My family and I really loved this KOA. We got an amazing campsite right at the start of the hiking trail. I could not be happier, because I love to hike with my dog. We were also really close to the canal and we got to see so much wildlife. The canal had ducks, geese, turtles, bass, blue gill, and my husband even seen an otter! Wow! At dusk I spotted some deer on the trail and my son seen an owl. We even seen a small alligator in the lake. So cool! This campground had so many fun things to do with kids. My eight year old son loved it! I really appreciate your breed restriction policy so much. In my experience, pitbull owners are the worst. They have the most dangerous dog breed, and they let them run lose and terrorize other people and pets. My dog and I have been charged at by pitbulls many times due to owner negligence. It scares me so much. It was so nice to walk my dog at this KOA and not have to be looking around to see if there was a loose pitbull. Thank you so much for that! We would love to stay here again. - Shari McDonough
