Shorepines Bay Village Introduce
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" with an interest in long-term residential options, Shorepines Bay Village, located at 1695 Ocean Blvd NW, Coos Bay, OR 97420, USA, presents itself as a welcoming mobile home community. While often categorized under platforms that may list RV parks, Shorepines Bay Village primarily functions as a residential park for mobile homes, offering a different lifestyle compared to short-term RV stays.
Based on the limited but positive customer reviews available, Shorepines Bay Village appears to foster a pleasant and supportive environment for its residents. One individual who purchased their home within the past year shared a positive experience, highlighting the friendliness and cooperativeness of the community. They specifically mentioned the helpfulness of the office and landscape crews when addressing any concerns, indicating a responsive and well-maintained living environment.
Another comment, while seemingly focused on a specific feature within the park – speed bumps – indirectly suggests attention to safety and the well-being of the community. The reviewer's suggestion that speed bumps are present for a reason, implying the need for slower driving speeds, points towards an effort to ensure the safety of residents, including those with potential back issues or concerns about vehicle suspension. This suggests a community that considers the overall living experience and safety of its inhabitants.
Considering these reviews, the environment at Shorepines Bay Village can be characterized as friendly and cooperative. The presence of helpful office and landscape crews suggests a management team that is responsive to residents' needs and committed to maintaining the park's appearance. The implicit focus on safety, as indicated by the comment on speed bumps, further contributes to a potentially positive living environment within the community.
As Shorepines Bay Village operates as a mobile home park, its primary service is the provision of lots for residents to place their mobile homes. Unlike traditional RV parks that offer short-term hookups, mobile home parks typically involve longer-term leases and may have specific guidelines and amenities tailored to residential living. While the reviews do not explicitly detail the specific services offered, the mention of office and landscape crews implies that the park provides administrative support and maintains the common areas.
Features of Shorepines Bay Village, based on the available information, include a community atmosphere where residents reportedly find each other to be nice, friendly, and cooperative. The presence of on-site management (office) and maintenance (landscape crews) are also notable features, suggesting that residents have access to support for their needs and that the park is actively maintained. The existence of speed bumps, while a point of personal preference for some, serves as a safety feature within the community.
Given that Shorepines Bay Village is primarily a residential mobile home park, the features are geared towards long-term living. These may include well-maintained common areas, potentially organized community events (though not explicitly mentioned), and a focus on creating a stable and comfortable living environment for homeowners. It is common for such parks to have rules and regulations in place to ensure the harmony and well-being of all residents.
At this time, there is no specific promotional information available for Shorepines Bay Village based on the provided reviews. Therefore, it is not possible to include any details about special offers, discounts, or incentives for prospective residents. Shorepines Bay Village Reviews
I bought my home one year ago. So far, I have found everyone to be nice, friendly and cooperative. The office and landscape crews are always helpful if I have any concerns.
May 14, 2024 · KristieIf you don't like speedbumps because they hurt your back, I could suggest they are there for a reason. Slow down because it's not only our backs. when was the last time you had the suspension in your car looked at?
Sep 16, 2024 · Pearl-Grace GhimireBeautiful 55 + older park. Very well maintained. The residents love it here. We love it also. Many opportunities for fur friendly families to walk and explore. Several designed lakes with majestic swans and wildlife in abundance.
May 19, 2021 · Susan CarterI'm a caregiver I have a new client. I think she live in the park tried to find trailer can't. She lives on shorelines Ave. Help
Feb 08, 2024 · Wanda GilbertOwner's of homes in this park have zero choice of Internet Providers and are offered 1 "company" called SAH which has 1 employee. I'm guessing a guy with a router that shares the signal with everyone in this park. Very, poor setup for anyone that wants to run any internet device. I would not buy a place here if you are an Internet enthusiast, or even want to email anyone. You are not allowed to purchase service from any other provider, but I just found out that Frontier's DSL is available. It it "phone-line" internet which is very slow as anyone that is familiar with internet will know. There is at least one, good internet provider in Coos Bay/North Bend area, but they are not allowed to set you up in Shorepines Bay Village. Just a heads up before you move in.
