Maple Grove Communities Introduce
Maple Grove Communities is a mobile home park located at 2070 S Almont Ave # 11 in Imlay City, Michigan. For local users in the Imlay City area who are searching for "RV parks near me" or considering a mobile home living environment, it is important to provide an objective overview of Maple Grove Communities based on the information available, which in this case consists of recent customer reviews expressing significant concerns.
It is crucial to note that the provided customer feedback paints a negative picture of the current management and overall condition of Maple Grove Communities. One detailed review outlines several serious allegations against the management. According to this reviewer, shortly after a new manager arrived, they reportedly drove a golf cart through the resident's yard while dragging their trash can, causing damage. When confronted about this behavior, the reviewer, who lives with a parent and was previously informed by old management that registration was unnecessary, states they were berated for not being on the lease. Following this incident, the reviewer claims their family has experienced ongoing harassment, including repeated instances of the manager driving a golf cart through their yard, leering and scowling at family members, and receiving what they describe as illegitimate 24-hour eviction notices for being a few days late on rent. This reviewer contrasts their experience with alleged lax enforcement of community rules for other residents, who they claim are allowed to set off fireworks at any time, drive at excessive speeds (40 mph) within the park, and have numerous vehicles parked on the streets, obstructing traffic flow. The reviewer concludes by stating that the rent is "outrageously high" and advises others not to move to Maple Grove Communities.
Another review corroborates the negative sentiment, stating that "The park does not look as nice as it used to." This suggests a decline in the overall appearance and maintenance of Maple Grove Communities over time, particularly since a change in ownership. The reviewer specifically mentions "several potholes still not filled after months," with one pothole reportedly being filled with bricks as a temporary solution. They also note "trash all over," indicating a potential issue with cleanliness within the park. The phrase "Shall I go on" implies that there are further negative observations the reviewer could share, suggesting a pattern of dissatisfaction with the current state of the community.
Considering the platform category "RV parks near me," the negative feedback regarding management and park maintenance could also impact the experience of short-term RV visitors, although the reviews primarily focus on the experiences of mobile home residents. While the availability of RV sites and specific amenities for RVs at Maple Grove Communities is not mentioned, the overall environment and management style described in the reviews would be pertinent concerns for anyone considering staying there, even for a short period. Potential RVers might be concerned about the upkeep of roads and grounds, the responsiveness of management to issues, and the general atmosphere of the community.
Based on the provided reviews, the environment of Maple Grove Communities appears to be a source of concern for residents. The allegations of poor maintenance, such as unfilled potholes and trash accumulation, suggest a decline in the aesthetic appeal and potentially the safety of the park. The alleged inconsistent enforcement of community rules, such as allowing excessive speeding and disruptive noise from fireworks, could also negatively impact the living environment and sense of community for residents. The claim of obstructed roadways due to excessive parking further contributes to a potentially undesirable environment within the park.
Information regarding specific services and features offered at Maple Grove Communities is limited in the provided reviews, which primarily focus on management issues and park conditions. Typically, mobile home parks offer essential services such as water, sewer, and electrical hookups for mobile homes, as well as roadways and possibly common areas. Some parks may also provide amenities like laundry facilities, recreational areas, or community centers. However, the negative reviews raise concerns about the upkeep and management of these potential services and features at Maple Grove Communities. The alleged lack of attention to maintenance (e.g., potholes, trash) suggests that essential services might not be managed effectively.
Features that might have been positive aspects of Maple Grove Communities under previous management are overshadowed by the current concerns. The location in Imlay City, Michigan, could have been a potential benefit, offering access to local amenities and attractions in the area. However, the negative reviews suggest that internal issues within the park are outweighing any potential locational advantages for current residents. The alleged harassment and inconsistent rule enforcement create an environment that detracts from the potential for a positive community feel.
Promotional information is entirely absent in the provided data. Given the overwhelmingly negative recent feedback, it is unlikely that Maple Grove Communities would be actively promoting itself without addressing the serious concerns raised by residents. Local users considering this mobile home park should be extremely cautious and seek further, more balanced information from a variety of sources before making any decisions. Visiting the park in person to assess the conditions and potentially speaking with current residents (if possible and safe to do so) might provide additional insights, although the strong negative opinions expressed in the reviews should be taken seriously.
In conclusion, the recent customer reviews for Maple Grove Communities in Imlay City, Michigan, present a concerning picture of the park's management and overall condition. Allegations of harassment, poor maintenance (including significant infrastructure issues like unfilled potholes and trash accumulation), inconsistent enforcement of community rules, and high rent are significant red flags for potential residents or even short-term RV visitors searching for "RV parks near me." While the location in Imlay City might offer some external advantages, the internal environment and management practices, as described by these reviewers, appear to be severely impacting the quality of life for residents. Local users considering Maple Grove Communities should proceed with extreme caution, conduct thorough due diligence, and seek up-to-date information from multiple sources to gain a comprehensive and balanced understanding of the current situation before making any commitments.

Maple Grove Communities Reviews
Naw management is awful, shortly after he arrived he drove his golf cart through my yard while dragging my trash can back to my porch (damaging it) when I heard the noise and went outside to confront and ask him to no longer do that I was berated for not being on the lease (I live with my parent and was told by old management I had no need to register). Since then my family has been harassed for months including but not limited to more golfcarting through the yard, leering and scowling at my entire family, and posting illegitimate 24 hr eviction notices out of the blue for being a few days late. This has all happened to us while other in the neighborhood are allowed to shoot off fireworks at any date any time, drive 40mph through the streets, and allow so many cars to park on streets that you have to take alternate routes to get to your home. All of this while the rent is outrageously high. Do not move here.
Sep 25, 2024 · MalekeThe park does not look as nice as it used to. When they changed ownership, park has went downhill. There are several potholes still not filled after months. One pothole has bricks in it to fill it. Trash all over. Shall I go on.
Jan 11, 2025 · angela smithThis is the worst place I have ever lived. I would move so fast as soon as possible. It's a terribly bad nightmare to live here. Rules are broken every day to certain people. Park manager does nothing and police won't do anything either.
Aug 03, 2024 · peggy wardIf I could have done zero stars it would be more accurate. They screwed up on my security deposit return and I have talked ti multple people and no one seems to be able to help. I finally got ahold of the corporation and they said they would get back with me and then never did. Now they wont answer my phone call. I wait days in between calling to give then time to figure things out. My main thing is everyone who lives here check your security deposit and their break doen of it. They may try to screw you over to!! Thealsoalso
