Aug 26, 2024 · Connie YoungI usually camp up in the Poconos for my birthday every year, but due to the owner of my Camp up there passing from COVID and my family getting older, I've started camping more local.I used to camp at Avalon with my family as a little boy and returned the last 2 years. Staff is super friendly. Facility is clean and well maintained. Very pleasant stay. The ONLY complaint I have is some of the seasonals carrying on into the night. But that is not the Camp's fault.
Aug 23, 2024 · Charles DodimeadWe stayed for a week. My MIL rented us a trailer with screened in porch, it really was very nice. The pools were clean, they had a laundromat on site. The staff were friendly and professional. We will be back.
Jun 16, 2024 · Donna MillerWe usually love this campground but this time our site was small and could of used some tidying up (a hole in the front part of the site, eg) that my wife nearly twisted her ankle in. Bathrooms are definitely showing their age yet clean.
Aug 03, 2024 · J. Roy CannonMy husband and I stayed here many times and we keep going back. We love it there. Facilities are clean staff is especially friendly and very accommodating. We did our 10 year vow renewal here our guests were very pleased very close to everything, the wooden village next door has an ice cream shop and a coffee shop. It's really like walking thru a little town very quaint. There is something for everyone of all ages.
