Indian Mound Fish Camp Reviews
Great place, went for a fishing trip with a few guys and I was greatly surprised at the cool little fishing camp/RV park on the water. The Staff was extremely attentive and very nice. The place has a great bait/tackle shop and convenient store and a decent boat ramp , docks for boats right out your back door. Not fancy, but clean and great views. Dolphins and manatees everywhere. We caught 41 trout the first day. We had a blast and we will definitely be back I high recommend this place if you are looking for good place to stay and do some flats fishing in mosquito Lagoon

Dec 31, 2024 · David ByrdWe stopped at Indian Mound Fish Camp for just one night on our way north. Loved it!! We saw gorgeous birds right by our camper and enjoyed the peaceful view. The dog park was a nice bonus to give our furkids some off-leash exercise. The staff was welcoming and helpful. We hope to come back just for the bird watching and spend a few days.
Feb 26, 2025 · Nancy McFarlandSpent Labor Day 2024 weekend here we both had a great time. Our site was on the canal. Had great access to put in and take out our canoe for the weekend. The office personnel are great people to have waiting on you. I don't think you will ever find a cleaner place to stay and even the restrooms that they boast so much about on how clean they, well they are. The fishing dock is a great addition to have and is never closed with endless amounts of manatee swimming by day or night. The location of the park is just the best. Now, there are a few cons. The restrooms that are spotless. Could use air conditioning for when you are using them to take a shower and a four day stay for a holiday is a day longer than most other campgrounds, but we will do it again. The brown spots in the two photos are the noses of manatee. Over all this is a great place to spend time away from the outside world.
Sep 08, 2024 · Patrick HetheringtonThis is our second year here the birds, water , quiet atmosphere are wonderful . You can see dolphins daily and from time to time manatees . Owners are wonderful .
