Evergreen RV Park Introduce
For local users searching within the "RV parks near me" category in Austin, Texas, Evergreen RV Park, located at 7400 Blue Goose Rd, Austin, TX 78754, USA, emerges as a highly recommended option based on enthusiastic customer reviews. You can reach them at (512) 331-0900 or +1 512-331-0900 for inquiries about availability and services. Evergreen RV Park is consistently praised for its quiet and friendly atmosphere, helpful staff, and strong sense of community, particularly among its many long-term residents.
The environment at Evergreen RV Park is frequently described as "very quiet and friendly." This recurring sentiment suggests a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere that fosters a strong sense of community. The fact that "lots of people have lived here for years" underscores the desirable living environment and the park's ability to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for its residents. This established long-term community can be a significant draw for those seeking a stable and neighborly setting for their RV living.
One of the standout features of Evergreen RV Park is the helpfulness of its staff. A reviewer recounts a positive first impression, stating, "As soon as I arrived a helpful attendant helped back me in just where I needed to be. Check in was easy and friendly. This is what I was looking for." This personal assistance upon arrival can greatly ease the often-stressful process of setting up an RV and highlights the park's commitment to guest satisfaction. The easy and friendly check-in process further contributes to a positive initial experience.
The strong sense of community and the positive management are consistently highlighted. A former long-term resident who lived at Evergreen for about three years "LOVED every minute of it," describing it as a "Great park with a great owner!" The reviewer emphasizes that "Most residents are long term and there's a good reason," reiterating the park's appeal as a long-term living destination. The recommendation for long-term stays is strong, and the observation that the park "stays really full all year long" indicates its popularity and the high demand for spaces.
In terms of services and amenities, the reviews provide some insights. Wi-Fi is available, although one reviewer notes that it can be "hit or miss," which is a common experience at many RV parks. While not always consistent, the availability of Wi-Fi is still a valuable amenity for staying connected. Laundry facilities are also on-site, with "only two washers and driers." Despite the limited number of machines, the reviewer notes that this "hasn't seemed to be an issue so far." However, it's important to note that the laundry machines are coin-operated, requiring quarters at a rate of "$2/per cycles," so guests should come prepared with an adequate supply.
While specific recreational amenities are not mentioned in the provided reviews, the overall positive sentiment and the focus on a quiet and friendly environment suggest that the park prioritizes a comfortable living experience and a strong community over extensive recreational facilities. The appeal seems to lie in the peaceful atmosphere, the helpful management, and the sense of belonging among the residents.
The location in Austin, Texas, is also a significant factor. While the specific address (7400 Blue Goose Rd) places it in a particular part of the city, the reviews do not elaborate on the immediate surroundings or proximity to specific Austin attractions or conveniences. Austin is known for its vibrant music scene, outdoor recreational opportunities, and numerous restaurants and shops. Local users considering Evergreen RV Park might want to research the specific location relative to their interests and needs within the Austin area.
Promotional information is not explicitly mentioned in the provided reviews. However, the strong positive testimonials, particularly from a long-term resident, serve as a powerful implicit endorsement. The high occupancy rate ("stays really full all year long") also suggests that availability might be limited, and potential guests are advised to inquire promptly if a spot opens up. The former resident's advice, "If you are looking and a spot opens up, I suggest you take it!" further underscores the desirability of this RV park.
In summary, Evergreen RV Park in Austin, Texas, offers a compelling option for those seeking a quiet, friendly, and well-regarded RV community. The helpful staff, particularly the owner, contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, and the presence of many long-term residents speaks to the park's livability. While Wi-Fi might have occasional connectivity issues and laundry facilities are limited to two machines (coin-operated), these seem to be minor drawbacks compared to the overall positive experience reported by residents and visitors. Local users looking for a long-term stay in a supportive community or a peaceful short-term visit in Austin should seriously consider Evergreen RV Park and contact them at (512) 331-0900 or +1 512-331-0900 to check for availability.

Evergreen RV Park Reviews
Great experience. There are lots of people that have lived here for years and I can see why. Very quiet and friendly. Wifi is hit or miss but that's usually to be expected at RV parks. Only two washers and driers on site but that hasn't seemed to be an issue so far - but they do take quarters so make sure you have a roll for the $2/per cycles. As soon as I arrived a helpful attendant helped back me in just where I needed to be. Check in was easy and friendly. This is what I was looking for.
Oct 29, 2020 · Jim StoneI lived here for about three years. LOVED every minute of it. Great park with a great owner! Most residents are long term and there's a good reason. If you are looking for a long-term stay, I would highly recommend! It stays really full all year long because its such a great place to live. If you are looking and a spot opens up, I suggest you take it! I'm gonna miss living here.
Apr 01, 2021 · Michael WoodardBest case scenario RV park! The owner, Loi, does a lot of the management himself, and his care shows. Both he, and manager Donovan, were the perfect blend of highly responsive, and easy going. The park is clean, aesthetically pleasing, and the neighbors are awesome. It's both a dog friendly, and tiny home friendly place. There is a neighborhood market store just around the corner, that makes picking up essentials super convenient. Internet was a little tricky, but the other utilities worked great. As a single woman, I felt safe the whole time, and if I were to ever move back to Austin, Evergreen RV park would be my first choice!
Apr 08, 2021 · Alaska WagonerMade reservations to pull in on Saturday had to give 200.deposit showed up on Sunday called ahead of time we would show up on Sunday was told it was fine monthly rate at 715.00 place looked kinda sketchy decided we didn’t feel safe and it was further than expected from my sons job site so after paying a full month called owner let him know we where moving back out that same day didn’t even stay a full day was told I was going to lose my deposit of 200.00 which I thought it was not fair he could have changed me for two days or one day but I didn’t argue we just wanted to find a family friendly place to park he said he would send money for the monthly and it has been 5 days and I only received part of it so far
Aug 07, 2024 · Sandra ToncheIf there was a way to give negative stars I would. The property manager is an absolute gem, super sweet and accommodating. The owner however is beyond awful. He is rude and cuts you off and never listens to anything you say. It is clear that if he had decided something nothing, even hard evidence can change his mind. You're better off driving out to a campground that dealing with an incredibly bullheaded rude and sketchy man.
