While Hunters Crossing is identified as a mobile home park located at 150 Hunters Crossing Blvd, Capac, MI 48014, USA, understanding its environment, services, and features is crucial for making an informed decision about potential residency. Mobile home parks, while different from typical RV parks catering to short-term travelers, can offer a community-oriented living experience. It's important to objectively consider the available information, which includes contrasting viewpoints from resident reviews.
Considering the Environment and Maintenance: One recent review describes Hunters Crossing as a "Beautiful park. Very well maintained." This positive feedback suggests that the physical environment of the mobile home park is aesthetically pleasing and that the management takes care in maintaining the grounds. Dec 11, 2024 · Bryan ReaganMy fiance and I put in a park application in here, the park manager was the nicest woman I believe we ever met! We're hoping to get approved as we have a baby on the way and love this beautiful community and are extremely excited and looking forward to hearing back from the park! Its a cozy welcoming park with a clean park for the little ones as well.
May 25, 2022 · Candice MWell kept, drama free environment. Lot rent goes up yearly, as does rent EVERYWHERE ELSE, still not sure why people complain like this is the only place that raises prices? Wish there was a pool or splash pad like other communities, but the kids have fun anyways.
