The reviewer specifically criticizes the owner, Betty, citing difficulty in contacting her and describing her as "awful to deal with." The review also raises significant safety concerns, stating that the park seems to be increasingly populated by "drug addicts and garbage hording criminals." This led the reviewer to feel unsafe even within their own trailer, particularly after alleged "drive through drug dealers" moved into a nearby space. These are serious allegations that potential residents should carefully consider.
The second review offers a more nuanced perspective, expressing dissatisfaction with the park's infrastructure, specifically mentioning "how the roads are not paved" and "how muddy the spaces are." The lack of mailboxes within the park is also noted as a negative aspect. Additionally, this reviewer mentions concerns about "people getting into other people's business," suggesting a potential lack of privacy or community issues. Nestucca River Village Reviews
Horrible place to live! Betty, the owner is awful to deal with when you can actually get ahold of her.(she sleeps until 5-6pm) The park seems to be filling up with drug addicts and garbage hording criminals more and more all the time. Didn't feel safe in my own trailer after 'the drive through drug dealers' moved into space 1.
