Lincoln Beach Campground Introduce
For local residents of Spanish Fork, Utah, and the surrounding areas seeking "camping near me" with the allure of lakeside views, Lincoln Beach Campground, located in Spanish Fork, UT 84660, presents an option situated near the southern end of Utah Lake. Based on the limited but insightful customer reviews, this campground offers a clean and welcoming environment with potentially stunning lake vistas, though it's important to consider the cost and potential for noise from local wildlife.
One of the most appealing aspects of Lincoln Beach Campground, as highlighted by a satisfied visitor, is the "Wonderful view of the south end of Utah Lake!" This suggests that many campsites or vantage points within the campground offer picturesque scenery of the lake, which can significantly enhance the camping experience. Utah Lake is a large freshwater lake in Utah County, known for its expansive views and recreational opportunities. Waking up to or relaxing with a view of the lake can be a major draw for those seeking a tranquil and scenic "camping near me" getaway.
Beyond the natural beauty, Lincoln Beach Campground is also praised for being "clean and welcoming." This indicates that the management and upkeep of the campground contribute positively to the overall experience. Clean facilities, particularly restrooms, are a crucial factor for camper comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere can make guests feel more at ease and enjoy their stay more fully.
However, one reviewer did mention a significant drawback related to noise. They stayed in a rooftop tent and experienced "horrendously loud" birds that kept them and others awake at night. While they speculated that this might not be a constant issue ("I dont think that happens all the time but it did this time"), it is a factor to consider, especially for light sleepers or those camping during certain times of the year when bird activity might be higher. Proximity to a large body of water like Utah Lake could potentially attract a significant bird population.
In terms of cost, the same reviewer noted that the campground was "Very expensive ($40/night) for what it is right now." This suggests that while the location and facilities might be appealing, the price point could be a deterrent for some, especially when weighed against the perceived value or the amenities offered. Local users on a budget might want to consider this cost factor in comparison to other "camping near me" options in the area.
The review also briefly mentioned that "the bathroom is nice," which is a positive aspect regarding the facilities available at the campground. Clean and well-maintained restrooms can significantly improve the comfort of a camping experience, regardless of whether campers are in tents or RVs.
Based on the limited information, it's challenging to provide a comprehensive overview of the services and features of Lincoln Beach Campground. However, the mention of a bathroom suggests the presence of at least basic sanitary facilities. As a campground, it likely offers designated camping spots, which could accommodate both tents and RVs, although this is not explicitly stated. The level of hookups available for RVs (e.g., water, electricity, sewer) is also not mentioned in the provided reviews.
Given its location near Utah Lake, potential features of Lincoln Beach Campground could include access to the lake for activities such as fishing, boating, or swimming (though the availability and regulations for these activities would need to be confirmed). There might also be picnic areas, fire pits (subject to local fire restrictions), and possibly recreational areas. The "wonderful view" suggests that many sites might be oriented to take advantage of the lake scenery.
No specific promotional information is included in the reviews. To learn about any discounts, seasonal rates, or special offers, local users would need to contact the campground directly using the provided phone numbers: (801) 851-8600 or +1 801-851-8600, or search for an official website or booking platform for Lincoln Beach Campground.
For local residents seeking "camping near me" with direct access to Utah Lake views and a reputation for cleanliness, Lincoln Beach Campground appears to be a viable option. The positive feedback regarding the view and welcoming atmosphere suggests a pleasant environment. However, potential campers should be prepared for a possibly higher nightly rate compared to other campgrounds and should consider the potential for noise from birds, particularly if they are sensitive to such sounds.
To make an informed decision, local users should inquire about the types of campsites available (tent, RV, or both), the amenities offered at each site (e.g., hookups, picnic tables, fire pits), the facilities available within the campground (restrooms, showers, water access), and any rules or regulations regarding lake access and activities. It would also be beneficial to ask about the likelihood and intensity of bird noise at different times of the year. Checking for more recent reviews online might also provide a broader perspective on the current conditions and value offered by Lincoln Beach Campground.
In conclusion, Lincoln Beach Campground offers a potentially beautiful "camping near me" experience with its views of Utah Lake and reportedly clean facilities. However, the relatively high cost and the potential for disruptive bird noise are factors that local users should weigh carefully. Direct communication with the campground management and further research are recommended to gather all necessary information before planning a stay at this lakeside location in Spanish Fork, Utah.

Lincoln Beach Campground Reviews
Very expensive($40/night) for what it is right now. It is beautiful, the bathroom is nice, but we were in a roof top tent and the birds were horrendously loud and kept us all up at night, I dont think that happens all the time but it did this time.

Apr 18, 2025 · Terri McGuireHad a great time the hook-ups are very hard to connect I was only able to hook up water and power had to turn around and pull in to drain gray and black tanks.
May 07, 2023 · Scott NissalkeAwesome lakeside campground with beautiful mountains as your backdrop. Super plus were the clean, heated bathrooms!! -1 star for the condoms scattered about. 🤦🏼♀️
Mar 19, 2024 · Karine KrumpelmanTruthfully, not much here, and I can't speak to camping here....but there is great access to launching a boost at this location. For myself, I was actually only kayaking and directly to the right of the launch point is a wetlands area that is home to tons of wildlife. There were all kinds of birds and fish, etc definitely a place worth checking out if you enjoy wildlife.
