Pacific City Trailer Park Introduce
Welcome to Pacific City Trailer Park, situated at 34900 5th St in Cloverdale, Oregon. For local individuals and families exploring "RV parks near me" for potential long-term or monthly stays along the Oregon Coast, Pacific City Trailer Park presents itself as an option to consider. Located in Cloverdale, which is near the popular Pacific City, this trailer park offers a location with proximity to coastal attractions and a more relaxed, small-town environment.
Cloverdale is a small community in Tillamook County, known for its access to the scenic Oregon Coast, including the iconic Haystack Rock at Pacific City, which is just a short drive away. The area offers opportunities for outdoor activities such as beachcombing, fishing, hiking, and exploring the natural beauty of the Oregon coastline. Residents or long-term guests at Pacific City Trailer Park would likely appreciate the proximity to these attractions and the generally quieter pace of life in Cloverdale compared to larger urban centers.
Based on the available customer reviews, Pacific City Trailer Park appears to primarily cater to monthly stays, as one reviewer explicitly mentions "no overnight spaces." This suggests that the park is geared towards individuals or families seeking a more extended living arrangement for their recreational vehicles or trailers, aligning with some users' needs when searching for "RV parks near me" for longer durations.
One of the reviews highlights a significant recent change at Pacific City Trailer Park: new ownership. This change has reportedly led to a substantial increase in the monthly rent, rising from $400 to $595. Such a price adjustment can significantly impact the affordability and value proposition of the park for current and prospective residents. It is crucial for interested individuals to verify the current rental rates and understand any additional fees or terms associated with a monthly stay.
The same review also raises concerns about the cleanliness of the bathrooms following the change in ownership and the reported firing of the resident who previously cleaned them. The reviewer describes the women's restroom as "disgusting," with the implication that the men's restroom is even worse. This is a significant factor for potential residents to consider, as clean and well-maintained facilities are often a basic expectation in RV parks and trailer parks.
Another reviewer offers a slightly more balanced perspective, noting a "very nice manager." This positive feedback regarding the management could indicate helpful and responsive service. However, this reviewer also mentions that the "monthly spaces are kind of small." The size of the RV or trailer spaces is an important consideration for those planning a longer stay, as it can impact comfort and the ability to set up outdoor living areas.
The same reviewer also observes that "some of the trailers are old and have stuff around them that makes it look kind of yucky." This suggests that the aesthetic appeal of the park might be inconsistent, with some areas being less visually appealing than others. While the reviewer notes that the residents they met were "very nice," the overall appearance of the park could be a factor for some individuals.
A significant concern raised in the second review is the caution given about "vagrants wandering through the park." Safety and security are paramount in any residential setting, including RV and trailer parks. Reports of vagrancy can raise concerns about the security of personal belongings and the overall sense of safety within the community. Prospective residents should inquire about the park's security measures and any history of such issues.
Considering Pacific City Trailer Park as an option when searching for "RV parks near me," local users should carefully weigh the positive aspects (nice manager, proximity to the coast) against the potential drawbacks (recent rent increase, concerns about bathroom cleanliness, potentially small spaces, and reported caution about vagrants). The significant rent increase, in particular, could make the park less attractive compared to other options in the area.
The lack of overnight spaces indicates that Pacific City Trailer Park is not suitable for short-term travelers. Instead, it caters to those seeking monthly arrangements, which might be appealing to individuals working in the area, those in transitional housing situations, or retirees looking for a longer stay near the Oregon Coast.
For local users specifically looking for long-term RV living options near Pacific City or Cloverdale, this trailer park exists at the mentioned address. However, the reported issues with bathroom cleanliness and the caution about vagrants are serious concerns that would warrant thorough investigation. Visiting the park in person, if possible, and speaking with current residents (if feasible) could provide a more accurate understanding of the current living conditions and overall atmosphere.
In conclusion, Pacific City Trailer Park in Cloverdale, OR, offers a coastal location suitable for monthly RV stays. However, recent significant rent increases and concerns regarding bathroom cleanliness and potential security issues are important factors that prospective residents must consider. While the manager is reportedly nice, the overall value and living experience might be impacted by these drawbacks. Local users searching for "RV parks near me" for long-term stays in this area should carefully evaluate Pacific City Trailer Park in light of these points and compare it with other available options.

Pacific City Trailer Park Reviews
New owners.... rent went from $400 a month to $595 a month. They fired the resident who cleaned the bathrooms, and they are disgusting now. I know the mens restroom is worse than the womans but I only have pics from the women's.
Apr 05, 2025 · Olivia CaseyVery nice manager. No overnight spaces. Monthly spaces are kind of small. Some of the trailers are old and have stuff around them that makes it look kind of yucky, but the residents that I met were very nice. My main concern was the caution that I was given about vagrants wandering through the park.
Mar 15, 2019 · Theresa ConnerDONT BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURE'S!!! Its ugly and unkept. I wasn't able to take new pics since i was asked to leave. While looking for some property I was walking my dog through this trailer park, to see what the park was like, and which spots were available... thinking the obvious road went around the block but didn't. As I turned around the manager (I assume) asked me not to walk my dog on the property. My dog didn't even pee on the property but I had poop bags that could be seen by a plane. I wasn't talking to anyone but smiled if I saw someone. The property was disorganized looking as well as very not well maintained. Something I would consider overlooking if the manager wasn't so unfriendly and kinda rude. Guess they don't want to keep their park open with rent payments. It looked like there were several spots open for rent. This older lady who doesn't have anything better to do than look out the window and tell people whom aren't causing any problem or disruption, To leave... maybe if she spent her time cleaning up her park it wouldn't look as if it was a junk yard she wouldn't have issues. What is wrong with people and why is it ok to be so rude to a stranger... especially when your in the business of dealing with the public... you never know whom it is you are being rude to. That rudeness could cost you in the end...$$$$...
Aug 27, 2021 · Ashlee UmbergerFirst off this is NOT a picture that even remotely represents this trailer court.Being from Pacific City and at one time living in this run down cesspool of tweakers all I can say is ...JUST DON'T. The manager is a rude slum lord. If you are looking to expand your drug clientele this is the park for you
