Centennial RV Park Reviews
We can’t speak highly enough about the park manager- Shae, the care that goes into the grounds, and the overall environment. It’s very quiet, beautiful and even the tenants are friendly. We have been full time RV-ing for ten years, and this has been one of our favorite resorts! The view is also stunning. And, despite being near the highway, it’s actually incredibly quiet and peaceful!
May 08, 2025 · Shelbi & Will RussellWe have stayed at Centennial for 4 years all summer. Shae who manages it is amazing. She is super friendly and is always willing to help in anyway. The other long term staff are also great. Very welcoming and helpful. The bathrooms and laundry are always extremely clean. The park is very quiet. Would highly recommend.
Oct 16, 2024 · Kelli DupreyStayed there a few weeks ago. The spots were good size and big rig friendly. The front desk woman was very nice. We were there when they had the auroras and the comet and luckily we were able to see both! The auroras you could see from the park and away, for the comet we went to a different area.
Nov 03, 2024 · Matt DoehringOne of the best locations to stay in the area. .However I take issues with a few things that have occurred. I have large dogs and they obviously do shed on my clothes. The staff is usually very nice most especially Shay but on my last trip. I want to use the laundry room and all the machines were taken I belive they have 4 washers. I finally got to use the machines one at a time throughout the day. I put my bedsheets out to fry at the campsite as they dryers were still full. I went to walk one of my dogs and one of the staff members quickly approached me and rather aggressively told me that I had left the laundry room a disaster there was dog fur everywhere and his wife was having to clean up after me. I was shocked at his attitude number one and I had only washed one load of bed sheets and a throw. I explained I would have to see what he was talking about myself. I returned to the laundry room my 2nd load was in the washer. I expected to see the laundry room with graphitti and soap suds all over the floor from way I was basically attacked. To my surprise there were maybe 5 lint balls on the entrance mat!!!! The staff was reaching inside the washer with a cloth cleaning out the machine. Now mind you I had already checked the machine removed a lint ball and ran my hand on the inside of the machine to make sure there was no other debris prior to me leaving with my items...after reaching in I had gathered my stuff up in a ball from the machine and left to hang out at my campsite over my chairs to dry. The staff lady as I stated was acting if I had washed dog bedding in the machine and proceeded to scold me as if I was her child. I asked her to get me a broom and dustpan immediately so I could sweep the floor myself which had nothing on it but 5 hair/lint balls which I pointed to and asked this??? ThIS??? Is what all this production is about a barely dirty floor mat at 2pm in the afternoon? I then swept behind one of their dryers and swept up maybe a 6 x 10 inch piece of lint feom the backside of one of the dryers I had not even used. I proceeded to tell them I would never use their laundry facility again after being accused of washing dog bedding which I did not do in the first place nor do my animals due to size sleep in my bed. I'm not sure who had used the machines prior but I walked over to get my 2nd load out removed the lint ball feom the throw I had washed that was the size of maybe a golf ball and demanded the lady to come show me how she cleaned the washer as I had not according to them done it to their satisfaction prior. She wiped the empty washer with her cloth and there was nothing for her to show me as fur or lint. What a ridiculous accusation and most definitely over reaction they had to absolutely nothing. I swore then I would never use their laundry I do NOT allow people to disrespect me and speak to me in such a militant way and if I were a child. 30 yrs in customer service and I have never talked to anyone in such a manner. They also mow their grass weekly which isn't even needed weekly it basically is just using a riding mower to drive over a small area 40 by 20 I assume to only justify their job or free rent there. While it is one of the nicer places in the area after this incident I would stay down the street instead of here ever again because of the way over the top reaction. I wish to God I had my phone in hand to have taken the picture of the 5 fur/lint balls of yellow hair so I could attach to this. There is such a thing as over policing a common area and people.. this location because of the staff would fall under that category. The management should discuss guest interactions with staff. I paid for 2 months and left the next day after this interaction due to a medical issue and decided to never return I paid someone to move the camper offsite as I live 24 hours away.
