "other then this obvious inconvenience it is a nice place to live" and expresses hope that "this issue will soon be fixed." This suggests that the park may offer other positive attributes that are not explicitly detailed in the limited review, such as the community atmosphere, the layout of the park, or the size of the lots. However, the intermittent lack of running water is a critical factor that potential residents or visitors must take into account.
Given that Woodlands Mobile Home Park is listed as an "RV park," it can be inferred that it likely provides hookups for recreational vehicles, such as water, electricity, and possibly sewer connections. These are standard amenities for RV parks, allowing travelers and long-term residents living in RVs to connect to essential utilities. The availability and reliability of these services are typically key considerations for those seeking "RV Parks Near Me." The review highlighting the water pump issues directly impacts the perceived reliability of at least one crucial utility.
The term "mobile home park" in the name also suggests that the park may accommodate both RVs and permanent or semi-permanent mobile homes. This can influence the overall environment of the park, potentially fostering a more long-term residential feel compared to a purely transient RV park. The presence of long-term residents can contribute to a sense of community but might also mean that the park's focus is more on long-term living rather than short-term RV stays.
Due to the limited information available in the provided reviews, it is challenging to give a comprehensive overview of the environment, services, and features of Woodlands Mobile Home Park. We can surmise that the location is a significant draw for those who appreciate proximity to shopping and dining at The Pinnacle. However, the serious issue raised regarding the inconsistent water supply is a major factor that cannot be overlooked. Potential local users searching for "RV Parks Near Me" should weigh the convenience of the location against the potential for unreliable basic utilities.
Information regarding additional services or features, such as laundry facilities, restrooms, showers, recreational areas, or pet policies, is not provided in the reviews. Similarly, there is no mention of any promotional offers or pricing structures. Those interested in Woodlands Mobile Home Park would need to seek out additional information from other sources, such as online directories, social media (if available), or by contacting the park directly via the provided phone numbers: (423) 375-9651 or +1 423-375-9651.
In conclusion, Woodlands Mobile Home Park in Bristol, TN, offers a convenient location for shopping and dining, particularly due to its proximity to The Pinnacle. However, a significant concern has been raised by a resident regarding frequent issues with the water pump leading to intermittent lack of running water, coupled with alleged difficulties in getting these repairs addressed. While the park may offer other benefits associated with being a "nice place to live," the unreliability of the water supply is a critical factor that prospective residents or visitors must consider. Local users searching for "RV Parks Near Me" should conduct further investigation to ascertain the current status of the water issue and to gather more information about the park's amenities, services, and overall suitability for their needs.

Woodlands Mobile Home Park Reviews
Great place to live if you don't mind coming home to no running water half the time water pump has issues and the owner is unreachable for repairs. Which means you may or may not have running water some days. TC Lewis in Johnson city is supposed to be responsible for repairs but does nothing to help. Other then this obvious inconvenience it is a nice place to live. Hopefully this issue will soon be fixed.
