Triangle Farm Campground Introduce
Looking for a friendly and welcoming "camping near me" in the Fremont, Wisconsin area? Triangle Farm Campground, located at 9312 Riverview Dr, Fremont, WI 54940, USA, might be the perfect destination for your next getaway. While one reviewer didn't actually camp overnight, their experience highlights the exceptional hospitality and inviting atmosphere that Triangle Farm Campground seems to offer. You can reach them at (920) 407-1211 or their mobile number +1 920-407-1211 for inquiries and information.
Based on the available review, the environment surrounding Triangle Farm Campground appears to be quite appealing, particularly for those who enjoy river access. The reviewer mentioned renting a pontoon from a marina in Fremont and discovering the campground while cruising along the river. This suggests a location that is either directly on or very close to the river, offering potential for boating and enjoying the waterfront scenery. The presence of a dock at the campground was specifically noted, making it a convenient stop for those exploring the river by boat.
One of the standout features of Triangle Farm Campground, according to the review, is the exceptional friendliness of the staff. The reviewer recounted multiple positive interactions with different individuals associated with the campground. They specifically mentioned a "beautiful, friendly woman, American Indian," who they described as one of the kindest and warmest people they had ever met. This individual, along with another "lovely blonde woman" who was the evening bartender, created a welcoming and comfortable environment for the visitors.
Even though the reviewer didn't stay overnight, they spent over an hour at the campground, enjoying drinks while their teenagers played pool. This indicates that Triangle Farm Campground offers some recreational facilities, including at least one pool table, providing entertainment options for guests of all ages. The fact that the family felt so comfortable and enjoyed their time so much that they made a point to return later that night speaks volumes about the campground's inviting ambiance.
Another significant service offered at Triangle Farm Campground is the presence of a bait store. This is a valuable amenity for those who enjoy fishing in the nearby river or other local fishing spots. Having a bait store directly on-site adds convenience for anglers, allowing them to easily stock up on supplies without having to travel elsewhere.
The positive interactions with the staff extended beyond the campground itself. One of the staff members (implied to be the husband of the "kindest" woman) recommended an "awesome restaurant" in Metz called Here & There Pub & Grill. This local recommendation further highlights the helpfulness and community spirit associated with Triangle Farm Campground. The reviewer enjoyed the restaurant and subsequently returned to the campground to continue their evening, further emphasizing the positive impression the place had made.
While the review doesn't provide specific details about the camping facilities themselves (such as the types of campsites available, amenities like restrooms and showers, or the overall layout of the campground), the strong emphasis on the friendly atmosphere and convenient services like the dock and bait shop makes Triangle Farm Campground an attractive option for those seeking a welcoming and potentially river-oriented camping experience near Fremont. The second, very brief review simply states, "The best place every nicest people and facilities," which, despite its brevity, reinforces the positive sentiment regarding the staff and suggests that the facilities are also well-regarded.
Considering the "camping near me" category, Triangle Farm Campground stands out for its focus on hospitality and convenience. The riverside location, coupled with the on-site dock and bait shop, caters specifically to those who enjoy water-based activities and fishing. The presence of a pool table offers a recreational option for downtime. However, the most compelling feature seems to be the exceptional friendliness of the staff, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment that makes visitors feel at ease.
As there is limited information about the specific camping amenities, it would be beneficial for potential campers to contact Triangle Farm Campground directly at (920) 407-1211 or +1 920-407-1211 to inquire about the types of campsites available (e.g., tent sites, RV sites), hookups, restroom and shower facilities, and any other amenities they may offer. Asking about the campground's proximity to the river and any specific regulations regarding river access or boating would also be helpful for those planning water-based activities.
While there is no explicit promotional information in the provided text, the overwhelmingly positive feedback regarding the staff and the inviting atmosphere serves as a strong implicit recommendation. The fact that a visitor who didn't even stay overnight was so impressed that they returned later the same day speaks volumes about the positive experience one might expect at Triangle Farm Campground. If you are looking for a "camping near me" in the Fremont area where you can expect a warm welcome, friendly service, and convenient access to the river (and potentially fishing), Triangle Farm Campground appears to be a strong contender.
In conclusion, Triangle Farm Campground offers a unique appeal centered around its welcoming staff, riverside access (implied), and convenient amenities like a dock and bait shop. While more information about the specific camping facilities would be beneficial, the strong positive testimonials regarding the hospitality and overall atmosphere make it a place worth considering for your next camping adventure near Fremont, Wisconsin. Don't hesitate to reach out to them directly to learn more about what they offer and to plan your visit.

Triangle Farm Campground Reviews
Aug. 2016 - Quick family getaway, with 3 older teens. Rented a pontoon from marina in Fremont, WI. Just cruising around. Found this INCREDIBLE CAMPGROUND. I only gave them 4 stores because we didn't actually sleep there. we had rented a small house up the river, cruised up and down the river, ran out of bait and stopped here at they had a dock and a bait store. BEST DECISION OF OUR LIVES. Hands down the nicest people ever! I feel horrible I don't recall the names, a beautiful, friendly woman, American Indian I recall her saying, has adult children, possibly one of the kindest, warmest people I had the pleasure of meeting. We stayed for about 1+ hour having drinks while the kids played pool. This place was so great, we made a point to ask how to get there on the roads, and we went back later that night. One of the folks there told us of an awesome restaurant (I think her hubby) in Metz - Here & There Pub & Grill. afterwards we came back to the Triangle to hang out and have drinks, we loved it so much and felt so comfortable. The bartender in the evening was a lovely blonde woman. I highly recommend this place & CANNOT WAIT to come back. (my friend the first lady was there that night too-and i was so happy to see her again)

Jul 04, 2020 · Jake HendersonI’m giving it 1 star for the fact this place is a joke. They call the not even 10x9 space a camp site. We could barely Fit our pop up camper on the site. He said it would be by the water, BUT we where a foot from the water and the dock was public and people kept walking by. The best pack was the guy. He was super nice and worked to find us a different place if we didn’t want that one. Wouldn’t go back
Jun 22, 2019 · Hollie HamiltonLaunched the boat here and had a blast catching whitebass! The baitshop there is a plus!
May 04, 2023 · Anthony MouaAwesome place. Been a while since I had this much fun. The people were so friendly. The town of Fremont was great.
