This is a great Gem of a Scout camp. If you are looking at it, just go. It has been going through a revitalization and has gotten to be a great spot for our Scouts. good facilities, great team onsite. Twin Valley council is doing their best to keep it going, it is close enough to the Twin Cities that Northern Star Council Scouts are finding it and using it as well. I highly recommend it as a location. - Darin Jensen

One of the significant upgrades underway is the major renovation of the main lodge. Understanding the evolving needs of its users, particularly with the inclusion of co-ed Scouting BSA troops, the lodge is undergoing a thoughtful redesign. Imagine the possibilities, from peaceful canoeing or kayaking (if permitted and equipment is available) to simply enjoying the serene views of the water and the surrounding natural beauty. The lake adds another dimension to the camping experience, offering a refreshing escape and opportunities for aquatic exploration.

The strategic location of Norseland Scout Camp further enhances its appeal. Situated close enough to the Twin Cities, it has become an increasingly popular choice not only for the Twin Valley Council Scouts but also for troops from the Northern Star Council.
