Skokomish Park at Lake Cushman Reviews
RV sites can be very tight to get in and out. Love the woodsy camping. Staff seems nice. Very pricey for day use on weekends at $25! Also, I've never camped anywhere with such a late check in time of 3pm! Would be much nicer if it was a few hours earlier so you have more of the day after setting up. And then out by 11am,

Apr 30, 2025 · Phillip ArtunianThis is a great spot if you and your family or friends come to Lake Cushman. It definitely has a great view of the lake and can be perfect for setting up or figuring out the next steps of your journey. All in all, this is one of the scarier lakes I've been to since this one has a story to tell. At night, when you are with one other person, whether it be a friend or a loved one, you can hear noises come out of the lake itself. At certain points in the night, you can even see bright lights come from within and shine out into the sky. Most of the time, nothing will happen. However, I was unlucky, and when I went, there was a UFO that came from the Olympic range and went directly into the light. Then it flew away after beaming something up from the water. Nowadays, though, you might hear more from the forest and even catch glimpses of walking mushrooms with little men riding on top. Don't let them see you or else they will capture you!
Sep 03, 2024 · Zach M. (_z.m_)Been going to the campground for years w/o issue but just spent a week there. From day 1 the campers across from us had a dog that they never leashed I watched it for a week running up and down the campground never with its human. Watched it attack to older campers with dogs. The staff knew about it asking me if I saw a red dog run thru. Other campers went to get security and I watched the convo they had which security said " Some people just don't care" then he left. Very disappointed you didn't do something about this. It is not our place as campers to call someone out, especially since it was a group of campers with about 15 people. Don't need to get in a fight on vacation. If you have rules.. then Uphold them!
Jul 31, 2024 · Tina Butts WA-SilverdaleCan't say enough nice things about this campground. Very clean, quiet, beautiful woods and lake. Manager Ralph was very friendly, kind and attentive. Our 2 little grandsons had a ball, made them want to go camping again.
