Ace Village Introduce
If you're looking for "RV parks near me" in the bustling Las Vegas, Nevada area, Ace Village, located at 3485 N Nellis Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89115, is a mobile home park that may appear in your search results. While primarily designed for mobile homes, some such communities may accommodate recreational vehicles for longer-term stays. As with any potential living situation, it is essential to gather sufficient information to determine if Ace Village meets your specific needs and expectations for RV living.
Ace Village can be contacted directly at (702) 702-8806 or +1 702-702-8806. Reaching out to the management is the most direct way to inquire about the park's policies regarding RVs, the availability of suitable spaces, the types of utility hookups offered (such as water, sewer, and electricity), lease terms for RV residents, and any specific rules and regulations that may apply. This initial communication will provide you with the most accurate and current information to assess if Ace Village is a viable option for your RV living needs.
Publicly available online reviews for Ace Village present a mixed perspective, primarily focusing on the management of the property. One reviewer, who identified themselves as a meter reader with four years of experience servicing the property, shared a highly negative experience with the current manager. According to this review, the manager abruptly informed the meter reader that they were no longer allowed on the property and threatened them with trespassing charges if they returned. The reviewer described the manager as "VERY rude" and alleged that the manager accused them of "acting weird" based on supposed feedback from residents. The meter reader strongly refuted these accusations, stating their consistent professionalism over the four years of service without prior complaints. This account raises significant concerns about the professionalism and interpersonal skills of the current management, as perceived by someone regularly interacting with the property.
In contrast, another reviewer expressed strong appreciation for the "new management and all their hard work." This individual specifically thanked the management for their "quick response and attentiveness." Furthermore, they described the neighbors as "great" and characterized Ace Village as a "good community to live in." This positive feedback suggests that the recent change in management has been well-received by at least some residents, who have experienced improved responsiveness and a positive community atmosphere. This stark contrast in reviews highlights the potential for differing experiences within the park, possibly depending on the specific interactions or the timeframe of residency.
When considering Ace Village as a potential "RV park near me," it is crucial to take both of these perspectives into account. The negative experience reported by the service provider raises red flags about potential management issues and the overall environment of the property. Conversely, the positive feedback from a resident indicates that the new management is making positive strides and fostering a sense of community. This mixed feedback underscores the importance of conducting thorough personal research to gain a comprehensive understanding of the current situation at Ace Village.
For individuals seeking "RV parks near me" for long-term stays, key factors typically include the availability and reliability of essential utilities, the condition of the park's infrastructure and common areas, the presence of amenities such as laundry facilities or recreational spaces, the safety and security of the community, and the responsiveness and professionalism of the management. The conflicting reviews for Ace Village provide limited information about the physical amenities of the park but offer direct insights into the perceived quality of the management and the sense of community.
Given the serious nature of the allegations in the negative review regarding the manager's conduct, prospective RV residents should proceed with caution and seek to directly assess the current management practices at Ace Village. This should involve detailed inquiries about the park's policies, rules, and how management addresses resident concerns. It would also be beneficial to inquire about the specific amenities available for residents, including any that might be relevant for RV living.
The positive review's emphasis on quick response and attentiveness from the new management is a promising sign. If this reflects a consistent approach, it could indicate a more positive living experience for new residents. However, it is important to ascertain the scope of these improvements and whether they extend to all aspects of park management and maintenance.
For those searching for "RV parks near me" that offer a consistently positive and well-managed environment, it may be advisable to explore other options in the Las Vegas area that have more uniformly positive feedback across various sources. Comparing multiple parks based on resident reviews and conducting personal visits can help ensure a more informed decision that aligns with your expectations for long-term RV living.
In conclusion, while Ace Village is located in Las Vegas and may appear as a potential option for those searching for "RV parks near me," the publicly available reviews offer contrasting views, particularly regarding the management. The negative account raises concerns, while the positive feedback suggests improvements under new management. Prospective RV residents should conduct thorough personal research, including direct communication with the management and a site visit if possible, to reconcile these differing perspectives and determine if Ace Village offers a suitable and positive living environment for their needs.
It is strongly recommended that anyone considering Ace Village contact the management directly with specific questions about RV accommodations, amenities, security, and the current management's approach to resident relations. A personal visit to the property could also provide valuable insights into the community's atmosphere and overall condition, helping you make a well-informed decision about whether it meets your requirements for an "RV park near me."

Ace Village Reviews
I have been a meter reader at this property for four yrs now. I was stopped by the manager yesterday, who told me that I was no longer allowed on the property, and that if I came back to the property that I would be charged with trespassing. She was VERY rude, and told me I was acting weird, and that the residents said I was acting weird. I have been reading meters at this property for 4 yrs , without a complaint, and all of a sudden I am acting weird? I know that I always act professional wherever I read meters at. For her to even bring this up shows me that she is unprofessional, and doesn’t know how to talk to people. I have people that I answer to, but yet she wants to act this way to me. She tried intimidation tactics, but when that didn’t work, she came up with false accusations. I’d never move here, just by her actions. Be careful residents of Ace Village, you have a evil manager.

Mar 20, 2025 · Diana StgermainMy dad has been renting here for years and now this new property management company has come in and been incredibly rude, hostile, and predatory. I’ll be reaching out to the local chamber of commerce on his behalf but BEWARE
