They can be contacted at (239) 731-1441 or +1 239-731-1441.
One individual who did not rent at Raintree RV Resort but drove through the park shared a positive initial impression. Although the office was closed, they encountered a maintenance worker who willingly provided information about rent and how the park operates. This interaction left the visitor with a strong sense of courtesy and professionalism, suggesting a positive reflection on the overall atmosphere of the park. The visitor described the resort as "very peaceful" with a "good feeling" and recommended booking a year in advance due to its apparent popularity and high occupancy. They also noted the presence of children within the park, indicating it is not exclusively an adult community, although the number of children was described as not being large.
Another perspective comes from someone who visited a friend owning a trailer within Raintree RV Resort. They described the park as "pleasant" and noted the presence of "nice people." While they enjoyed visiting for short periods, they expressed a preference against living there permanently, citing that the homes are "extremely close to each other." Despite this observation about the proximity of dwellings, they also found the park to be "nice looking." A unique feature they appreciated was the presence of stray cats, which they believe help control the mice and rat population, and they observed residents actively providing food and water for these animals, indicating a caring and community-oriented aspect.
Considering the platform category "RV parks near me," Raintree RV Resort appears to offer a welcoming and friendly environment that caters to both short-term RV stays and long-term mobile home living. The peaceful atmosphere and the positive interactions with park staff and residents, as highlighted by the first reviewer, are significant attractions. However, potential long-term residents, as suggested by the second reviewer, should be aware that the living spaces, particularly for mobile homes, might be in close proximity to one another, which could be a factor in personal comfort and privacy.
Based on the available reviews, we can outline the environment, services, and features of Raintree RV Resort as follows:
- Environment: Described as "very peaceful" and "pleasant," Raintree RV Resort seems to offer a tranquil setting for its residents and visitors. The fact that someone passing through felt a "good feeling" contributes to this positive image. However, the observation that "homes are extremely close to each other" suggests that while visually "nice looking," the layout might prioritize density over spaciousness. The presence of stray cats, managed by the residents, adds a unique element to the environment, potentially appealing to animal lovers while also serving a practical purpose in pest control. The mention of children living in the park indicates a family-friendly aspect, although not predominantly so.
- Services: While specific services and amenities are not detailed, the fact that a maintenance worker was available and knowledgeable enough to discuss park operations suggests the presence of on-site staff. For an RV resort, basic services like utility hookups (water, sewer, electricity) would be expected. The mention of rent implies that both short-term RV sites and long-term mobile home lots are available for a fee. The presence of an office, even if closed during the first reviewer's visit, indicates a central point for inquiries and management. The "nice people" mentioned by the second reviewer suggest a positive social environment and a sense of community among residents.
- Features: Key features of Raintree RV Resort include its peaceful atmosphere, the friendliness of its staff and residents, and its accommodation of both RVs and mobile homes. The presence of children, though not in large numbers, indicates it's not an exclusively adult community. The unique aspect of resident-managed stray cats for pest control is a notable feature. The high occupancy rate, as suggested by the recommendation to book a year in advance, indicates its popularity. The "nice looking park" comment suggests attention to the aesthetic appeal of the grounds, even if the living spaces are close together.
- Promotional Information: While not formal promotion, the positive experiences shared in the reviews act as endorsements. The description of a "very peaceful place" with a "good feeling" and the courtesy of the staff member encountered can attract potential visitors. The "pleasant park" and "nice people" comments further enhance its appeal. The high occupancy rate suggests desirability and could encourage prospective renters to book in advance. The mention of being family-friendly (due to the presence of children) could attract families looking for RV or mobile home options. The unique aspect of the stray cats might appeal to animal lovers.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me," Raintree RV Resort offers a seemingly welcoming and peaceful option in North Fort Myers. The friendliness of the community and staff, along with the family-friendly aspect, could be particularly appealing. However, those seeking spacious RV sites or mobile home lots with significant separation might find the reported closeness of dwellings a drawback. The popularity of the resort, indicated by the advice to book well in advance, suggests it is a sought-after location, implying potential value and a positive living experience for many.
To gain a more comprehensive understanding of Raintree RV Resort, prospective visitors or residents should contact them directly using the provided phone number to inquire about the availability of RV sites and mobile home lots, the specific amenities offered (such as laundry facilities, recreational areas, Wi-Fi), the layout and size of the sites/lots, pet policies (beyond the presence of stray cats), and the overall community rules and regulations. Visiting the resort in person could also provide a better sense of the environment and the proximity of the living spaces.
In conclusion, Raintree RV Resort in North Fort Myers, FL, presents itself as a peaceful and friendly community accommodating both RVs and mobile homes. Its positive interactions with staff, the welcoming atmosphere among residents, and its family-friendly nature are notable strengths. However, the reported closeness of living spaces might be a consideration for some. The resort's popularity suggests a generally positive experience for those who choose to stay or live there. Individuals searching for "RV parks near me" in the area should consider Raintree RV Resort, keeping in mind the potential for close quarters and the need to inquire about specific amenities and availability.

Raintree RV Resort Reviews
I never rented from here. I just drove through. The office is already closed, but I spoke to someone on a cart who was doing some maintenance work there I believe and he took the time to talk to me a little bit about the rent and how the park worked. He was a very nice man very courteous with that is a reflection on how the rest of the park is I would highly recommend it was very peaceful place had a good feeling if I was interested in renting to do it like a year ahead because it was a very busy park, there are children that live there he said not a lot but some.
Aug 22, 2024 · Cynthia WilliamsonVisited a friend that owns a trailer there. Pleasant park, small but nice people there. I enjoy visiting for a few days but wouldn't want to live there. The homes are extremely close to eachother. Nice looking park. I love that they have stray cats there that helps keep the mice and rat population down, people there make sure they have cat food and water.
Mar 25, 2024 · Jill WhetsellThe lots are very very small, very tight together. Some of the homes are very very nice and some are in serious need of repair and upkeep. However, I will say all the neighbors I met were very, very friendly, very nice. But again, I was shocked by the tiny lots and there was a very packed feeling to the entire park.
Feb 02, 2023 · RhondaMy first visit to Raintree RV Resort was the winter of 2015. There is not enough stars to click on to tell everyone how much I have enjoyed my winter stays from 2015 to 2020. When you visit Raintree you will instantly have more friends that you never knew you had. Everyone is friendly and will help you with what ever you need. The entertainment is on going all during the winter season and you will never sit alone at any of the dances. You will always have a invite to sit at a table and be introduced and have a great time. With all of those many stars one giant star has to be how clean this park is. The owners take great pride in the care of this park and if you can get a reservation for the winter or summer you will be pleased with your stay. My first winter I fell in love with Raintree. The only reason we moved is we needed a bigger place for our children to come and visit us. We didn’t move far. Right up the road and we can still come back to visit with our friends at Raintree. You want to have a extended family then come to Raintree. You won’t want to leave. All we can say is E N J O Y !.
