Orange Park North Mobile Home Park Introduce
For local users exploring housing options, including potential "RV parks near me" that might accommodate mobile homes or offer similar community living environments, this overview focuses on Orange Park North Mobile Home Park, located at 5291 Collins Rd in Jacksonville, Florida. While the platform category is "RV parks near me," the subject of this introduction is a mobile home park. Therefore, the information provided will focus on its context as a residential community for mobile homes, while still being relevant to users exploring various housing possibilities in the area.
The available customer reviews for Orange Park North Mobile Home Park present a somewhat mixed perspective, highlighting both positive aspects of the management and infrastructure, as well as concerns regarding ongoing maintenance and cleanliness. This overview aims to provide a balanced picture to local users considering this community.
One reviewer offers high praise for the management, stating, "I give Jana and her entire staff 5 Stars. They are available responsive and visible throughout the community. They have a common sense approach to managing the park which is fair and balanced for all lot owners." This positive feedback suggests that residents may find the management team approachable, helpful, and equitable in their dealings with homeowners within the park. Such responsive and visible management can contribute significantly to a positive living environment and a sense of community well-being.
Another reviewer corroborates the positive aspects of the community, particularly noting recent infrastructure improvements. They mention, "Yes, the roads have been repaired and repaved. They have invested in this community and at a fair price." This indicates a commitment to maintaining and upgrading the physical infrastructure of the mobile home park, which can enhance the quality of life and safety for residents. Well-maintained roads are a significant factor in the overall appeal and functionality of any residential community.
This same reviewer also provides details regarding the current pad rent and additional fees. They state that the pad rent is "$595 plus about $100 in add on fees." These additional fees are itemized as "community wide spectrum internet $45, Trash Fee $30, property damage waiver $18, Security Fee $15 and water and sewage is fairly priced." This level of transparency regarding costs can be valuable for potential residents to understand the overall financial commitment involved in living at Orange Park North Mobile Home Park. The inclusion of community-wide internet as a mandatory fee is a notable feature that residents should consider.
Furthermore, this reviewer offers a positive overall assessment of the community, stating, "This is a nice community to purchase your home and raise a family." This suggests that Orange Park North Mobile Home Park may be considered a family-friendly environment with a positive atmosphere for long-term residency and raising children.
However, a contrasting review raises concerns about the general maintenance and cleanliness of the park. This reviewer states, "I think that this place needs more maintenance, many times everything looks dirty and the streets are full of holes, they like that they pay the rent on time but I think they should worry about doing a good job in the neighborhood." This feedback directly contradicts the other reviewer's statement about road repairs being completed and suggests that there may be inconsistencies in the upkeep of the community as a whole. Issues with cleanliness and road conditions (despite reported repairs) can negatively impact the living experience and the overall appearance of the park.
Considering these different perspectives, local users interested in Orange Park North Mobile Home Park should be aware of both the positive aspects, such as responsive management and recent infrastructure investments, as well as the potential drawbacks related to ongoing maintenance and cleanliness.

Jun 24, 2024 · luz garridoIf you plan on moving here good luck. The lot owners are a bunch of rule stricken dictators. They would rather fine you for not cutting the grass and then pocket the money, instead of fixing all the pot holes. Also they buy the place and then go and raise the lot prices WHEN THERES STILL A TON OF POTHOLES. Then go and buy a new sign for the community when THERES ALOT OF POTHOLES, also did I mention a penalty for not cutting the grass? What a joke, Greed is the downfall of this community and America.
Sep 26, 2024 · Joe TootlemanThis place is ridiculous. They keep jacking up the rent without improving anything. There are tons of potholes the size of craters including ones at the entrance that despite numerous complaints management does nothing about. There are stray cats everywhere. The only thing management does is send out crazy violation/ fine notices that go against the rental agreement. Management is rarely even at the office. I'm writing this as of June 27 and the pool has yet to be opened this year which is only open 9am to 4pm and closed Saturday and Sunday. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this ghetto place.
