Situated just outside the hustle and bustle of town, this mobile home park offers a quieter lifestyle for those seeking a more relaxed pace.
For those browsing platforms under the category of "RV parks near me," Quackenbush Mobile Home Park presents itself as a community primarily focused on mobile home living, but it's worth investigating their potential availability for long-term RV stays. While the primary offering appears to be mobile home lots, the spacious environment and the presence of infrastructure like water and sewer might accommodate RVs seeking an extended stay outside of traditional campgrounds. It's recommended to directly contact the park management at (417) 283-8999 or +1 417-283-8999 to inquire about any potential long-term RV accommodations, availability, and specific amenities for RVs.
Based on recent feedback, Quackenbush Mobile Home Park is currently under new management, which appears to be actively addressing previous infrastructure concerns. Positive reviews indicate that efforts are underway to resolve water and sewer issues as they arise. This proactive approach to maintenance suggests a commitment to improving the living conditions within the park. Furthermore, there are reports of ongoing remodeling of older mobile homes, indicating an investment in upgrading the existing properties and enhancing the overall aesthetic of the community.
The presence of two dedicated maintenance personnel working daily is another significant positive aspect highlighted in the reviews. This suggests that residents can expect timely attention to maintenance requests and a continuous effort to keep the park in good repair. This is a crucial factor for anyone considering long-term residency, whether in a mobile home or potentially an RV.
The location of Quackenbush Mobile Home Park offers a distinct advantage for those who appreciate a peaceful environment. Being situated outside of town provides a welcome escape from the noise and congestion often associated with urban living. This "nice little place" allows residents to enjoy a more tranquil setting while still being within reasonable proximity to the amenities and services of Nevada, MO.
However, it's important to consider all available feedback to gain a comprehensive understanding of the community. Some reviews present a less favorable perspective, citing past issues with sewer maintenance and expressing concerns about management practices. These reviews mention alleged rent increases and skepticism regarding stated policies on background checks and on-site security. It is crucial for prospective residents to weigh all available information and conduct their own due diligence, including direct communication with the management, to form an informed opinion.
While the park is undergoing improvements under new management, potential residents should inquire specifically about the current status of infrastructure, maintenance procedures, community guidelines, and any applicable fees or policies. For those specifically interested in "RV parks near me," it is vital to ascertain whether Quackenbush Mobile Home Park currently accommodates RVs for long-term stays, the size and type of RVs permitted, the availability of hookups (water, sewer, electricity), and the associated costs. Understanding these details will help RV owners determine if Quackenbush Mobile Home Park aligns with their needs and expectations.
In summary, Quackenbush Mobile Home Park offers a potentially quieter living environment outside of Nevada, MO, with ongoing efforts to improve infrastructure and the appearance of the community. The presence of dedicated maintenance staff is a positive sign for responsive service. However, prospective residents, including those seeking long-term RV options, should carefully consider all available feedback and directly engage with the management to obtain the most current and accurate information regarding availability, amenities, policies, and any ongoing improvements. Visiting the park in person can also provide valuable insights into the environment and overall atmosphere.
For local users seeking "RV parks near me" or looking for mobile home living options, Quackenbush Mobile Home Park presents a location that is currently in a transitional phase with new management actively working on improvements. Contacting them directly at (417) 283-8999 or +1 417-283-8999 will provide the most up-to-date information on their offerings and whether they can accommodate your specific housing or long-term RV needs.

Quackenbush Mobile Home Park Reviews
Under new management, cleaning up water and sewer issues are being fixed as issues arise. Remodeling older existing mobile homes, and have 2 awesome maintenance men working everyday to get things fixed up. Nice little place outside of town, away from all the hustle and bustle.
Feb 29, 2024 · Dena CrewsIf I could rate this place lower I would. There's also someone that posted on here with a conflict of interest Colleen gayman. She is The senior property manager. They refused to fix the sewers, And it keeps getting backed up. They're too lazy and stup!d to do the right thing. She touts herself as a Christian, that is the farthest from the truth. Good Christian people take care of others. They don't exploit them for money and greed. They have increased the rent multiple times since taking over. They say that they're going to only allow people with clean background checks to be able to move in this was also a lie. There's been multiple times when police have been called for drug use on the premises. They're so uneducated on how to run this place they can't even keep maintenance employees. Since they've taken over they've gone through more than 10 in 2 years of maintenance workers. Hopefully a class action lawsuit can be filed against the owner so that way she can no longer own this trailer park, and someone can come in and take care of the property and not exploit people for their own greed. God will judge them in the end. What's done in the darkness will come to light.

My review will change if anything gets done I’ve lived here for over a yearI owe no rent and if you do Rent, make sure you take pictures and I have copies of it all still pay rent for a rotten roof mold in almost every room and the bottom of the walls literally falling apart with the paint because the ceiling the roof is rotten No stove for now going on almost 2 years. Aug 26, 2023 · loren canoLovely little trailer park Owner is friendly and he takes good care of the park. Very clean and the yard are always mowed. Tha owner real care about his tenets. The owner noticed that my grandmother had not opened her shades one day. So he checked on her. Good thing he did because she had a stroke. She had been laying on the floor all night. Wonderful place.
