Welcome to Livonia Center MHC, located at 3925 Woodruff Rd, Livonia, NY 14487, USA. You can reach them by phone at (585) 226-6150 or mobile phone at +1 585-226-6150. While our platform category is "RV parks near me," Livonia Center MHC is a mobile home park offering a more permanent residential option compared to typical RV parks. For individuals and families exploring housing in the Livonia area, including those who might initially search for RV parks for longer stays, understanding the experiences shared by residents of Livonia Center MHC is crucial for making an informed decision.
The customer reviews for Livonia Center MHC present a somewhat contrasting view of the community. One reviewer expresses significant dissatisfaction, detailing a frustrating experience after purchasing a property within the park that required substantial rehabilitation. They report that, even before moving in after three months, they have encountered issues with others coming onto their lot and using their trash can, with one instance involving a bag of vomit, necessitating the purchase of a new trash can. This reviewer also mentions making a police report and attempting to contact the management via multiple calls and emails to two different individuals, all of which went unreturned, indicating a lack of responsiveness from the property management. The reviewer believes that the individuals trespassing are likely within the park, given their lot's location away from the main road.
In contrast, another reviewer offers a brief but positive comment, stating, "Great place, quiet." This suggests that for some residents, Livonia Center MHC offers a peaceful living environment, which is often a desirable quality for those seeking a place to reside, whether in an RV park or a mobile home community.
Considering Livonia Center MHC in the context of "RV parks near me," individuals looking for a longer-term stay in the Livonia area might be drawn to the potential for a "quiet" living environment. However, the serious allegations of unresponsive management and security concerns (trespassing and misuse of private property) raised by another reviewer are critical points that would need careful consideration. The difference between the transient nature of RV parks and the permanent residency of a mobile home park means that issues with management and community safety can have a more significant impact on the quality of life for mobile home park residents.
The environment of Livonia Center MHC is described by one reviewer as "quiet," which suggests a peaceful setting. However, the incident of trespassing and the lack of management response reported by another reviewer could indicate potential issues with the overall security and respect for private property within the park. Prospective residents would need to weigh the appeal of a quiet environment against the potential for these negative experiences.
Information regarding specific services and features of Livonia Center MHC is limited to the feedback provided in the reviews. The mention of purchasing a place and having a lot with a trash can suggests that residents own or rent their mobile homes and are provided with basic waste management. However, details about other amenities, such as community areas, laundry facilities, or maintenance services, are not available in the current information. The lack of returned calls and emails reported by one reviewer raises concerns about the level of service provided by the management.
No promotional information is included in the provided text. To learn about lot availability, pricing, or any special offers at Livonia Center MHC, you would need to contact them directly at (585) 226-6150. Given the conflicting feedback regarding management responsiveness, it might be prudent to persist in your attempts to communicate with them to get the necessary information.
For those searching within the "RV parks near me" category who might be considering a mobile home park for a more extended stay, Livonia Center MHC presents a situation with a reported benefit of being a "quiet" place to live. However, the serious concerns about unresponsive management and issues with trespassing and property misuse cannot be overlooked. Potential residents should carefully consider these points and perhaps try to speak with current residents to get a broader understanding of the community and the management's effectiveness.
In conclusion, Livonia Center MHC in Livonia, NY, is described by one resident as a "great place, quiet." However, another resident reports significant issues with unresponsive management and problems with trespassing and misuse of private property. For those considering this park as a longer-term living option, perhaps found through a search for "RV parks near me," it is crucial to weigh these contrasting experiences. Further investigation and direct communication with the management and potentially current residents are recommended to gain a comprehensive understanding of the living conditions at Livonia Center MHC. You can contact them at (585) 226-6150 for more information.

Livonia Center MHC Reviews
Hopefully this will get someone attention since multiple calls and emails continue to go unreturned. Bought a place from them that needed a lot of rehabbing and we are not even moved in yet after 3 months and keep finding that people are coming on to our lot and using our trash can. This last time was a bag of vomit!! And now need a new trash can! That is absolutely disgusting! We made a police report and have called and emailed 2 different people who don't care to get back to you. And it has to be someone within this park because we aren't by the main road at all.
