Sunset Mobile Home Park Introduce
Are you searching for mobile home parks in the Las Vegas area? Sunset Mobile Home Park, located at 3990 Las Vegas Blvd N, Las Vegas, NV 89115, offers a community living environment for those seeking a more permanent residential option compared to short-term RV parks. While the platform category might list "RV parks near me," it's important to understand that Sunset Mobile Home Park is a community of individual mobile homes, providing a different lifestyle and set of amenities tailored for longer-term residents.
Based on the available feedback from residents, the experience at Sunset Mobile Home Park appears to be somewhat mixed, with long-term residents expressing initial satisfaction that has potentially shifted with recent management changes. One resident who had been living in the park since December 2019 shared predominantly positive sentiments, highlighting the pleasantness of some neighbors and expressing an overall love for living in the community. This resident also mentioned the park's accommodation of pets, noting that the management had complimented their responsible dog walking habits. They did, however, mention a minor disagreement regarding a rule about installing items like cameras within their own home, suggesting that community rules and regulations are in place.
This long-term resident even expressed a desire to transition from renting to owning their home within the park in the future, indicating a significant level of satisfaction and a sense of belonging to the community. This positive perspective suggests that Sunset Mobile Home Park can offer a comfortable and desirable living environment for those who integrate well into the community and abide by its rules.
However, more recent feedback indicates potential challenges and dissatisfaction stemming from new park rules and management practices. One resident reported the implementation of new rules that they found illogical, specifically mentioning the requirement for parking permits, which they felt was unnecessary for a mobile home park setting. This resident also cited a rule requiring debris to be cleared around water meters for readings, despite their claim that the manager does not physically check the meters and instead provides estimated bills. This raises concerns about the practicality and fairness of some of the newer regulations.
Furthermore, this more recent review included a serious concern regarding the rudeness of the new management. The resident recounted an incident where the manager allegedly reprimanded them for their dog's behavior while walking, despite the resident's perception that the dog was not out of control. This negative interaction suggests a potential decline in the quality of management-resident relations, which can significantly impact the overall living experience within a community.
The stark contrast between the two reviews highlights a crucial point: the experience of living in Sunset Mobile Home Park may have evolved over time, particularly with changes in management. While long-term residents may have established positive relationships and appreciated the community under previous management, newer rules and interactions with the current management seem to be a source of frustration for at least one resident.
Considering the limited information available, it's challenging to provide a comprehensive overview of all services and features offered at Sunset Mobile Home Park. The reviews primarily focus on the social environment, community rules, and management interactions. There is no specific mention of amenities such as recreational facilities, laundry services, or community events. Therefore, prospective residents would need to inquire directly with the park management to obtain detailed information about the services and features available.
Similarly, there is no promotional information available in the provided text. Therefore, local users interested in learning more about potential incentives or special offers would need to contact Sunset Mobile Home Park directly using the provided phone numbers: (702) 778-5124 or +1 702-778-5124. The address is 3990 Las Vegas Blvd N, Las Vegas, NV 89115, USA.
In conclusion, Sunset Mobile Home Park offers a mobile home living community in Las Vegas. While some long-term residents have expressed positive experiences and a sense of community, more recent feedback indicates potential concerns regarding new park rules and management interactions. For local users searching for "RV parks near me" who might be interested in exploring long-term mobile home living as an alternative, Sunset Mobile Home Park warrants further investigation. It is strongly recommended that prospective residents contact the park management directly to inquire about current rules, amenities, services, and any available promotional information. It would also be beneficial to speak with current residents, if possible, to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the current living environment before making a decision.

Sunset Mobile Home Park Reviews
We have been living here since December of 2019. And for the most part we absolutely love living here, my neighbor Larry is fabulously pleasant, But I guess you can't have it all since my other neighbor, likes to nit pick at everything it seems. I have two dogs, and the manager compliments me on how well controlled I walk them, although my daughter was accused of not cleaning up after one of the dogs, which was not the case, but regardless I fixed that issue straight away by telling her to keep the dog in our own yard or I would walk him. My husband loves his cameras and all his tech stuff, and there is a rule of not screwing them in the house that I don't agree 100% with. But other then small little issues that gets resolved quick enough, we love it here and would actually want to go from renting to owning our house if that is at all possible in the future.
Dec 11, 2024 · Mary WilcoxSo apparently we got new Park rules and there’s like two of them that make no sense One being that we have to have a parking permit like this is not an apartment complex or a five star park then they said that we have to have debris cleared around our water meter because they need to read them when the manager never even comes in the gate, she does guesstimates the water also, the manager is very rude One day, I was walking my dog and she told me that if I can’t control my dog, I shouldn’t be walking him. He wasn’t even out of control. ever since new management took over nothing has been good at this mobile home park.
Oct 05, 2024 · Mtg VlogsI've lived here for a couple years and I absolutely love it! The new mobile homes are so nice, love the car port and the park is nice, clean and quiet! It has new management and I can already tell they care about their residents! My water heater went out the day before yesterday and they replaced it the next day! The maintenance guys Todd and Ricardo were very knowledgeable and professional and did an excellent job replacing my water heater! The next day, the owner called me and checked to make sure everything was okay. How wonderful! I appreciate the kindness! Thank you so much!!

Apr 04, 2025 · Nicolette RorvikI moved in 5 years ago. I love the THUNDERBIRDS! The airbase launches jets of all sizes . I watch the air show from my yard. Sunset has recently repaved. When N A T O flies in "red flag" you'll see, hear, and FEEL their power. I still love the THUNDERBIRDS!
