4 times to Branch Creek ( dental trips normally only 2) to point out and plead with them to correct their typo mistakes on my email address. Front desk have got no attention to details nor willingness to attend to resident’s concerns. It costs me time and lease renewal fee since regular mail snail mail came after the fact e.g . M2M rent increases.The typo on email was pointed out since Feb 2024. No I am with clear mind it’s BranchCreek and I will be glad to send documented feedback. Improve your services then I will improve my feedbacks. We all want to make our little world a fair and livable one. Nice quick comeback on google.

Sep 10, 2024 · Tina BradshawHave been living here for over 10 yrs . When Roland was the manager, things would get done. The office was helpful, the maintenance workers were friendly and helpful. Moral in the park is down. The front office is rude and does not care about customer service. It is about the bottom dollar. The rent keeps going up and their services are getting less. The trash men don't pick up trash they made fall off the trash bin . It's pitiful. Some dude in a red car put a boot on a home health nurse that was visiting the park? Where are they supposed to park. They took away a parking area to put a post office box that belongs to the mobile home park in the back and never replaced the back parking. They don't care about the people that have been loyal to the park. Those are the people that make this park nice because we watch over each other. That is slowly going away. Soon it will be another run of the mill mobile home park with thieving and mail being stolen like it is now. Used to be a happy renter here, not anymore.
