Storeyville Mobile Home Resort Introduce
For local users in the North Las Vegas area who are searching for "RV parks near me" but might also be exploring options for longer-term residential living, such as mobile home communities, Storeyville Mobile Home Resort, located at 3755 N Nellis Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89115, USA, presents itself as a potential choice. While the platform category focuses on RV parks, understanding the features and environment of nearby mobile home parks can offer valuable alternatives for those seeking a different type of community living.
Based on the limited customer reviews available online, Storeyville Mobile Home Resort appears to have both positive and negative aspects. One reviewer expresses significant issues with their living unit, stating that the "AC never worked mold in unit broke appliances windows leaked when rained summertime over 105 degrees with AC unit running 24/7 and maintenance people don’t know what they are doing." This detailed negative feedback raises serious concerns about the condition of some of the units, particularly regarding essential amenities like air conditioning, and suggests potential problems with maintenance responsiveness and competence. The presence of mold and leaking windows also points to potential structural or upkeep issues that could impact the living environment and the health of residents.
In contrast, another reviewer offers a more positive perspective, stating, "It's a great place to live. The management works with you watch is awesome." This suggests that, at least for this resident, the management is responsive and helpful. The term "works with you" implies a degree of flexibility and understanding from the management. This positive feedback could be a significant factor for potential residents seeking a supportive management team.
However, this second reviewer also points out areas for improvement within the community, mentioning a desire to "fix up the playground, more shades there" and noting that the "Pool needs table and chairs with shades." These suggestions indicate that while the reviewer generally enjoys living at Storeyville Mobile Home Resort, there are areas where the amenities could be enhanced for the benefit of the residents, particularly families with children and those using the pool area.
Considering these contrasting reviews, the environment and features of Storeyville Mobile Home Resort seem to have both positive and negative aspects. The positive review suggests a potentially supportive management and a generally agreeable living experience for some residents. The negative review, however, highlights significant issues with the condition of at least one unit and concerns about the maintenance services. The suggestions for improving the playground and pool area indicate that while some amenities might be present, they could benefit from upgrades or additions to enhance resident comfort and enjoyment.
Information regarding specific services offered at Storeyville Mobile Home Resort is somewhat limited in these reviews. We can infer the presence of a management team and a maintenance service, although the effectiveness of the latter is called into question by one reviewer. The mention of a playground and a pool indicates that the community likely offers some recreational facilities for its residents. However, details about other potential services, such as laundry facilities, community rooms, pet policies, or organized community events, are not provided in these reviews.
For individuals transitioning their search from "RV parks near me" to considering mobile home living, it's important to understand the typical structure of a mobile home community. Residents often own their mobile homes but lease the land on which they are situated, paying a monthly lot rental fee. The condition of individual mobile homes can vary, as highlighted by the negative review, so prospective residents should carefully inspect any unit they are considering renting or purchasing.
The location of Storeyville Mobile Home Resort at 3755 N Nellis Blvd in Las Vegas places it in a specific part of the city. Potential residents might want to consider the surrounding neighborhood, including access to schools, shopping, public transportation, and other amenities, as well as the overall safety and atmosphere of the area.
To gain a more comprehensive understanding of Storeyville Mobile Home Resort, interested individuals should contact the management directly at (702) 644-1166 or +1 702-644-1166. Inquiries should focus on the availability of units or lots, the associated costs (rent, lot fees, utilities), the specific amenities and services offered by the resort, the procedures for maintenance requests, and any steps being taken to address the issues raised in the negative review, such as the condition of the units and the effectiveness of the maintenance team.
A personal visit to Storeyville Mobile Home Resort would be highly recommended for potential residents to assess the overall environment, the condition of the available units and common areas, and to speak with current residents if possible to get a broader range of perspectives on living in the community. This direct observation would be invaluable in making an informed decision, especially given the mixed feedback from the online reviews.
In conclusion, Storeyville Mobile Home Resort in North Las Vegas presents a mixed picture based on the available customer reviews. While some residents might find the management supportive, others have reported significant issues with the condition of their units and the maintenance services. The community appears to offer some amenities, such as a playground and a pool, although these might need improvements. For local users exploring housing options beyond "RV parks near me," Storeyville Mobile Home Resort is a mobile home community that warrants careful consideration, thorough investigation, and direct engagement with the management and the property before making any decisions about residency.

Jun 17, 2024 · Crystal Gregory (Cyra)I moved here w my parents and let me tell you, at least in my "febal" teenage eye this place has definitely got its faults. However, it is a tailor park so its not as nice as some might put there expectations. For what its worth, I find it nice, quiet, and overall a genuine community. Haven't been here so long but I can tell its gonna be great. Only a small dog fee and no monthly pet rent. Our babies love it. And the maintenance do what they can to help with what their told they can do. Just a genuine and communicative neighborhood.
Sep 08, 2023 · Dianna CarmichaelAlot of the time you will need maintenance and you will either never get it or they will do a half job and have to constantly replace like with this sewer that keeps leaking... And the park is always closed off and poor quality.
Sep 25, 2019 · Rigel VoogdNot a bad neighborhood for being in the area it's in and being a trailerpark. Compared to others in its area it's a lot nicer, calmer, and quieter. Lived here for a few years already and can't really complain, the maintenance crew are pretty quick to respond to any issues. There's security that patrols the neighborhood, which is nice. All in all it's a good mobile home park
