This dedication to customer service can significantly enhance your overall experience, ensuring that any questions or concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. The well-maintained grounds are another frequently praised aspect, suggesting a commitment to providing a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment for visitors. This attention to detail contributes to a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
For your convenience and comfort, the RV park offers essential amenities such as nice bathrooms and showers. Clean and well-maintained restroom facilities are a crucial factor for any RVer, and positive feedback in this area indicates that The Mill Casino RV Park prioritizes hygiene and guest satisfaction. These practical amenities contribute to a hassle-free and comfortable stay.
While many guests have lauded the positive aspects of The Mill Casino RV Park, it's important to consider all available information to make an informed decision. Recent feedback has highlighted a concerning experience regarding a newly implemented policy concerning the age and appearance of RVs. One guest detailed an incident where they were asked to leave after staying for several nights, with the reasoning shifting between the age of their fully restored 1978 Winnebago, the presence of minor rust on the wheels and bumper, and later, alleged issues with tape on a broken door and paint chips. The guest reported a lack of prior notification about this new policy, its absence on the website or park pamphlets, and difficulty in communicating with management regarding the situation.
This particular review raises important considerations for potential guests, especially those with older or restored RVs that may not fit the aesthetic preferences implied by the reported new guidelines. It suggests a degree of unpredictability in policy enforcement and potential inconsistencies in the reasons provided for refusing service. The guest also expressed concerns regarding accessibility and communication with management, particularly in relation to disability and the handling of their situation.
It's worth noting that this negative experience appears to be an outlier compared to the positive comments regarding staff friendliness and park maintenance. However, it underscores the importance of clarifying any specific requirements or policies regarding RV age and condition directly with the park management before booking, especially if your RV is not brand new. Prospective visitors may want to inquire about any written guidelines or policies to avoid potential misunderstandings upon arrival.
Despite this negative feedback, The Mill Casino RV Park's location offers undeniable advantages. Its proximity to The Mill Casino provides easy access to a variety of entertainment options, including gaming, dining at venues like the Timbers Cafe (mentioned in the review), and potentially other resort amenities. This can be a significant draw for those looking to combine their RV experience with some on-site recreation and convenience.
The surrounding area of North Bend and Coos Bay is rich in natural beauty and offers numerous opportunities for outdoor activities. From exploring the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area to visiting local beaches and scenic viewpoints, RVers staying at The Mill Casino RV Park have a gateway to a diverse range of coastal experiences. The convenience of being located on U.S. 101 also provides easy access to nearby towns, attractions, and essential services.
In conclusion, The Mill Casino RV Park presents a mixed picture based on the available information. On the one hand, it boasts a convenient location, friendly staff, well-maintained grounds, and essential amenities like clean bathrooms, showers, and a laundry room. Its proximity to The Mill Casino offers added entertainment value and convenience. On the other hand, recent feedback highlights a concerning situation regarding a new policy on RV age and appearance, inconsistent communication from management, and potential implications for guests with older or non-pristine RVs. Potential guests are advised to weigh these factors carefully and consider contacting the park directly to clarify any specific concerns before making a reservation to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

The Mill Casino RV Park Reviews
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The grounds are very well maintained. Nice bathrooms and showers. Also a laundry room.
Apr 25, 2025 · Vinnie's Smokin' BBQI don't typically leave reviews for RV parks but this one is worth writing. We traveled from Eastern Montana to Coos Bay specifically to stay at The Mill RV park. We have been here for almost a week and we have enjoyed some time in the casino, ordered plenty of food and drinks from the Timbers Cafe, and we enjoyed every moment of it. But this morning we came into the RV club house to purchase another night to stay at the park. We were informed that our motorhome "doesn't match their NEW guidelines." We were told that, "the park is looking for "newer" types of motorhomes and not any older ones." We have a fully restored 1978 Winnebago, a small 20 ft. rig. When I asked the clubhouse what the age cut off was, she said "well I don't think it's age, but we don't want any campers here with rust." I then responded that the motorhome is fully rebuilt with new parts and there is no rust on the motorhome, escept for a little bit on the rims of the wheels, and the back bumper, which is new due to the salt placed on Montana roads in the winter, rust that will be cleared from the motorhome when its not a rainy season. She proceeded to tell me that it was age, so I asked when the age cut off was and she referred back to the rust. Also not telling us what year was the cutoff for their park. The Mill Resort & RV Park then asked us to leave, informing us we are not able to stay for another night due to "age and rust", and said that "the manager in the back is working on the new policy and cannot speak to us". So this is a brand new policy as of last night. We were never informed of this on any of the previous night we stayed here and there are no guidelines anywhere on their website or any pamphlet of this RV park and resort that mention rust or age on campers. Mind you, our motorhome has been fully rebuilt in the last couple of years. If you have any campers that aren't brand new and straight off a lot, I wouldn't stay here. The RV park aparentally can make up brand new policies and then tell you to leave whenever they like if your camper doesn't look the way they want it to. We will never be staying at this RV park, eating at any restaurant here, nor will we ever spend money in this casino again. I would be careful if you stay here, they might make up new policies and kick you out whenever they feel like it.**Update** We spoke to management and they were told that aparentally it was a piece of tape on a broken door (which was there because it broke at this specific rv park), and due to paint chips, which aren't a thing. So which is it? Rust, paint chips, tape, or motorhome age? Also, the establishment did nothing to make it right, told us that we can file a complaint and they would call us later with more information once they "learned more about the new policy.""‼️‼️ Also, if you are disabled or ADA, this park is NOT for you. My mother is disabled, and due to the lack of due process, it feels this is discrimination towards disabled people. Also, the management refused to speak to us at the RV park and the hotel, and they only let us speak to security, not anyone in truly charge ‼️‼️ The management and security also mentioned they have never heard of this new policy before.**I added photos of our camper below for reference**
Oct 04, 2024 · Gabriel HamiltonKathy and Salena and Prentis were absolutely Fantastic. Long story short they all jumped through the hoops to get us booked for 2 - 28 day stays but we learned the next day we actually needed 6 full months but they couldn't accommodate us but they referred us to an RV Park that could. Thank You so very much and there wasn't a charge for our cancelation!! Sweet Girls!!

Oct 12, 2023 · V SHad a nice stay here. Off season, so not very busy. Sites are paved, but crowned front to back and some need leveling side to side. Water view is nice. With only 1 or two in the front row, it was easy to see the water from the interior sites. Laundry was large and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice location for exploring the area. You do hear traffic a little bit and there is a train once in a while - neither were really a problem for us.
