You can reach them at (458) 240-8800 or +1 458-240-8800 for inquiries about availability and park policies.
Based on the available reviews, Ocean Pines RV Park has experienced a significant shift with new ownership. One recent review expresses a highly positive sentiment, stating that the new owners are "really making this place a wonderful place to live." This long-term resident, who has been there for a year, notes continuous improvements and praises the staff as "great ppl who really care about the ppl who rent from them." The reviewer also highlights the good condition of the roads, the cleanliness of the park, and the friendly and helpful nature of the majority of the residents. This positive feedback suggests a community that is fostering a welcoming and supportive environment under new management.
In contrast, a previous review presents a less favorable perspective, citing concerns about unprofessionalism and favoritism within the park. This reviewer alleges discriminatory treatment towards their family due to their parents working and grandparents watching their siblings. Specific issues mentioned include their children reportedly being disallowed from using a newly built playground and the management wanting them to move their trailer to the back because their children enjoyed playing in their yard. This feedback raises concerns for potential residents with children and those who value equitable treatment within a community setting.
Given these contrasting viewpoints, it is important to consider that the park may be undergoing significant positive changes under the new ownership mentioned in the more recent review. The improvements noted by the long-term resident, such as the caring staff, good roads, and a clean park, suggest a commitment to enhancing the living experience for all residents.
The environment of Ocean Pines RV Park, based on its name and location in North Bend, Oregon, likely benefits from the natural beauty of the Oregon coast. North Bend is situated near Coos Bay and offers proximity to beaches, forests, and various outdoor recreational activities. While the reviews do not explicitly describe the park's landscaping or specific natural features, its coastal location suggests a potentially pleasant setting. The mention of a kids' playground in the negative review indicates that the park does offer some recreational facilities, although the accessibility of these facilities may be a point of concern based on that particular experience.
Based on the positive review, the services and features of Ocean Pines RV Park under new ownership appear to include:
- A caring and attentive staff who prioritize the well-being of residents.
- Well-maintained roads within the park.
- A clean and tidy overall environment.
- A friendly and helpful community atmosphere among most residents.
The negative review also mentions:
- The existence of a kids' playground, although its accessibility was reportedly restricted for one family.
- The potential for management to request the relocation of trailers based on residents' activities within their yard.
It is important to note that the policies and management style may have evolved since the earlier negative review due to the change in ownership.
While no specific promotional information is provided in the reviews, the positive feedback from the long-term resident could be seen as an implicit endorsement of the improvements under the new owners. Their recommendation of the park to everyone suggests a significant positive shift in the community's atmosphere and management approach.
For those considering Ocean Pines RV Park, it would be prudent to inquire directly with the management about current policies, especially regarding families with children and the use of communal facilities like the playground. Understanding the park's rules and regulations regarding yard use and trailer placement would also be beneficial. Given the contrasting reviews, a direct conversation with the new owners or management could provide valuable insights into the current environment and the steps being taken to ensure a positive living experience for all residents.
North Bend, Oregon, offers a range of local amenities and attractions, including shopping, dining, and outdoor activities related to the coast and nearby forests. The proximity of Ocean Pines RV Park to these conveniences would be an important factor for potential long-term residents and short-term visitors alike.
In conclusion, Ocean Pines RV Park in North Bend, Oregon, appears to be a community undergoing positive transformation under new ownership, with residents noting improvements in staff care, park cleanliness, and overall friendliness. However, past concerns regarding family policies highlight the importance of direct communication with the management to understand the current environment and ensure it meets the needs of prospective residents. Contacting them at (458) 240-8800 or +1 458-240-8800 is recommended to obtain the most up-to-date information and determine if Ocean Pines RV Park is the right fit for your needs.

Ocean Pines RV Park Reviews
This park has a very unprofessional mindset and only cares about the well being of the few “favorited” people in the park. They discriminate against me and my family because my parents work and my grandparent watch my siblings l. Recently they built a kids play ground but my siblings aren’t allowed to play on it and they want to make us move our trailer to the back because my sibling like playing in our yard. Long story short I do not recommend this park if you have kids and work a job

Oct 07, 2024 · Jeffrey MillerThe new owners are amazing! The roads are currently muddy but they spent a bunch of time last year fixing them up, I’m sure they will repair them after the winter. It feels a lot safer place since they implemented the new rental standards. There is a lovely new play ground and double dumpster.
